a dress from another shop that did not fit! I called Pronovias in a panic and the employee moved around her afternoon schedule to squeeze me in same day and assured me that she could help. Luckily, my body type fits in the try-on gowns with minimum alterations so I was able to pick a new dress that day! I said “Yes to the dress” again to the Floriana lace gown. The seamstress got to work immediately to assure me it would be ready in time and even adjusted the straps to give me the low back look I had my heart set on!
