She pulled a dress for me that I wouldn’t have thought to pull for myself, and it ended up being the perfect one! I did not feel rushed at all during my appointment. Prom USA has done a phenomenal job taking care of my bridesmaids and I. I am thankful to have found such a great place to purchase my dress! I highly recommend this bridal boutique.

ed on the Saturday after Thanksgiving with my mother, sister in law and future mother in law. I did not realize that you needed a bridal appointment for Saturdays. Nonetheless, we entered the store and Brittany greeted us at the front door and began working with me right away. As it turned out, a 2:00 pm bridal appointment was canceled so we were able to go into the bridal room. Brittany was great! She was very patient with me, allowed me all the time I needed, was very knowledgeable about all the dresses, and very professional. 3 hours later I said "yes to the dress." I would definitely go back and will return to look for junior bridesmaid dresses and shoes.

alized I was just settling for a dress. This had happened the first time I got married due to finances, and I have always regretted it. I wore a brides maid dress in that small wedding. So when my fiance drove us to this store I was over the moon. I didn't have an appointment, but I was allowed to look at dresses and Isa helped me pull a few. To my, well God's plan a person cancelled and I was able to take her apt. I tried on a few gowns, beautiful gowns and thought I had found the one. When Isa placed a sash around my waist and a veil I was stunned at what I saw. The veil was beautiful but not the one, my fiance handed her his choice, and Isa placed it on and then came the tears. I can honestly say "ladies when you find the one...your heart just knows it"! I felt beautiful and I knew what it was like to feel like the ladies on say yes to the dress because I had that moment you can't ever take back nor want to. It's something I will always remember as well as the generous, kind, and attentive spirit Isa gave to me and my fiance that day. We chose the dress, the sash, and the veil. They even worked with us to make the purchase more affordable because it was a discontinued dress. This Boutique and Isa especially made this 51 year old bride feel like a young beautiful bride. They gave me something no one should be able to do but did in that they gave me "my moment" the one I never thought I would experience, and for that I am eternally grateful.

place has many choices for wedding dresses and she knew how they really worked. Even if I said my size is between 5-6, she knew certain dresses from certain makers ran smaller or bigger like bras do. No one else at any bridal shop has told me this. Kylie is great at her job!

and recommended add-on’s to my dress order. I anticipated the whole experience of choosing a dress to be intimidating but this store made it so memorable and stress-free! I am forever grateful to the team at PromUSA!!

a dress on my first visit, but after visiting another bridal store I decided to go back and look at one of the dresses I was interested in to order it. I really thought I was going back to get sized and order the dress. I thought I would be in and out in 20 minutes, so that’s what I told them I would need the appointment for. When I arrived at the store, I was having second thoughts about my dress and was wanting to try others. Thankfully, Caitlyn had already scheduled my appointment for the full hour and 15 min! I was able to try several other dresses that I loved (Prom USA has a great selection of dresses). As I found several dresses that I loved, my appointment time had ended but Caitlyn moved me to another dressing room and allowed me to stay how ever long I needed! She was super patient with me as I hard a hard time picking “the one”. She gave several suggestion that helped me clear my head and make my decision as I began to get pretty overwhelmed. Finally, I was able to come to a decision! The only thing that caught me off guard was that the belt to my dress was sold separately, I thought it was included.. so that was an added expense. Overall, my experience was great and I would recommend Prom USA to any bride!

Then I came back with my crew and Bethany again was so amazing with providing us options within our price range. Then I came back to place my order and Kaitlyn was super sweet with deciding the right color. Again, I enjoyed my experience and suggest that everyone makes this a stop while shopping.

Russ, the owner, is WONDERFUL! I have always bought my formal dresses from there and they never disappoint. The groomsmen ordered their tux from them too! We love our local dress/men's wear shop! You will not find sweeter people than the workers at Prom USA Bridal and Formal Wear!

thing that makes this place so great is your appointment is in a room by yourself with plenty of room for your bridesmaids. I was able to find a beautiful gown within my price range.

ful dresses for me to try on. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and I was very happy that they had many pieces to fit my size. I am not a size 4 or 6 but I am also not plus size. Many people may sleep on this place because of the name but they have a wide selection of beautiful wedding gowns. This was my 4th stop and I was starting to get discouraged about finding my gown but I found my DRESS here! I had a wonderful experience!
