event, Matthew was fantastic to work with and did exactly what he said he would do. He served around 100 people, prepared everything on site, and completely took care of it. The presentation was excellent, there was plenty of food, and our guests loved it. We received a ton of compliments and had several people asking us for his contact information. What I appreciated most was that I didn’t have to worry about anything. They were dependable, friendly, professional, and just handled it. Great food, great experience, and someone you can count on. Thank you Chef!!

During wedding week life is chaotic and things happen but Matthew brought such a calm vibe and great food that nobody felt stressed or worried that evening. Thank you for your business chef! erience was way more than we expected. From the moment he showed up, he was extremely professional, prepared, and easy to work with. But what really stood out was how he somehow went from “the chef we hired” to “one of the guys” by the end of the night. 😂 He made everyone feel welcome, took the time to interact with us, and genuinely made the event feel special. And the food… WOW. Every dish was better than the last, and with a group of 15 hungry guys at a bachelor party, that is NOT an easy crowd to impress. We had people talking about the food for the rest of the night! The pricing was also extremely reasonable for the quality and level of service we received. You get that rare combination of great food, great service, professionalism, and an awesome personality all in one package. If you’re debating whether or not to hire him, stop debating and book him. Whether you’re planning a bachelor party, birthday, wedding, private dinner, or just want to seriously impress your guests, this is the guy you want in your kitchen. 10/10 experience. nary gifts was a marvel to behold. They treated my daughter's wedding like it was their beloved daughter and acted accordingly...the love and effort poured into the day and the food was a beautiful journey to witness. What a team! And then the food..exceeding every wish or expectation over 150 people including our entire vendor team was blessed dining on exquisite cuisine. guests from humble homes to multi millionaires literally from every walk of life left us with words of astonishment all agreeing it was not just the best wedding food they had ever eaten, but many one of them expressed if was the best meal of their lifetime. The biggest fight was was what better the succulent bone in pork chop with the apple chutney magical sauce or the filet tender enough to be cut with a fork, cooked to absolute perfection with a trio of sauces that was each better then the next...the candied greens beans were so good we couldn't stop eating them, and the scalloped potatoes were not only amazing to taste, but guests kept wondering how the potatoes were so large and cut to absolute perfection I mean come on..that level of detail is insane! I could go on and on about every bite, but although I wasn't able to sample his entire menu in 1 night I absolutely know that no matter what anyone would order it would be perfect because Matt and his team don't cook food, they create magic and embue every morsel with love and care..there is no better option if you want youre event to be one guests will never forget this is your catering team..we will never host another event without them...

dinner for 24 with a salad, duel entrees steak and scallops was to die for. For dessert chef had individual panna cotta’s with berry sauce and he also serviced our cake at no extra cost. Quick, clean effective work!
