The most incredible food we have ever had, hands down. All of our guests are still talking about our wedding food weeks later!! From the rehearsal dinner, with 65 handmade pizzas, ...
to the wedding meal itself, everything was truly perfect. The pork milanese was INSANE, and our Italian family could not stop raving about the meatballs - they were literally going up to the cook tent asking for the recipe.
Brandon, Fernando, and their entire team were so kind, so accommodating, and such a pleasure to work with. They even incorporated our honey from our farm into the menu, which made it feel so personal and special to us. The passed appetizers, the portions, the presentation, and the amount of food was flawless.
If you're lucky enough that Promises Kept is available for your wedding or your event, don't hesitate!!!! Great food brings people together like nothing else, and you absolutely won't regret it - they are truly the best of the best.
We were absolutely blown away by the exceptional catering provided by Brandon, Fernando and the PK team. The team's unique approach of cooking over an open fire added an incredible...
touch to our special day. Not only was the food delicious and beautifully presented, but they also went above and beyond in accommodating our diverse dietary needs. From vegan options to gluten-free and vegetarian choices, they ensured that all our guests were not only well-fed but delighted with their choices. Fernando makes some of the best birria tacos I have ever had and our guests are still raving about how this was the best food at a wedding they have ever had!
I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and the rest of the Promises Kept team! For our October wedding, we knew that we wanted to focus on seasonal and locally sourced food ...
that people would rave about for years and the team at Promises Kept was able to deliver on that. From sitting down with us to completely customize our menu, bringing locally made cheeses and charcuterie, and even filling in when our bartenders bailed on us, Promises Kept created a magical evening for us. I would definitely recommend the late night pizza, my guests cannot stop raving about the pizza.

llas, Texas and chose this vendor by word of mouth recommendations. Food was made fresh on site and they even made a few last minute changes that were hands down perfection. I even walked down to the kitchen myself (bride) to give them my compliments, it was that good!
We knew from our very first call with Brandon and team that we made the right decision, but it was so special to see it all come to life. The Promises Kept team helped us create cu...
stom menus for not one but three (!) different wedding events in one weekend. They were truly the backbone of the entire event, driving our ideas forward and bringing our vision to life. They are exceptionally skilled at telling a story with food, pairing exactly the right things together. Many of our guests even said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had!! Brandon and his team were professional, answered every one of our emails in excruciating detail, and truly left no stone unturned. They even helped fill in the gaps where other vendors missed the mark. You often hear it said, but it’s truly the case here - hiring PKE was the single best choice we could have made for our wedding. Hire them while you can!!! I can’t imagine any availability they have will last too long. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for PKE.
5 stars doesn't even get us started...

ant 'wedding food'... and the crew delivered the most amazing meals (as they also did our rehearsal dinner). The attention to our guests with dietary restrictions and not just giving them a plate of lettuce... AMAZING.
When my husband (I get to say that now!) said he wanted 'late night nugz'... Brandon made some epic artisanal nuggets and sauce magic happen along side a gigantic drop of McDonald's nuggets. Truly nothing this crew won't do for their clients.
Shout out to Cyan for making us feel like the kweens of the castle.
We can only say... you'll be lucky if Promises Kept is available for your wedding.

8 person intimate microwedding with family and friends. Not only was the food absolutely incredible (and local sourced!!) but the presentation was beautiful as well. My husband and I (and our guests) could not stop raving about our dining experience and how delicious the food was. I highly recommend Promises Kept!!

n planning out our menu. Even pulled off a full raw bar for 170 people in the middle of a horse field! We can't rave enough about the food, it was incredible. Every single guest said it was the best, most delicious, fresh, etc. food they've ever had at a wedding and as the bride and groom, we only wish we ate more of it! Also can't forget about the delicious late night pizza either :) The whole team is insanely talented, consider yourself lucky if you get to work with them!

dish was their favorite but I think the chicken empanadas and the soy marinated steak are the front runners. Brandon and team were also very attentive
to our unique allergy and dietary needs, which was very important to us. We can't wait to get a chance to try some more of Promises Kept creations.

randon and Promises Kept. Between the open flame cooking and the beautiful aesthetics, you could tell they cared about food like how we did. During the process, Brandon was super responsive, got a feel for our palate, and worked with us in crafting our menu (pork baos for the win!); he’s willing to work with you in any way he can. From there, he linked us up with Chef Fernando who fit our specific food vibe. On the day of the event, Cyan, Fernando, and team worked seamlessly to deliver plate after plate of outstanding food. My family owned a restaurant for 37 years and walked away very impressed with how well-oiled the entire process was. Promises Kept really cares about food and delivering an exceptional experience. Our guests could not stop raving and we’re talking after every one of the courses! Thank you to Brandon, Cyan, and Fernando for bringing the best of the best on our big day. You guys truly provide something special and we would love to work with you again.

ried Chicken, and Braised Lamb. My family who is a mix of picky and adventurous eaters were all thrilled. The attention to detail, personalization, and variety that Brandon offers is amazing for both micro and larger events. Cyan, Brandon’s assistant was also truly an angel sent from Heaven. She made sure all my questions were answered along the way, was extremely responsive, and made sure we were kept in the loop even the day of the event. I will be forever grateful for Promises Kept

d talented head chef. The canapés were delicious and each part of our dinner was cooked and plated beautifully. The service was second to none, and Cyan and the team made sure every detail was perfect. They made each table setting aesthetic, and they did it all with grace and poise. Brandon was calm, extremely organized, and so kind through the entire process. I cannot thank him enough- we recommend PK with the absolute highest regard.
