Priti Sweet Weddings

sion, worked with vendors to accommodate our wishes, and made sure no detail was overlooked. On the day of our wedding, everything ran like clockwork thanks to her and her team. Brian was incredibly helpful the day of. He was always close by to ensure we had everything we needed, from food to drinks, and helping us stay on schedule without feeling rushed. Priti was thoughtful in so many ways, anticipating things we hadn’t even considered and managing every aspect behind the scenes so we could just enjoy the day. If you’re looking for a planner who is organized, kind, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in your day, we wholeheartedly recommend Priti and her team.

sion and brought it to life!! I had seen Priti's work in previous weddings and immediately knew I wanted to hire her for mine. I didn't even bother shopping around for other planners. Priti, thank you for all of your hard work. My family could not stop raving on how great this wedding was and how everything was so organized. That wouldn’t have been possible without you!!! I would throw a wedding every weekend if I could have you help me with it! As you know, all of the wedding planning was left to me with limited support from my family. You helped me so much and guided me as a family member would. THANK YOU! PSW treats you like a family member and Priti cares about your wedding as much as it is one of her own events. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful she was. She provided all the vendors that suited my budget and my vision. With her connections in the industry, working with other vendors was effortless. Priti did all the pre-work with the vendors so when a contract was presented to me, it already had exactly what I needed, and little to no back and forth. As mentioned, Priti treats you like family. She and her team did so much for us to ensure a well executed wedding. Priti even left me with a parting wedding gift. She went above and beyond professionally and personally. Despite of not working with her professionally any more, I continue to have a personal relationship with her. Priti and PSW are amazing!

all facets of our wedding, from negotiating contracts, setting up tastings, going over timelines, being at all our vendor meetings, and having a seamless and stress free weekend We had a formal Indian wedding which means multiple days and everything was done to the smallest detail. My wife and I had the greatest weekend and had no stress as Priti made a plan and executed the plan, even making sure we had the opportunity to eat at every event. I highly recommend Priti for your wedding!

tinerary for each part of the day. Avani and her team did a great job coordinating the events, and keeping everything on track!

ut after our first meeting with her, all those fears evaporated. Dhruvi kept us on schedule with weekly meetings, handled all of our vendors expertly, and when the big event finally arrived, she made certain it was utterly seamless. honestly, if we hadn't hired her, i think we would have just eloped. thanks, Dhruvi!!

months in advance (we had Avani as our wedding planner and she started helping us 8-9 months before our wedding). They also space out the weddings they take on their schedule to ensure they have more than enough time to be dedicated to your wedding and handle any last minute questions or concerns that occur in the final weeks. My husband and I are super detail oriented and were hoping to find someone who would be just as organized when planning our wedding. Avani went above and beyond to help us with every detail of our wedding! Her constant communication and organization stood out to us from the very beginning. As soon as we started planning our wedding, Avani gave us a list of tasks with a general timeline to help us outline what needed to be tackled first. She checked in often and sent frequent reminders of things that needed to be done which was very helpful. She also made suggestions to help us find reliable vendors and reviewed our contracts. We had many meetings in person, over the phone, and on video chat to discuss all the details. Avani answered our questions patiently and approached every request with a can-do attitude. She was extremely easy to contact and was always quick to respond to texts, calls, and emails. We had some miscommunication issues with one of our vendors but as soon as we mentioned the problem to Avani, she took care of it instantly! She knows a lot of vendors in the Chicagoland area and was always in touch with our vendors throughout the planning process. She sent us an extremely detailed 10 page itinerary outlining every detail by the hour for the wedding events and reviewed it with us line by line to ensure we were happy with the entire schedule. She also made a separate itinerary specifically for the bridal party and vendors that was less detailed. For the weekend of, Avani ensured every item on the itinerary occurred on time which allowed my husband and I the luxury of enjoying our special weekend with our guests. Avani and her team were extremely professional and personable with our extended family and friends. The team tackled our long list of to-do’s flawlessly and made sure every request was met. One of the most shocking things that our family and friends still talk about today was how all of our wedding events started and ended on time without any delays! Avani’s team ensured every step of every event occurred smoothly and truly helped our families feel like they could enjoy the events without having to worry! Hiring Priti Sweet Weddings was easily one of the best decisions we could have made!

s and vendors to ensure that our 400+ guest events ran seamlessly. She personally made sure that the two of us and our families ate at each event, which was really important for us. She was patient, organized, kind, practical, and creative, everything we were looking for in a planner. We couldn't have hosted our dream wedding weekend without Avani. Thank you SO much!

