He really made us feel like everything would be taken care of. Once we booked with him, he stayed in touch and answered every question we had along the way. On the day of our reception, his staff showed up right on time and even had another staff member stop at the store to get something we had forgotten! The bartenders were very pleasant and professional. The servers were extremely attentive and professional as well. This was hands down our favorite vendor that we have worked with and we would absolutely hire them again.

As the bride, Jim even personally handed me my first drink at cocktail hour! Such fun for our reception and great professional service from them. Jim was helpful through the whole process especially in my case planning long-distance, helping estimate how much we would need based on 90 guests, drink recommendations, price flexibility, and even suggestions about the space such as doing cocktail hour outside.
