Promises Kept Events

Brandon and his team from Promises Kept were incredible. From planning to execution, everything exceeded my expectations. Brandon and his team provided dinner and canapes for our 18 person intimate microwedding with family and friends. Not only was the food absolutely incredible (and local sourced!!) but the presentation was beautiful as well. My husband and I (and our guests) could not stop raving about our dining experience and how delicious the food was. I highly recommend Promises Kept!!

We feel so lucky to have been able to work with Promises Kept, Brandon, Fernando, Anna and their whole team! They made the planning process so easy and fun and were so creative when planning out our menu. Even pulled off a full raw bar for 170 people in the middle of a horse field! We can't rave enough about the food, it was incredible. Every single guest said it was the best, most delicious, fresh, etc. food they've ever had at a wedding and as the bride and groom, we only wish we ate more of it! Also can't forget about the delicious late night pizza either :) The whole team is insanely talented, consider yourself lucky if you get to work with them!

Promises Kept Events provided the dinner and canapes for our 19 person micro wedding and our families will not stop talking about how great their food was. They cannot decide which dish was their favorite but I think the chicken empanadas and the soy marinated steak are the front runners. Brandon and team were also very attentive to our unique allergy and dietary needs, which was very important to us. We can't wait to get a chance to try some more of Promises Kept creations.

So food is of monumental importance to us and the foundation in which our relationship is built on. When it came down to searching for a vendor for our wedding, we narrowed in on Brandon and Promises Kept. Between the open flame cooking and the beautiful aesthetics, you could tell they cared about food like how we did. During the process, Brandon was super responsive, got a feel for our palate, and worked with us in crafting our menu (pork baos for the win!); he’s willing to work with you in any way he can. From there, he linked us up with Chef Fernando who fit our specific food vibe. On the day of the event, Cyan, Fernando, and team worked seamlessly to deliver plate after plate of outstanding food. My family owned a restaurant for 37 years and walked away very impressed with how well-oiled the entire process was. Promises Kept really cares about food and delivering an exceptional experience. Our guests could not stop raving and we’re talking after every one of the courses! Thank you to Brandon, Cyan, and Fernando for bringing the best of the best on our big day. You guys truly provide something special and we would love to work with you again.

Brandon and his team were beyond amazing. I got married on 10.08 up in the Poconos, and it was truly magical. We got the Bleu Cheese Burgers, Tacos Al Pastor, Smoked Duck, Korean Fried Chicken, and Braised Lamb. My family who is a mix of picky and adventurous eaters were all thrilled. The attention to detail, personalization, and variety that Brandon offers is amazing for both micro and larger events. Cyan, Brandon’s assistant was also truly an angel sent from Heaven. She made sure all my questions were answered along the way, was extremely responsive, and made sure we were kept in the loop even the day of the event. I will be forever grateful for Promises Kept

Brandon and his team truly went above and beyond for our engagement party. We have a big Italian family with many picky eaters, and everyone was raving about the incredible food and talented head chef. The canapés were delicious and each part of our dinner was cooked and plated beautifully. The service was second to none, and Cyan and the team made sure every detail was perfect. They made each table setting aesthetic, and they did it all with grace and poise. Brandon was calm, extremely organized, and so kind through the entire process. I cannot thank him enough- we recommend PK with the absolute highest regard.

Brandon was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was super accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was in order for our wedding. He and his team exceeded our expectations. The food was executed beautifully and was the best dining experience we could have asked for. My husband and I cannot stop raving about this food. It is something we will remember and talk about for years to come! 10/10 recommend Promises Kept… they will not disappoint!
