arm, friendly, professional, and very responsive. We live on the east coast, so we opted to add the live stream service to our package so the people who couldn't make the trip could still watch the ceremony. Albert had someone go to the venue (Dillingham Ranch) and test out the signal there to make sure it was do-able. On our wedding day, Yasu and his assistant worked so well with our photographer. It was a true pleasure to have them at our wedding. When we got our highlight film back, I was absolutely blown away. Yasu truly captured the essence and magic of our wedding day. The time and attention to detail that he put into it is obvious and I am so very grateful for his work. Of all of our wedding expenses, I have to say this was the most well worth it.
We absolutely loved how quickly and responsive Propeller USA was. They were more attentive than our actual wedding planner and had fantastic video quality!

d supportive throughout our wedding planning, gave us helpful follow-up emails when our big day was getting closer, and worked really hard to capture our wedding in video. His calm and kind demeanor assured us that he had everything under control, and he handled our personal requests and special events perfectly. It was very stress-free working with him, and we're so glad to have had him (and team) to create our forever memory.
