6 days before 10/2/21 wedding Jessica Proctor texted & said she had been in accident & she had to cancel for my son's wedding as well as all weddings booked til after the new year. She was paid in full for her officiant services, lighting, DJ and photo booth. She told my son he would receive a FULL refund. She did find a DJ, who turned out to be fabulous, and she agreed to pay him from my son's existing contract. More than 2 months after the wedding, numerous phone calls to her, several calls she just hung up on us, no one has seen a penny. We have taken legal action. If you research Proctor Entertainment's reviews you will find that she has already had a couple of "accidents".

This was the worst experience starting from Before the wedding. Owner failed to show up to 2 of our scheduled phone call appointments a couple weeks before the wedding. Day of the wedding had to stall starting the ceremony As they weren’t done setting up. Granted the “DJ” assigned got in to an accident. However none of the songs for the Bridal party were played, I requested a song which was never played, paid for 10 uplighting yellow or blue. Owner claims She can prove they were not Green as every guest remembers. Wasn’t able To hear the best man, maid of honor or blessing due to feedback. Couldn’t find DJ so our reception started 45 mins late, bridal party was outside waiting to enter. The photographers had to take control and help. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend them. Owner tried but still let my wedding day be ruined. Most importantly our ceremony was supposed to have a microphone so our guests could hear our vows, which never showed up Either.

Kent and Jessica were fantastic to work with. They really know what they are doing and how to organize everything, which was so helpful for me when there was so much to attend to! Kent was our DJ day of, and he kept things running so smoothly. His narrations were perfect and he played all the right songs to keep everyone on the floor all night! Highly recommend the Proctors!

My husband and I chose Proctor Entertainment to provide many services for our October wedding. We found them at a bridal show in Syracuse, NY. They were amazing!! We used them for many services: DJ, Photobooth, Uplighting and officiant. I cannot say enough good things. From the beginning, they were excellent with us. Very patient, more than willing to help in any way they could, and humorous (which is needed at such stressful times!). Jessica was our wedding officiant so she really played a special role. She was excellent! All of the other services (DJ, photo booth, and uplighting) were also excellent. They really helped make our day so special and we cannot thank them enough for that! Everything went soo smoothly and everyone had an amazing time!