cation really stands out. Throughout the entire process she was available to answer questions and make suggestions that fit our style. Right from the beginning she helped us set a budget and expectations. She took the stress out of finding reliable vendors, reviewing contracts, and making sure we weren't overlooking any details in the planning process. Having her team on site the day of the wedding meant we could focus on being in the moment and not have to worry. Thank you so much Priti! Jon and Mariana

nt event. She regularly scheduled last minute day-of meetings (2/3 meetings), sent us back schedules with wrong times (which we had sent to perfection), mispronounced our family names in front of our families (and then refused to make an effort to say it correctly), and they yelled at family members assisting elders during picture taking. My mom had to step in several times in a stern voice to inform Avani of her unprofessional behavior. She also failed to handle any challenges day-of leaving our family to find solutions on our own. While we expected to do a lot of the work for coordination services, we did not expect her presence to detract from our experience.

ghly recommend her for any type of wedding. She is thoughtful, organized and calm. I just love her and everyone should work with her, it is so worth it!

ely, created the itinerary, ensured operations ran smoothly according to the itinerary, provided guidance where needed, and was always willing to answer questions as we planned the event. The few things that we believe could have been better were attending all vendor calls scheduled, updating budgets, contract review, more attention to detail on wedding day, confirming with priest on duties and wedding timings, ensuring makeup/hair arrive on time, finalizing photo/video hours, and communication about day of attendance timings. All in all, there will always be improvements; however, we would recommend Priti as a planner for your big day. She is very friendly and is willing to be there for you for your wedding.

f schedule giving guests and us the time to relax. We couldn't have been more happier with the way things turned out! We would confidently hire her again for future events!

rict timeline. She was really good at responding throughout the entire process and was very reassuring and able to improvise when needed. Her knowledge of vendors is endless and comes in great use, and she makes your wedding week stress free with her approach. We strongly recommend her for your event!!!!!

out a thing, which is exactly what I wanted so my husband and I could enjoy the day with our family and friends and still have the wedding of our dreams. Also, they are professional and also absolutely personable so you really feel like you've got the best team to have your back. I could not recommend her and her team enough!! Thank you for everything and I hope we can keep in touch!!

ve done for us for this wedding. We definitely had no idea where to start with the planning process and we’re so glad we had you to guide us. You’ve been so responsive to our messages (even the 2 am ones we sent on call 😂) and with really bringing our vision to life. Our wedding weekend was a dream thanks to you. All our guests were raving about “the ladies in blue” and we heard so many comments about it being the most on time Indian wedding they have ever been to! Thanks again for everything and please keep in touch! With love, Anu and Akash

as so accommodating to my family and made sure to check in with us throughout the day. She was incredibly organized and made sure everything went according to time. She has a great relationship with all the vendors and it really showed in how well everything was coordinated. I highly highly recommend Priti Sweet Weddings for your next event!

orgotten and throughout our wedding day we were either ahead of schedule or on schedule. She has great relationships with vendors and works well with them, one of them even referred her services to me. I highly recommend her services! You will not be disappointed!

our wedding day and everything was so effortless on my end, as the bride, thanks to her. We are not very traditional as far as Indian weddings go and Priti did a great job of reflecting that in her planning and ensuring all of our needs were met. The sangeet/mehndi combo night was absolutely perfect and had a great reflection of my Indian roots and my husband’s Jamaican heritage. It was so nice not having to worry about this event at all because I knew Priti had it covered. On my wedding day, Priti and Avani were literal lifesavers and helped put out any fires before I was even aware of them. I loved the itinerary she made, even if it wasn’t closely followed, but she helped us get back on track and ensured that all the major things still got done. Everything turned out perfectly thanks to Priti and I simply got to enjoy my wedding and have the best day because I knew she had my back! I would definitely recommend that every bride should get a planner/coordinator and that planner/coordinater should be Priti Sweet Weddings!

, obsessive attention to detail, and a fantastic personality. Highly recommended for every couple wanting a perfect wedding!

e’s very knowledgeable, organized, full of awesome ideas/tips, and professional (but somehow it felt like she was one of our really good friends!). Our wedding day felt like a breeze with her around. We truly got to enjoy the day without having to worry about anything because we knew Priti was handling it, our friends and family would also agree with that. She communicated very well with all of our vendors who also had nothing but positive things to say about her. For example, our venue coordinator mentioned how respectful and professional she was with them and that’s not always a given with every planner. Bonus points for that! I would definitely recommend Priti for your future events because she will make your vision come to life while ensuring everything goes as smoothly as possible! You’re the best, Priti!!! 💕

our guests to have a good time and us not to have anything to worry about. Priti definitely exceeded our expectations and ensured we had a great time while she took care of everything else! Cocktails started with guests drinking, eating and playing roulette and blackjack. A caricature artist drew single portraits of the 300 guests at Chicago’s River East Center! Guests danced the night away and took home personalized card decks as favors. Priti and her team did a great job making sure guests were taken care of, both families and we were fed. During the evening reception, they visited all the tables and asked guests if they needed anything and would fulfill there dinner requests. They have the longest most detailed wedding itinerary I have ever seen! Our wedding itinerary was 5 pages long and included all the details needed. They created a separate itinerary (shorter version) for my bridal party and the vendors as well. PSW provides unlimited communication and they know the importance of communciation in making an event successful. Priti was very reliable, trustworthy and hard working. I can tell she is passionate about what she does and I highly recommend her!

