I cannot say enough great things about Prom USA. From the start everyone was so welcoming. Signa was my bridal consultant, and she was so sweet & accommodating. Signa made sure I was very taken care of and listened to what I was looking for. Signa pulled several dresses for me to try on and never complained when I asked her to pull more. She pulled a dress for me that I wouldn’t have thought to pull for myself, and it ended up being the perfect one! I did not feel rushed at all during my appointment. Prom USA has done a phenomenal job taking care of my bridesmaids and I. I am thankful to have found such a great place to purchase my dress! I highly recommend this bridal boutique.

Kylie was my consultant, and she was amazing! My allure gown had always been my dream dress, but I was afraid I would miss out on something else that could impress me. She knew exactly what to pull for me to try on and reassure my choice in picking and ordering my beautiful gown! My wedding date changed and she helped expedite my order. Her impecable customer service took the stress off of dress shopping! It was the first dress I tried on, and it was perfect!

I made an appointment for my dress fitting and it went by so smoothly. Bethany was my consultant, and she was fabulous! The dresses were all styles that what I wanted to try on, and I found my perfect gown! Ordering was easy for both bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses. Highly recommend!

I bought my wedding dress and all of my bridesmaids dresses here, and it was the best experience! The space for brides is nice and private for one bride at a time (unlike other places I've been where it's chaotic and there are people running around everywhere). The girls who work there are super friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of dresses for every price range! There was enough space for my bridesmaids, mom, and future MIL to come with me which meant the bridesmaids could try on their dresses at the same time as I did not need the full time slot. They are very accommodating and communicate with you every step of the way. I would recommend Prom USA to anyone shopping for a wedding dress!

I wanted to go to Prom USA after looking at wedding dresses on TheKnot.com and learning that Prom USA was a local retailer for some of the dresses I liked on TheKnot. com. I arrived on the Saturday after Thanksgiving with my mother, sister in law and future mother in law. I did not realize that you needed a bridal appointment for Saturdays. Nonetheless, we entered the store and Brittany greeted us at the front door and began working with me right away. As it turned out, a 2:00 pm bridal appointment was canceled so we were able to go into the bridal room. Brittany was great! She was very patient with me, allowed me all the time I needed, was very knowledgeable about all the dresses, and very professional. 3 hours later I said "yes to the dress." I would definitely go back and will return to look for junior bridesmaid dresses and shoes.

My fiance brought me to this store as a surprise after I had purchased another wedding dress somewhere else for virtually nothing. You get what you pay for! As the days passed I realized I was just settling for a dress. This had happened the first time I got married due to finances, and I have always regretted it. I wore a brides maid dress in that small wedding. So when my fiance drove us to this store I was over the moon. I didn't have an appointment, but I was allowed to look at dresses and Isa helped me pull a few. To my, well God's plan a person cancelled and I was able to take her apt. I tried on a few gowns, beautiful gowns and thought I had found the one. When Isa placed a sash around my waist and a veil I was stunned at what I saw. The veil was beautiful but not the one, my fiance handed her his choice, and Isa placed it on and then came the tears. I can honestly say "ladies when you find the one...your heart just knows it"! I felt beautiful and I knew what it was like to feel like the ladies on say yes to the dress because I had that moment you can't ever take back nor want to. It's something I will always remember as well as the generous, kind, and attentive spirit Isa gave to me and my fiance that day. We chose the dress, the sash, and the veil. They even worked with us to make the purchase more affordable because it was a discontinued dress. This Boutique and Isa especially made this 51 year old bride feel like a young beautiful bride. They gave me something no one should be able to do but did in that they gave me "my moment" the one I never thought I would experience, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Kylie was AWESOME! She helped me find and pick my wedding dress! Sweetest girl ever, easy to talk to, VERY respectful, will do what it takes for you to get the dress you want! This place has many choices for wedding dresses and she knew how they really worked. Even if I said my size is between 5-6, she knew certain dresses from certain makers ran smaller or bigger like bras do. No one else at any bridal shop has told me this. Kylie is great at her job!

THE BEST EVER!!!! My bridal appointment was such a cozy and intimate moment with just myself and the women I brought with me! They didn’t have the dress I wanted in store. However, the staff helped me order my dream dress and they made sure it’d fit properly once it came in. The estimated delivery time was quick, only 7-10 business days.

