toria, she was wonderful to work with, as was everyone else. We did a video call before my appointment which helped me save time and rule out dresses I thought I wanted to try on, important specially since I was coming from out-of-state. It is one of the smaller flag-ship stores but they had pretty much everything I wanted to see available. The boutique has a very intimate and special feel. They were very accommodating when they were down an alterations lady and wanted me to come in on a different week than scheduled but as I had booked my flight, they worked around my flight to get my alterations done. They made custom adjustments to my dress such as changing out the cup colors The experience makes you feel so special, they have champagne and personalize your dressing room. Everything is packaged beautiful and the stylists are visually gifted, they know what looks good together and on what bodies and will be honest with you. I would have not changed anything about my dress.
My virtual appointment was at 4pm 6/25. I called at 4:05, was told they will call me in 5 minutes sorry for inconvenience it's been a super busy day at the store. (Not my problem, ...
did an eye roll but accepted.) Then received an email from Barbara canceling my virtual appointment at 4:22pm. Apologized for the call delay, the appointment needs to be rescheduled and have a great weekend.
I called the store, was told she was in an appointment, they are understaffed and had a super busy day. (Again that's not my problem.) They had all day to call or email, as Barbara likes, to reschedule my virtual appointment. I made my arrangements with work and my son to then have them simply cancel. My time matters as well! I understand if they fell behind with their appointments ... well then that's when call they should call the client (ME) to reschedule at a reasonable time. It's unprofessional to not only be late to an appointment with a client but to cancel at last minute when you're 22 minutes late. I'm glad I didn't go for the hour drive to the store. If they didn't care canceling my virtual appointment then that shows they don't care about the client. I wouldn't trust this store with my bridal dress. Who know if their staff will even have my dress ready for my special moment.
Don't even bother with store. You're better off going to another place. Not worth your time nor the drive if your at a far distance.

o check out their store. This was my very first time trying on wedding dresses and I had a such a fun and happy experience! Daniela was my consultant and she did an awesome job of making us feel welcomed along with picking out the dresses in my style. I really appreciate the little touches, like a beautiful robe to wear in between dresses and the welcome message hand written on the mirror in the dressing room. This is customer service, this truly makes you feel special. While I ultimately picked a dress from another store, the selection at Pronovias Miami is amazing and truly made my decision quite a challenge! I want to acknowledge Daniela and all the staff at Pronovias Miami for helping to make my wedding dress shopping week a very memorable one. Thank you! :)
