Professor D band

All of the singers and performers in Professor D were incredible! Onsite their performance was so great, interactive and fun. They sometimes had members come offstage and onto the dancefloor to sing and even start a limbo under the trumpet. The band was so friendly and exceeded all our already-high-expectations onsite. We booked Professor D before they switched over to Jodan Kahn Music Company (JKMC). Before switching over, our contact-Scott was super responsive and went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. After the switch to JKMC, it was a very different experience. Everyone on the management team that I spoke with was not at all interested in helping out - they even said no when we asked if they had an extra mic we could rent for our ceremony musician. The band is wonderful and I hope their management company begins to take a more customer-service centered approach to their clients. It would be a shame if people are turned off by not wanting to work with JKMC (however very understandable), because the band itself is incredible. I would give the band 5+ stars - Excellent and the management company JKMC a 2/5 stars because they were so rude and unhelpful in my interactions with them leading up to my wedding.