Absolutely LOVED shopping here. Caitlyn is one of the sweetest consultants I’ve ever got to have and we literally went EVERYWHERE to try and find me a dress as well as all of the bridal party. Caitlyn went above and beyond to make sure we had three different types of dresses but looked good on everyone especially with me have 8 bridesmaids! I could not have asked for a better experience at Prom USA! I came in just "looking" and getting ideas for what I wanted in a wedding gown, and I left the store with my dream dress! Caitlyn was extremely helpful in helping me find my wedding dress! I went in for my first appointment and she really helped me understand what styles that I liked. I did not select a dress on my first visit, but after visiting another bridal store I decided to go back and look at one of the dresses I was interested in to order it. I really thought I was going back to get sized and order the dress. I thought I would be in and out in 20 minutes, so that’s what I told them I would need the appointment for. When I arrived at the store, I was having second thoughts about my dress and was wanting to try others. Thankfully, Caitlyn had already scheduled my appointment for the full hour and 15 min! I was able to try several other dresses that I loved (Prom USA has a great selection of dresses). As I found several dresses that I loved, my appointment time had ended but Caitlyn moved me to another dressing room and allowed me to stay how ever long I needed! She was super patient with me as I hard a hard time picking “the one”. She gave several suggestion that helped me clear my head and make my decision as I began to get pretty overwhelmed. Finally, I was able to come to a decision! The only thing that caught me off guard was that the belt to my dress was sold separately, I thought it was included.. so that was an added expense. Overall, my experience was great and I would recommend Prom USA to any bride!

The most amazing experience! I was completely torn between two dresses. Bethany was so patient with me as I contemplated for like 3 hours. I tried them on one last time and Bethany suggested to take the straps off the shoulder and it completely changed the dress. I was sold!! IN LOVE!!!! I went to Prom USA to find my wedding dress. It was my first time looking EVER. Everyone was amazing & incredibly patient with me. I explained what I wanted and they picked out (and let me pick out) the dresses I wanted to try on. I picked the last dress I tried on. I had a wonderful experience at Prom USA & will be going back for my bridesmaids dresses!

Don't let the name fool you! This place has a huge selection of wedding gowns. Caitlyn is phenomenal to work with. She makes you feel like you've been friends your whole life. One thing that makes this place so great is your appointment is in a room by yourself with plenty of room for your bridesmaids. I was able to find a beautiful gown within my price range.

I had an appointment so I was seen right away. Caitlyn was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing. I showed her pictures of my interests and she was able to pick out some wonderful dresses for me to try on. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and I was very happy that they had many pieces to fit my size. I am not a size 4 or 6 but I am also not plus size. Many people may sleep on this place because of the name but they have a wide selection of beautiful wedding gowns. This was my 4th stop and I was starting to get discouraged about finding my gown but I found my DRESS here! I had a wonderful experience!

I had several AMAZING experiences working with the Prom USA boutique's team. My sister booked a bridal appointment with them, and I got to tag along as MOH to give my input and be there for such a special occasion. The staff at the boutique made the occasion even more special, providing support, guidance, and a Kleenex or two for the weepy sister. ;) Their consultants are the sweetest and most helpful ladies you will ever meet. We never felt rushed or pushed, as is common in so many other bridal salons. My sister found her dream dress, and we enjoyed the experience so much that we booked another appointment to get our bridesmaid dresses with them. The stunning array of inventory, both bridal and formal, was impressive and all 6 bridesmaids were able to find dresses that flattered their body types. If you go to this boutique, you will feel like a princess--both from the gorgeous gowns they sell and they amazing customer service they provide. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area, or beyond. (Also, I am a bit older, but I wish I were 17 again so that I could re-live prom and have had a dress experience with this store! What a CRAZY beautiful selection of dresses.)

There aren't enough positive things to say about this company!!! The service was impeccable and personal. The owners are a wonderful family who hold integrity at the core of everything they do. The selection is vast and if they don't have the specific dress you want, they will do whatever they can to order it and provide you exactly what you want. They simply go above and beyond just the basic level of service that you get from most stores. They provide a "congratulations" basket for each bride and work from beginning to end to make your day special. I would come back again and again for all of my kids' future weddings and formal events!

The staff at Prom USA is 100% top notch! I am getting married this November, and they have been the absolute best with helping me get everything for the bridal party picked and ordered on time, so that I would not feel any stress when it came to the wedding attire.
