sly about ceremony options. I was hoping to do a different song for each group that would be walking up. To sum it up, I was doing 5 songs total. Karsen said that this is something that he can do and so I proceeded to plan that. When I made another meeting with Karsen a month out, I had the meeting booked and I was never reach out to. Apparently the Dj got switched to another person and no one made me aware of this. This is when I found out that Andrew was put onto our wedding. I then scheduled a meeting with Andrew and then covered the same thing with him from the previous Dj. Andrew said that he can do that same 5 song for the ceremony and so I kept it. I covered all the song information with him. 15 minutes before our ceremony he came up to me and my groom and asked me what the songs were again and that he was having issue's setting up the equipment down by the ceremony site, my venue said that no other Dj has had any issue's before. Within the first 5 seconds of our ceremony starting, Andrew played the wrong music for who it was intended for, officiant walked down to the ring bearer song, my groom with mothers had no music while they walked down. Bridesmaids and groomsmen had the right one, my ring bearer walked down to the flower girl song. My MOH had to get someone over to the Dj as my flower girls were going to start to walk down to my song. I didn't know the ceremony got messed up until after it. I was very disappointed to find out months of planning the ceremony just went out the door when it started. Dinner went fine and songs I had picked out were being played but after dinner the songs that I picked out weren't getting played. It was completely different music. There was 5 songs that were played off my playlist, I had to ask for all my other songs to get played, each time. During our first dance I asked for no disco lights and he had turn them off but they came right back on after we had started our dance. To find words of how disappointed I am that I booked with pro sound a year prior to our wedding and that the Dj didn't seem to take the job serious. I later found a video on their Facebook and he said "Oh god doing a wedding at a country club" with a attitude voice. I'm still going to love our wedding day and I am over the moon happy that I married my best friend but can't help feel that we had a piece of our day taken away from us. I spent a lot of money and don't feel we got for what we paid for. I hope this review saves another bride from going through what we had to go through.
