Joe was amazing to work with. His forms were easy to use. We choose his Oceano package and it was worth it! Lighting was on point at reception and really knows how to read a room k...
ept the energy alive! We met Joe at a wedding expo at the Madonna Inn. If you see him at these types of shows it’s worth the time to stop and say hi! Our wedding day just so happen to be his birthday. Joe called me a few days before to finalize timeline and double checked with me the night of. He saved us during our first dance we had a cute ending and I was getting tired but no one else knew and that’s the beauty of it.
From the very beginning, working with Joe was an incredible experience. Joe was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day exactly what we envisione...
d. Communication was excellent throughout the entire planning process, and he made himself available for phone calls whenever we had questions or wanted to go over details. The music planning forms were easy to use and made organizing everything—from our ceremony music to the reception—simple and stress-free.
Our venue had several different areas that all required separate sound setups, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception, and everything transitioned seamlessly. One of the biggest challenges was that our ceremony location didn't have electrical power, but Joe came fully prepared with a system that worked flawlessly. Every ceremony cue was timed perfectly, and hearing each song start exactly when it was supposed to made the ceremony feel even more special.
Throughout the reception, Joe kept everything running smoothly. The sound quality was excellent, announcements were clear, and he did an outstanding job reading the crowd while also honoring the atmosphere and music we wanted. The dance floor stayed full all night, and we've had so many guests tell us how much fun they had.
If you're looking for a professional, organized, and talented wedding DJ, I can't recommend Joe enough. He exceeded our expectations in every way and played a huge part in making our wedding unforgettable.
Joe was fantastic every step of the way. Total professional in the lead up and setup Zoom interviews with us to get a feeling for the kind of event we wanted. We gave him a Spotify...
playlist to play and he filled in the gaps with the exact vibe and kept the dance floor going. He was also an excellent MC and coordinated our speeches and announcements. At one point a circuit blew at our venue and Joe had us back up and running in just a few minutes. Excellent DJ!
We had a great experience working with DJ Joe and cannot recommend his services enough! From the very beginning we got great vibes from Joe and did not feel embarrassed to tell him...
about some of our silly music choices. Joe kept the dance floor alive all night and was professional and quick when it came to answering any questions we had throughout the process. He was able to help my husband set up and sound check for a surprise live music performance he gave for the reception and was able to keep it a surprise for me as well. Joe also was very prepared for working with our videographers and offered to set up a tripod for my maid of honor who ended up not being able to make it so we could FaceTime her. Thanks so much for everything Joe!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Joe Clemmer of Professional DJ Services for our wedding at the Santa Barbara Courthouse on 10/15/2025, and he was phenomenal from start...
to finish. Joe was incredibly communicative, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about making our ceremony perfect. Since the Courthouse doesn’t allow public power use, Joe set up an entirely off-grid sound system that worked flawlessly. The lapel microphones blended beautifully with my tuxedo and my wife’s elegant dress, you couldn’t even see them in photos and every guest, even those seated in the very back rows, heard every word clearly. Joe’s professionalism, expertise, and calm, confident energy made such a difference on our wedding day. We can’t recommend him enough as he’s truly the best in the business.
We planned this wedding from across the country and everything turned out perfect. A huge reason for this was Joe ! He made sure all the music and announcements was set up to go an...

im he said he'd be more than happy to. Boy let me tell you am I glad he did because he was so professional from start to finish he did an amazing job as DJ and Emc. I highly recommend him for any wedding or event for that matter I'd hire him again in a heart beat he took care of all my requests and blew me out of the water. To say I was very pleased with Joe would be an understatement. People just call him and hire it's worth it.

a job he did. From start to finish, Joe was super easy to work with. He listened to exactly what we wanted, and he executed it marvelously! Joe also did an excellent job engaging with our guests at the wedding. I would 100% recommend Joe to anyone!
I loved Joe from our first meeting. He was very professional, responsive and helpful. What I appreciated most on our wedding day was how is bottom line was he was for us. There is ...
nothing like feeling supported at such a big event and knowing who is on your team. Joe is on YOUR TEAM. If you want a DJ who will listen, help, add their own razzle dazzle where it is needed, be kind and courteous to any one involved - Joe is your guy. The support he gave before our big day to the actual day was very affirming. I was not left wondering or feeling like we were not on the same page and that means a lot when it comes to weddings and how stressful they can be. Joe can be trusted, he will come through for you - and I know this because I was a complete stranger to him before our wedding and he did it for my husband and I. He accommodated our requests perfectly.

