I had an awful experience with this office. I was reassured i would "love, love" the outcome yet 2 weeks after injections i went back into the office in an effort to have some revisions and was greeted with a horrible attitude. Amy and "the manager" basically proceeded to bully me in the room so much so that i walked out. In fact, I had such a good gut feeling there would be a disagreement that i recorded the whole visit on my phone. Honestly the worst treatment and a massive $2100 mistake. I would not recommend this place for anything, whether skincare or injections. Amy was who did my injections, and i feel she did a horrible job followed up with her bitter attitude on top of it all.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gavrilla’s now for close to five years. I have been strictly getting Botox and couldn’t be any happier with everything from the results, the professionalism and courtesy from the staff, and the clean, modern aesthetic of the office. Recently, photos had been posted on Facebook by a friend and I couldn’t believe how old I looked. I had lost so much volume in my face. It was sunken in. Naturally I became very self conscious and a bit depressed. That said, I was asked to be a bridesmaid in a wedding-I’m in my late 30’s and I’m about 10 years older than the rest of the wedding party. At my next appointment, I asked about filler. Dr. G explained the procedure and we decided on a conservative amount of Juviderm Voluma. After the almost painless procedure, I looked like ME again-me 5 years ago. There wasn’t any down time, and I went back to work right after. I highly recommend ProMD. They’re a game changer!

I had a wonderful first Botox experience with their PA, Amanda. The office is clean, welcoming, and modern, and the employees did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and making sure I understood everything. I appreciate her suggestions and couldn't recommend them more!

Came to ProMD Health to get Botox for the first time! I was super nervous about not only it hurting, but how the results would turn out. Amy was so kind, talked me through it, and was honest with me about how much I did/didn’t need. It didn’t hurt at all, was super quick, and she even scheduled me a follow up two weeks later just to make sure I was happy with the results! When I went back to see her, we realized one of my eyebrow muscles is a little stronger than the other, so she added a little bit more for no charge! Since then, I’ve also seen Amanda. She is just as awesome!

Ok, ProMD Health is such a life saver. I have never felt more beautiful in my life! I love that they have several office locations and have always been able to fit me into their schedule, even when I've called more last minute. Everyone I've met there has been extremely professional, taken their time to answer my questions (and even hold my hand!), and walk through all of their recommendations. They are priced fairly too. Highly recommend!

I was referred by a friend to make an appointment to get botox for my "angry horns'..lol !! I was a little scared but im so pleased with the outcome that I am running out of memory on my phone from taking selfies :)!! Amy was so freaking awesome and I cant wait for my follow up. Everyone from the front desk checking in to ceckin out was just as awesome!!

ProMD Health was professional and courteous. The appointment started about 20 minutes late, but the provider was efficient once we got started. She answered all my questions and took the time to explain the procedure in detail, making me feel comfortable. I had 20 units of botox injected only on my forehead (flat, frontal area, sides, and between eyes). It took a few days for the effects to kick in on the larger flat area, but I can definitely tell a difference now. The lines are less obvious when I wear makeup, and the skin/muscles don't move when I raise my eyebrows. It's been a week now, and the muscles still contract on the sides of my forehead so perhaps we needed to use more on those areas. I'll give it another week and then contact the provider. It's been great so far on the part where it has already started working, though. Recommend.
