bulky, my engagement ring and wedding bands always looked dull, and my diamond wasn’t sparkling the way it should’ve been. Over the past couple years, every time my husband looked at my ring he kept complaining that it wasn’t right -and it wasn’t even the setting he picked out! Trying to avoid going back to our family jeweler, I reached out to Parth and Privosa to see what my options were, new ring(buying back my old stone)? Repaired setting? Repurposed diamonds in a new setting? Over the course of two days Parth and the Privosa family spent hours showing us new diamonds and multiple setting options. Parth created a custom 3D rendering of my new engagement ring, and weddings bands to match. He repurposed diamonds from my original ring, and kept me in the loop through the entire process! He also helped me find a way bigger/better quality diamond than any other jeweler around town that fit my budget. Even my girl was shocked at how big and shiny it was when I proposed. She says she's the envy of all her friends and everybody says I did great! I received excellent service and attention here and communication was top notch.
