We hired Project Floral for our wedding, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! Megan, our floral designer, was an absolute DREAM to work with. She brought my entire vision to life, captured every single detail, and her creations/installations were absolutely MAGICAL! It was so great to see everything come together so perfectly and look absolutely stunning in-person on our wedding day. It was truly better than anything I even imagined or saw in my own head, and I almost cried when I saw it all because it was just that BEAUTIFUL. We received so many compliments from our guests on her and the entire staff's work that evening and even many days later. Megan was also incredibly patient, flexible, and understanding in regard to making changes and adjustments to my proposal throughout the planning and design process. She even took the time to do several walk-throughs of the venue with me to make sure that everything was just right and how I wanted it to look and be exactly. You will not regret hiring Project Floral for your wedding. They are an absolutely joy to work with!

Project Floral just completed our wedding and the flowers were to die for! Megan made my vision come to life more than I could have dreamed!! And she answered all my questions along the way. I gave her some general pictures of what I liked, and a color palette, but the rest I left up to her and she NAILED IT. It was so amazing to go through the design consultations, discuss additions/changes (even up to the last couple weeks) and then really be amazed with what her and her team put together. The team also had a shortened set up time than normal and set the place was stunning. My favorite had to be my bridal bouquet, its so vibrant in photos. I highly recommend!

From the moment I had my first meeting call with Savanna all the way to her delivered result I had an excellent experience. Not only did I just enjoy talking with her but she asked all the right questions to really hone in on my vision. She was completely flexible with my budget and upfront about what she could offer within that budget. As time went on I had all sorts of changes and different requests and she handled them all with grace and enthusiasm. I even added on a small request days before the wedding and she added it in no problem! The flowers on the day of my wedding were stunning and both matched and exceeded the vision in my head (and on my Pinterest board) She perfectly captured the boho, dark, moody look blended with bright, cheery and whimsical of what I was going for. 12/10 recommend I'm so so happy with Savanna and her team and their work! Megan and the Project Floral team turned my venue into my Colorado garden dream! From the start, Megan listened carefully to what I wanted and was able to take my jumbled description and turn it into a floral masterpiece. The vision board that she created was so spot on that we started using her language to describe our wedding feel: organic, whimsical, woodlands, unique. I did not want flowers but rather greenery and native Colorado foliage. All over the venue, there was greenery and live potted plants. Megan and her team had two floating flower installations as well as moss everywhere! I wanted the reception venue to feel like the mountain ceremony where we said our vows and they delivered!! Megan and the whole Project Floral team made the venue organic, whimsical, woodlands, and unique. My guests still talk about how stunning the space was with all of the plants! If you are a plant lady and want green everywhere, HIRE THS TEAM!!!!

Tristin and her team at Project Floral were so wonderful to work with. After being forced to push our wedding back a year due to COVID, Tristin even sent me a house plant as a 'sorry for postponing your wedding'. She was also super responsive and organized, which led to a seamless partnership in a few short months. Ultimately, she designed and delivered the most beautiful flowers, ceremony displays, table arrangements, and signage for our big day in Colorado. Due to our wedding venue being Moss Denver we were 99% sure we wanted to work with PF due to their close relationship, but after our first meeting and looking at previous designs it was a no brainer. We knew we wanted more dried elements in our designs and Megan truly helped bring our vision to life. And my bouquet -- WOW. I cannot wait to have it preserved so that I can stare at all of Project Floral's amazing talent forever!

All I can say is WOW, Project Floral exceeded our expectations. All of our arrangements were beautiful and they did an amazing job capturing our vision for our small service at Moss. I highly recommend the Edison light arch because it looks amazing in photos and really tied everything together. Tristin was an absolute D R E A M to work with! She is so insanely talented. She was so thorough throughout the entire planning process -- hearing our desires and making our vision come to life. We are still not over how she transformed our venue, and will never forget our reactions when we saw it for the first time. From my bouquet to our greenery chandeliers, to the black wire stands and the faux brick wall, our urban rooftop garden was just pure magic. I wish we could get married again just to see what she would come up with next. She is the BEST selection for your wedding floral needs!

Megan and Project Floral were a true dream! From the first interview/design session I knew they were the ones! I felt like they truly saw my vision and also came up with their own amazing ideas along the way all while showing true enthusiasm. We hired Project Floral for our dream wedding in Vail this September and they did not disappoint! Megan was our main contact person and created such a dream vision for us. She helped to make every idea we had become a reality. Communication with the team was so effortless and although we made several last minute adjustments it came together seamlessly. They created an enchanting boho wonderland and every single detail was immaculate. We had so many compliments throughout the wedding on the flowers and greenery. Project floral was the perfect fit for our summer mountain wedding! Tristin was so kind and seemed to be able to read my mind for every aspect of our floral arrangements. She even custom designed our arbor with floating flowers and it was MAGICAL. I can’t say enough about how Project Floral, and Tristin specifically, went above and beyond for us.

