They fixed every small thing and even offered to change things if I changed my mind down the line. If I could choose them as seamstresses for all my future alterations I would. They had the dress altered perfectly, let me try multiple bustle options, and finished by the agreed upon time. The dress shopping experience itself was not the best. Our sales representatives from the start gave us the impression that we didn’t belong and that we were wasting their time. My mom asked to use the restroom and they sent her down to the main mall public bathroom until they realized she was with me and then offered her the private Pronovias bathroom. My stylist also didn’t say very much at all and I had to ask so many awkward questions to find out what to do next. Out of all my dress shopping experiences this was definitely the worst one as they didn’t make you feel special or worthy of being there. But the dress was so beautiful that despite the bitter impression of shopping I still gave them my business. After the purchase the experience only improved as the alterations team was phenomenal!

onths later when my dress came in, it was virtually unwearable. They ordered two sizes up from the dress that fit perfectly.
I took the dress to an outside tailor as I no longer trusted Pronovias. It needed $2,200 worth of alterations over the course of 8-10 appointments (it is still incomplete)! I had to miss work on multiple occasions to see the seamstress. It is a completely different dress. Customer service offered no recourse.

ore my first dance causing me to trip all over the dress. Pronovias was unwilling to fix the button or compensate me for this inconvenience, not that it would change my already tainted memory of our first dance. Super disappointed in the company.

pushy sales or rushing us through the appointment. The appointment was restricted to 2 guests, however, we were able to go back after dinner for other members of the family to see her favorite dress. We did end up saying 'YES' to the dress and also 'YES' to the mother of the bride gown! It was so much fun. I did asked about the negative reviews regarding alterations and previous customer complaints - Lindsay and Marelen were both very frank and honest about the challenges they had with resources, shipping, and scheduling through out the pandemic resulting in backlogs in dresses and alteration scheduling. I am confident that having ordered a dress more than a year in advance that we hope to minimize scheduling issues. Thanks for the team at Pronovias for making it a fun experience!