h me every step of the way from dress fittings to venue shopping to the cake tasting. She also has amazing connections with major vendors all over the city! The final result was fantastic! I highly recommend Priti Sweet Weddings! - Penny

dings was a good idea, but navigating through this with her by our side solidified that Priti Sweet Weddings was hands down the best decision we made with our wedding!! Priti sent a note in March saying any couple wanting to rebook would simply see PSW services moved to the new date so long as there was availability and there would be no rebooking fees. Priti then jumped right in helping us contact vendors, organize their new availability and dates, sifting through the options and ultimately finding new vendors for the ones that we can no longer work with. It's been a life, and sanity, saver for sure! Do yourselves a favor and make the easiest decision ever to ensure your entire wedding planning process happens smoothly! Wish I could give 10 stars!

beyond in meeting every expectation and ensuring that we get everything we wanted for our big day. From being an expert planner, unique design ideas, extensive vendor database, creative details to make your wedding one of a kind. There were times where I could trust her. The best part was that she made it feel effortless and has a true passion for what she does. She truly felt like part of the family and we even confided in her. She truly cared for us and wanted the best for us. I highly recommend Priti and she is worth every penny if not more!

xed and well fed the entire time. Her attention to detail and creativity took our vision to a different level. Planning a wedding while in a different state was horrifying, but with Priti by our side, everything was so easy! Thanks Priti!!!

led all the vendors, created an amazing day of schedule, contacted our wedding party and made a separate schedule for them as well as the vendors, took care of getting our place cards printed and SO much more. She called me the morning of the wedding to check in and see how I was doing! She was so kind and organized, I really could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend her to anyone and we cannot thank her enough for helping us create our dream wedding!

vendors. Priti Katwala and her team came adviced me and saved me a ton of money and time. Invaluable service. Also, my wife was less stressed! Happy Wife Happy Life!

he vendors were on point made our day so relaxing. Our wedding planner created a detailed 5-page timeline for the day of the wedding (even a separate itinerary for the bridal party and vendors) and was the key person to implement it which allowed me and my husband the luxury of soaking everything in and really enjoying our special day. In the end, we felt like guests at our own wedding; knowing that someone else was taking care of everything allowed not only me and my husband, but our entire bridal party and our family and friends to have an amazing stress free day. I would highly recommend hiring Priti Sweet Weddings. In fact, her day of coordination package is more like months of coordination because she likes to start 4-5 months in advance and it truly got us organized and made for our day to be perfect! It was one of the best decisions my husband and I made!"

e how I envisioned my dream wedding. She has a beautiful vision and made my dream wedding come to life. We can't thank her enough for all the hard work (hours and hours and hours) and love she put into it to make her stunning vision come to life. Priti’s incredible organization from beginning to end made the event flawless. Priti is very resourceful and she led her vendors with respect, kindness and professionalism. Priti was a pleasure to work with and became a friend and confidant throughout the wedding planning process. Priti approaches her work with passion, warmth and enthusiasm! She brings creativity and out of the box thinking to all situations. She gives 110% to every task. I appreciate her impeccable follow through and I highly recommend working with her.

and our families. Priti took the responsibility to contact all the vendors and notify them of the new postponed date and help us find new vendors if they were already booked on the new date. She stays calm and thinks out of the box to help us. In turn, it made us feel more at ease. Priti has turned into a friend throughout the planning process and was 110% reliable. She has a true passion for wedding planning and is so creative. She made our vision of our wedding come to life and above our expectations. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding! She will be planning my sister's wedding in the new future!

s with vendor negotiation, decor ideas, welcome drinks and food menu suggestions and also recommended us a reasonable DJ and cake vendor. They made sure that all the festivities were thoroughly enjoyed by our guests without any undue stress to us. All the activities and guest entertainment were carefully designed for our very special day and all within budget! We highly recommend them for your special events!!

l the end. You gave us direction, guidance and helped us build bridges with best vendors, which helped us make right choices without wasting any precious time and money. Also, you were always readily available to solve and to answer any questions whether it was minor or major. You always listened patiently and gave us best advice. This is why our wedding was amazing because of Priti Sweet Weddings !! Thank you for making everything seemless :) We highly recommend them for your special events !!

ere on opposite ends. Our wedding planners worked their magic and incorporated both visions to one. It’s true, your wedding day will fly by and I can honestly say that we enjoyed every moment....stress free. I’m forever grateful! Oh, how can I forget...our planners also stayed within our budget! 💕