Tristin and her team came through with a stunning cascade bridal bouquet, maids bouquets, and bouts! It was such a fun design and the bride loved it. Even though this was a pick up, the items were ready on time, prepared for a trip up the mountain, and labeled! Made this wedding planner's job easy!

We chose Project Floral for our August 2021 wedding at North Star Gatherings in Idaho Springs, CO. I knew from our first meeting with Megan that we were in good hands! I interviewed a handful of floral companies and felt like Project Floral just understood our vision and vibe more than the others. Megan also had so many creative ideas that I never would have come up with on my own! My bridal bouquet was unbelievably gorgeous and exceeded expectations. The floral installation on the arch was perfect. They also made some last-minute changes to incorporate sunflowers to honor my husband's mom who passed way. But there are a couple reasons this is not a 5-star review. I had discussed with Megan wanting lush, full coverage greenery on our chandeliers and it ended up being really sparse. That was a bummer. Not sure where the miscommunication happened or if it was just a matter of logistics. At the end of the night my mom asked if she could take some of the bouquets and other stems home to preserve. Someone with Project Floral told her no and we're not sure why. Thank goodness our coordinator swooped in and reassured my mom she absolutely could take the bouquets, since we paid for them. Overall, the issues we had were minor and I would absolutely recommend Project Floral.

Throughout the entire process Megan was absolutely fantastic!!! She made the entire planning floral process smooth and with no stress. We wouldn’t change a single thing, our day was perfect! Hire Project Floral- you won’t be disappointed!

We used Project Floral for our wedding at the Broadmoor over the July 4th holiday weekend. From our first to last interaction they were professional, knowledgable, fair, and communicative. Honestly, everything I would look for in a vendor. Megan specifically was great with her advice, advisement, and general honesty. Tristin was incredible to work with and she and her team brought our vision to life. We had to postpone our wedding by 1 year due to Covid. Tristan was so understanding and rescheduled us without any fees or trouble. We know the pandemic was hard for everyone and appreciate the empathy and grace that Project Floral gave to us at that time. It speaks volumes about who they are and what they value. Tristin was extremely communicative and prompt in responding to us. She listened to us and helped us develop a strong sense of what we wanted for our wedding day. Tristan was also very open to working with ideas I already had - she is not formulaic in how she approaches her job. I had a vision for a big gallery wall at our entrance. I gave Tristan a very rough sketch of my vision and she turned it into a true piece of art. Project Floral is so much more than a florist. Prior to our wedding day, we had only ever seen Moss in its empty state - seeing how PF transformed the space was unbelievable - I cried after taking 3 steps into the space. We are so appreciative of everything Tristan and her team did for us. We cannot recommend Project Floral enough.

Tristan and Megan set up a video call with us so we could talk through our vision and look at all the things in their studio. When our initial wedding venue couldn’t have events because of restrictions, Megan was so sweet and supportive in helping us pivot. When we found a new venue, she was instrumental in making sure we remembered details and guided us through envisioning our new wedding. The day was dreamy and beautiful. Everyone raved about the flowers and candles - Project Floral created such a romantic atmosphere. It was perfect. My husband wanted to incorporate specific feathers into the florals, and they did a great job with it! It was so so nice having them be a part of our day. It really felt like they were guests at our wedding because they played such a big part leading up to the wedding day. I’m so grateful! Can’t recommend Project Floral enough!

Tristin and the team at Project Floral did an incredible job with the florals for our wedding. In our first planning meeting, I felt so indecisive and unprepared. I wasn’t one of those brides who came in with a very specific vision, but I love flowers and plants. They were so patient with me and asked the right questions to come up with a proposal that was just perfectly my style. As my own vision started coming together, Tristin was happy to make adjustments to better suit my preferences while still respecting our budget. And when the pandemic changed our wedding plans significantly, she was exceptionally supportive and encouraging. She thought through how our flowers could be repurposed and used in multiple spaces so we could really get the most out of them. Some of these design changes had to be made in the 2 weeks leading up our wedding, but I never had to stress about them. I just knew we were in good hands. On the day of the wedding, I was just thrilled with how things turned out. We love air plants, and they were beautifully incorporated in so many of the designs, including my bouquet and the boutonnieres, in ways that I hadn’t necessarily seen on Pinterest. They also decorated the columned entrance of our venue with greenery in a way that I had not seen in any other photos of the venue. They are true artists, and you can tell they love what they do. We have also ordered plants, bouquets, and centerpieces from Project Floral for Mother’s Day and Thanksgiving. We’ve always been happy with what they come up with. You can trust that they will come up with something beautiful for any occasion!

