And I am the owner and face behind Procrastin’s Table.
I’m a wife, mother of five, and passionate hospitality professional living in Chesterfield, MO, a suburb of St. Louis. In 2023, my family took a leap of faith—moving for my husband’s job and to be closer to family, which meant rebuilding my business from the ground up after years of success in Oklahoma City. Before founding Procrastin’s Table, I spent years as an event manager in Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Oklahoma City, crafting unforgettable experiences through food, ambiance, and hospitality. But my love for grazing tables and charcuterie boards was born from something deeper—the joy of slowing down, savoring each bite, supporting American made and making food an experience rather than a task. At its heart, Procrastin’s Table is a family-run labor of love. My husband meticulously handcrafts our boards, my kids help in the kitchen (or keep the little one entertained!), and in doing so, they’re learning something priceless—the value of hard work, the beauty of craftsmanship, and the importance of pouring passion into what you create. For me, procrastination isn’t about delay—it’s about indulgence. It’s about letting go of the rush and embracing the moment, gathering around beautifully curated grazing tables that invite conversation, connection, and a love for food done right. I’m honored to bring a touch of luxury and warmth to weddings, corporate events, and celebrations throughout St. Louis and I can’t wait to create something unforgettable for you.