roughout the process, and a final meeting before the wedding to ensure it was seamless. And seamless it was! I, as the bride, worried about absolutely nothing related to sound, tech, flow, music, and anything else DJ related. Choosing DJ Joe was my best decision I made in wedding planning. His experience helped create my wedding event flow and he even printed out little schedules of events for the bride, groom, and some of our vendors.
The music for dancing was everything I wanted! I spent the whole 3.5 hour of dancing music on the dance floor having a good time with my people! My guests loved it and I did too. The music was a blend of all guests music interests and everyone was on the dance floor having a great time. I loved how you could actively request songs throughout the night too, via QR code or in person request. We decided to go with the uplight option for our lighting package and we were so glad we did, classy during dinner yet fun for the dance floor- another great recommendation by DJ Joe.
If you’re on the fence about hiring a quality DJ, definitely don’t be. DJ Joe is the way to go & was worth every penny.

st passionate about music but also dedicated to ensuring every event goes smoothly.
Joe offers a suite of services, from DJing weddings and parties to offering sound and lighting packages, and it’s clear that he tailors his approach to fit each client’s needs. We especially appreciated the event planning section, which helped us organize the playlist and timing of the event, making everything flow seamlessly.
On the day of the event, Joe showed up on time, was super easy to work with, and kept the energy up all night with a perfect mix of music. He was incredibly responsive to our song requests, and his expertise in reading the crowd really kept the dance floor packed. His sound system and lighting were top-notch, adding that extra professional touch to the event.
If you’re looking for a reliable, talented DJ who goes above and beyond, Joe is the one! Highly recommend checking out his website to see all the great services he offers—then book him for your next event, you won’t regret it!

Joe also did a great job matching the music to the mood on the dance floor. Many of the guests noted how good he was at changing songs to accommodate the crowd's reactions. His process ahead of our wedding was easy to follow and helped make our day exactly as we planned.

th the surprising denial or unprofessional attitudes from the gate. When Joe, from Professional DJ Services, responded to my inquiry I was hopeful and slightly relieved. But I am so happy with every aspect of his service. He was very responsive in emails and text/calls, he has enormous collection of music, his equipment was spectacular and didn't take up too much space, and best of all he was so great at reading the room and announcing the flow of the evening. I was a little shocked how many guests I had on the dance floor all night but he is truly a professional and made our night so fun!
Thank you Joe!
Joe was the best DJ I could’ve asked for. The dance floor at my wedding was packed and super high energy the whole night and many of my guests said he was a great DJ!
Having a fun...
party where everyone is on the dance floor was really important to me so I talked to a lot of DJs before I found Joe. No one was really a good fit because they were either too intense, seemed uninterested, or they were way too expensive. From the first conversation, Joe asked us what we wanted and listened to us while also giving input and giving us a clear overview of how the day would play out which was very helpful. And his rates were very reasonable and worth the value. The process preparing for the wedding was smooth. Joe gave us some forms to fill out and resources on common songs for certain parts of the wedding which was very helpful. Being kind of a type A bride, I gave Joe a pretty long list of songs I wanted played during the reception. Joe listened and played those plus a few more that fit well with the overall vibe. He was also good about watching the crowd and seeing which songs fit best for that particular audience and also grouping songs in a way that made sense. Overall I was super happy with Joe and had an absolute blast at my wedding on the dance floor all night! I highly recommended him :)
Joe is awesome! He’s very organized, professional, and obviously enjoys what he does! Would recommend!!

included and excited to be there. My husband and I worked with Joe, and it was the best decision we made. He is the kindest, most hard working, and professional person who truly made our day perfect. I lost count on the amount of compliments I received from my guests on how he treated them and how he ran the night. He made the entire planning process so simple and was so accommodating with all of my requests. Seriously- stop searching and book him asap!

