I have had the pleasure of working with the artist John for a very special project to me. I have contracted John to create a beautiful set of bookends displaying my bouquet. After our first meeting, he gifted me this delightful suncatchers that displays the most beautiful rainbow streaks any time the sun hits the piece of art. John’s communications style is consistent and speedy making it easy to ideate via email. He’s created a plan to complete my project and has shared his step by step process with me. He’s also someone who is very warm and friendly, clearly passionate about his work. I randomly stumbled across his page while looking for local resin artist and I’m so glad I did. He’s going to create an item that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend the suncatcher and the artist to anyone looking for well done, thorough resin work.

Imagine late-afternoon sunlight streaming through your reception windows and scattering brilliant rainbow color across the walls, ceiling and dance floor.
SunRain Prism Suncatchers are handmade crystal artworks designed for wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal gifts and lasting keepsakes. Hung in a venue window with direct sunlight, each suncatcher bends the sun into vivid bands and splashes of colored light—creating beautiful wedding décor, memorable photo opportunities and a little unexpected magic for your guests.
Each SunRain is artist- and engineer-designed by John Meng-Frecker and handmade in his Omaha, Nebraska resin studio. Twenty-five genuine Egyptian Asfour lead-crystal prisms are precisely arranged around a handcrafted resin center to create the distinctive radial sunburst design and brilliant rainbow projections.
BRIDE & GROOM STAR SUNCATCHERS
Our Bride & Groom Star Suncatchers are a special-edition engraved pair created especially for the couple. Names, wedding date or other personalized wording can be engraved into the glass center dome.
The resin beneath the dome can also be given a subtle transparent color to coordinate with your wedding palette. Choose a gold- or silver-colored hanging chain.
After the wedding, the suncatchers become lasting keepsakes that can hang in a sunny window at home and bring the colors of the wedding day back again and again.
CUSTOM COLORS FOR YOUR WEDDING
SunRain centers can be tinted in your choice of 36 transparent resin colors, making it possible to coordinate the suncatchers with your flowers, bridesmaid dresses, table décor or overall wedding palette.
For custom-color wedding orders, physical resin color samples can be made for approval before the final pieces are created.
