The entire team is so creative, kind and treated our wedding with such care. They were great with communication throughout to make sure we didnt miss anything and then on our actual wedding day they were right on time and set up everything perfectly. Megan was also incredibly patient, flexible, and understanding in regard to making changes and adjustments to my proposal throughout the planning and design process. It was so amazing to go through the design consultations, discuss additions/changes (even up to the last couple weeks) and then really be amazed with what her and her team put together. The team also had a shortened set up time than normal and set the place was stunning. My favorite had to be my bridal bouquet, its so vibrant in photos. I highly recommend!

I did not want flowers but rather greenery and native Colorado foliage. All over the venue, there was greenery and live potted plants. Megan and her team had two floating flower installations as well as moss everywhere! I wanted the reception venue to feel like the mountain ceremony where we said our vows and they delivered!! Megan and the whole Project Floral team made the venue organic, whimsical, woodlands, and unique. My guests still talk about how stunning the space was with all of the plants! If you are a plant lady and want green everywhere, HIRE THS TEAM!!!!

d a handful of floral companies and felt like Project Floral just understood our vision and vibe more than the others. Megan also had so many creative ideas that I never would have come up with on my own! My bridal bouquet was unbelievably gorgeous and exceeded expectations. The floral installation on the arch was perfect. They also made some last-minute changes to incorporate sunflowers to honor my husband's mom who passed way. But there are a couple reasons this is not a 5-star review. I had discussed with Megan wanting lush, full coverage greenery on our chandeliers and it ended up being really sparse. That was a bummer. Not sure where the miscommunication happened or if it was just a matter of logistics. At the end of the night my mom asked if she could take some of the bouquets and other stems home to preserve. Someone with Project Floral told her no and we're not sure why. Thank goodness our coordinator swooped in and reassured my mom she absolutely could take the bouquets, since we paid for them. Overall, the issues we had were minor and I would absolutely recommend Project Floral.

They were so patient with me and asked the right questions to come up with a proposal that was just perfectly my style. As my own vision started coming together, Tristin was happy to make adjustments to better suit my preferences while still respecting our budget. And when the pandemic changed our wedding plans significantly, she was exceptionally supportive and encouraging. She thought through how our flowers could be repurposed and used in multiple spaces so we could really get the most out of them. Some of these design changes had to be made in the 2 weeks leading up our wedding, but I never had to stress about them. I just knew we were in good hands. On the day of the wedding, I was just thrilled with how things turned out. We love air plants, and they were beautifully incorporated in so many of the designs, including my bouquet and the boutonnieres, in ways that I hadn’t necessarily seen on Pinterest. They also decorated the columned entrance of our venue with greenery in a way that I had not seen in any other photos of the venue. They are true artists, and you can tell they love what they do. We have also ordered plants, bouquets, and centerpieces from Project Floral for Mother’s Day and Thanksgiving. We’ve always been happy with what they come up with. You can trust that they will come up with something beautiful for any occasion!