p for our ceremony on the beach so everyone could hear us and the minister. We got so many compliments about our wedding and I believe a lot of that had to do with Joe! Great fun, absolutely organized and put our nerves at ease. Would recommend Joe to anyone who has a wedding or life event. Joe will deliver and make it even more special! Thanks Joe! - Katy and Landon.
10/10 the BEST decision I made for our vendors. (And ALL of my vendors were great!). From the beginning Joe was amazing to work with- being a DIY bride hosting a large wedding was ...
stressful, and Joe did nothing but bring organization and kept our party moving! I would recommend Joe 100 percent, and we're even happier to have supported a local veteran owned business.

ck to me in a very prompt manner. He listened to our plan for music and answered our many questions along the way. On the day of our wedding, we were supposed to be outside for our ceremony and reception. Due to unusually violent winds, we had to move everything inside at the last minute. Even though Joe had already set up his equipment, he was happy to break it down and set it up inside. He even helped us carry and set up our personal items inside. When our timeline changed, he was flexible and was willing to stay longer than we initially discussed. I can't imagine a better DJ and person than Joe!!!
Joe was the best!! He was so accommodating and easy to work with and kept the whole wedding going so smoothly!! We would recommend anyone!

He also has great music knowledge across many different genres and he kept our guests having fun on the dance floor all night long. Thanks Joe!

aving him DJ our wedding. Unfortunately due to COVID we had to postpone and Joe was already booked on our new date. However, he still allowed us to use his planning resources, and made himself available for any consultations we might need. He really is awesome!

out of our vendors. He isn't greedy or pushy, and you can truly feel that he will help make your event special. He has also been very understanding and flexible, especially with the events surrounding COVID, which shows a lot about his ethic and character and will go a long way. He's easy to talk to and is a hard worker, and there is no doubt that he would do a fantastic job at any event!
Joe is a true professional!!! I am so happy that we selected him for our wedding. He was always very responsive to calls and emails and was happy to set up zoom calls if requested....
We added in additional lighting which was reasonably priced and it makes such a difference for the event and in pictures! Not only was he a great DJ, but he was excellent at working with the other vendors to keep the flow of the event and on schedule. He was always upbeat and positive. I hope we can hire him for another event!
Well, I was a COVID bride so we obviously had to make some changes from what I had originally planned!. Joe was AMAZING at communicating during the turbulent times. He worked with ...

We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out and Joe played a huge part of it. I cannot recommend Joe highly enough!! Thank you Joe for making my day perfect.

on.
In all conversations he made sure to respond fully to any questions/concerns we had, and the pricing for his services was great. The day of the wedding everything went off without a hitch. He integrated our preferred songs into a great playlist for the dancefloor, timed all the music for the ceremony perfectly and we had a great time!
We can't recommend Joe enough!
DJ Joe was amazing! One week before our wedding, the lady who was supposed to coordinate the ceremony quit on us. DJ Joe not only did an awesome job with the music, but stepped up ...
and essentially became our coordinator also! To top it all off, we had a sign in front of our head table that DJ Joe said needed to be eliminated more. So he threw up 2 extra spot lights for us at no charge! We had a hiccup with the flowers right before the ceremony, pushing the start time back by 10 minutes, but Joe had it covered with no problems! Then instead of a last dance, we did a send off song that Joe surprised us with. It was amazing! We had so many special people that stayed until the end and for them to be a part of send off as husband and wife was a perfect end to a perfect day! I will never use another DJ other than Joe!!! He has amazing ideas and knows the traditional ways too!! Truly a Professional DJ Service!!!
I knew from the very first phone call that Joe would be a great choice for our wedding. He was very professional and engaged in our wedding during the entire planning process and ...
was truly invested in making our wedding the best it could be. He nailed it, the entire wedding was a hit and he kept guests on the dance floor ALL night. He even went way above and beyond to find the exact version of some instrumentals I wanted played during the ceremony with very little notice from me.
Your search for a great DJ should end here, you wont find a better one or a better deal in Santa Barbara County.
We got married in June and hired Joe based on his location in relevance to our venue! Boy were we happy we did! During the whole process he was so easy to communicate with and was ...
very responsive. This DJ was on time, professional, full of energy and made our reception a blast. He played the perfect songs at the right times so the dance floor was never empty! People are still talking about how much fun they had at our wedding! We would absolutely recommend this DJ to anyone.