Justine and Project Floral NAILED IT! Our floral vision came to life through the hands and minds of these wonderful humans and artists! Justine Thibault, our head florist and main point of contact (now working her magic at Yonder House) was an absolute DREAM to work with! From the moment my wife, Kelsey, and I walked in the door for our first consultation, we were impressed! There were cute tanks and stickers waiting for us in the consultation space with snacks and wine - which we of course indulged in as we dreamt together. Justine asked that Kelsey, myself and our moms take the time to "dream together" as big as we could, and then her job was to make it happen in our budget. And dream we did... conversations, ideas, and wine flowed. Justine took copious notes, and was prepared with a vision board of what she thought we might like based on our initial emails. She controlled the meeting with great direction. Once we received our proposal, we knew she GOT it! Justine even hand created with the Project Floral team a custom ceremony arch, because she loved our idea SO much! She researched tirelessly for taper candles that we could use, and she even entertained our last minute additions like an angel! On the wedding day, Justine and the Project Floral team were prompt, and worked tirelessly to stage and even flip our florals from ceremony to reception venues. All the while texting me photos of the progress to easy a worried bride's mind! What Justine and PF created for us was nothing short of a floral wonderland - just dripping with moody jewel tones and vibes, executing EXACTLY what we wanted. We cannot thank you enough! Project Floral did such a great job for our wedding! I knew I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on flowers, but I wanted what I did spend money on (my bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, ceremony arch) to be perfect. I had a vision of moody bohemian burgundy and blushes and they delivered perfectly. They were super easy to work with the entire time. I feel like they understood what I wanted from just one or two conversations and then did their thing. Plus the ladies who worked my actual wedding day were super super sweet. I can't say enough good things about Project Floral! I had a picture in my mind of what i wanted my flowers to look like and when I finally saw them at my wedding my expectations were far exceeded. Project floral did the flowers for my abstract art inspired wedding last fall (yes I know I am slow to write reviews) and were absolutely able to capture and exceed my my vision for the flowers. Everyone commented on how wonderful they were and they wouldn’t have been possible without Lauren and her teams excellent eye for design. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Project Floral exceeded my expectations. They definitely listened to everything we said down to the little details. When we struggled to explain clearly something we wanted, they asked great questions to make sure they really got our vision. Even when we did have one slight mix up during the planning process, they came through in a big way to make up for it. When I walked into our venue day of, I almost started crying seeing everything we discussed there in real life, better than I imagined. The girls are all really nice and you can tell they have a passion for flowers and the work they do.

After the agreement with our original wedding florist fell through, just two weeks before the big day, we reached out to Project Floral who were miraculously still available! We spoke with Lauren over the phone, explained our last minute situation, and described what were were looking for. She immediately sent over a package, complete with a contract, quote, and description of how they would design each element of the wedding to execute our vision. She invited us into the shop to meet in person, look at available pieces, and discuss the day in detail. She was welcoming and friendly, and while empathetic to our last minute scramble to find a new florist, she remained professional and focused on our event rather than gossiping about a competing company. We were so impressed with her instant and unwavering support that we signed the contract immediately. The day of the event was no different. PF made the already gorgeous Ponderosa Room at Spruce Mountain Ranch a truly stunning scene. The designed everything from aisle and arbor arrangements for the ceremony setting, boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets for the wedding party, center pieces and greenery for our cocktail, reception, and cake tables, and hanging greenery above the dance floor - everything was perfectly elegant! We are forever grateful for Lauren and the entire Project Floral team. They should be your first, and only, stop for any event you're planning!

Lauren was so incredible to work with. From our first meeting to countless emails later, she was able to make my "Glamorous Nature" vision come to life! I put total faith in her and the team to create our bouquets and flowers for the reception. I really only told her what I didn't like, then said yes to probably 20 flowers I did like, and everything came out better than I could have ever imagined! I wish I could do it over and over again. Lauren Evans, in particular, worked with us from the start as we articulated what our vision entailed. In addition to being so sweet and an absolute joy to work with, Lauren is an unparalleled listener with a gift for understanding how to turn abstract ideas into tangible arrangements. Where we had gaps, she filled them in with brilliant suggestions. Understanding is only valuable insofar as it translates to execution, and wow Project Floral did not disappoint on that front. Only the most adept florists could produce a result that lush. Overall, we wanted a wedding with a very modern and sleek aesthetic, but we didn’t want it to feel too stuffy. So, we were completely reliant upon the flowers to counterbalance the neutral tones in the rest of the décor to add fun vibrancy to our celebration. Project Floral delivered exactly that on the day. Months later, as we show photos to friends and family, the pictures inevitably elicit gasps of admiration for the beautiful flowers accenting each shot. We cannot recommend Project Floral enough, but since most reviews require some sort of rating: we give them two giant green thumbs up!
