This is what I left with 2 stars:
DO NOT, I REPEAT... DO NOT BOOK FOR YOUR WEDDING PARTY.
Truly, this place is NOT set up properly for bridal parties and it's such a shame because ...
there is a lot of talent at this salon.
We showed up at 8 am with everyone ready to go, and even with a salon full of stylists, we only had 4 people doing 10 people's hair/make up from 8am-12:30pm. They assured us we were a priority, yet you had a full salon going on with many other appointments. We ended up being an hour late on the wedding day due to them taking FOREVER on hair/makeup. This left us unable to do bridesmaid group photos, unable to eat lunch before the ceremony, and unable to take sneak peek pictures. I felt so bad for our bride 😞 The worst part Is, that it wasn't even like all 10 people got BOTH make up and hair done. Some only got a partial hair, full makeup, full hair & no make up, etc.
Also, the girls who did their own makeup got a bathroom with really shitty yellow lighting. Their airbrush machine didn't work properly, and one of our party members asked for airbrush then did not recieve that, despite being the first to get her makeup done. Unfortunately that party member had never had airbrush done, so she didn't realize she wasn't getting it until the end. By then, it was too late.
The only thing that slightly made up for their lack of time management was the fact that they really did do a good job on everyones makeup and hair. The ladies were super kind, very knowledgeable, etc. It was just a nightmare for a wedding day, and I felt so bad for our bride who missed out on memorable moments and instead stressed until the very end...despite trying to plan in time into the day so she WASNT rushing after the salon.
I want to be clear, I am sure for one off appointments this salon must be wonderful, and probably one of the best in the area. I hope Prosper learns from this and understands in the future when you're booking wedding parties that they should have more people working on the wedding party alone....
Erika and her team were so professional and extremely fun to work with. Our venue was out of town and they all showed up on time, actually even before me and my wedding party. Each...
of my girls felt beautiful and most importantly like the best versions of themselves. Erika did an amazing job at making me as the bride feel relaxed and at ease and even spoiled with her attentiveness to making sure everything was absolutely perfect before her and the team left. I am planning on continuing to work with this team and recommend them to my friends and family. My day was so much easier and beautiful because of this team.

an idea of what we wanted and Erika took it from there. She worked her hair magic and created beautiful updos on us. I am not one who normally wears a lot of makeup, but the look we ended up creating that day was perfect!! We all looked absolutely gorgeous.
I would highly recommend Erika and her team for your wedding day or any special event.

was able to give me suggestions based off of my hair type and how well the different styles would hold up. We did a trial before to see how it would hold up and she made adjustments to make sure it would stay in place for my wedding. She was super friendly, professional, and made me feel so beautiful for my big day! I would definitely recommend her to all of my friends.
