We had our wedding at Prosperity and were really excited when we found an outdoor venue with so much to offer. But unfortunately working with Debbie and her boyfriend Paul was very...
frustrating. Debbie got in a fight with a shuttle company and Paul yelled at my band leader. I had to apologize to both of them. We had an 8am start and Debbie was rude to my hair and makeup artist when she arrived saying then started mowing the lawn at 11am the day of. We had to wipe down things the day of because they weren’t clean. They were lurking around watching everything the whole event in tshirts and shorts. I told Debbie who was attending the walk through and when they arrived she questioned my family members. We were also accused of stealing a table but she forgot she put it away that morning. She did kindly go buy us more forks and knives during the wedding which was very appreciated. A great location, but the trouble of professional communication and being talked down to wasn’t worth it. I really wanted to like this place, but sadly I wouldn’t recommend it.
If you are looking for an outdoor / garden wedding venue, I highly recommend Prosperity Mansion & Farm. It offers stunning scenery and affordable prices that will fit your budget. ...
There is a charming, vintage bridal cottage and a mancave that brides and grooms can use and enjoy while getting ready separately for the day. I especially love the ceremony area; there are these gorgeous Egyptian doors the bride walks through to walk down the aisle. These types of doors are rare for an outdoor space. The tent for the reception is beautiful and has a unique brick patio area. But I think my favorite part about this venue is all the different little areas on the property, including the gaming area and a bird sanctuary that are so unique. There is a formal garden, a game area, a swing, and even a firepit for making smores. There are just so many places to take beautiful pictures, which I think is important to capture on such an important day. You can really get so much on your wedding day for such reasonable prices. Finally, Debbie the owner, really works with you in many ways.

uch there. The bridal suite was one of my favorite benefits. It was huge with a bathroom and kitchenette for the ladies. We had a perfect wedding day and all the guests said it was gorgeous!

st and none of them could compete with the price. This place can go toe to toe with venues charging twice the price. The owner was super professional, helpful and kind. Everyone of our guests enjoyed celebrating with us and loved the venue we chose. I highly recommend Prosperity Mansion!

lawn games and outside features that Debbie has provided. We had so many compliments from our guests on the beautiful venue we chose and how great of a venue this was. The owner, Debbie, was great to work with; she not only provided a great venue, but gave us very good recommendations about vendors to use! We would highly suggest this venue. Thank you, Debbie, for making our wedding truly a dream come true!

for a better experience.
On top of that, the property itself is gorgeous and well maintained. The garden where cocktail hour was held is the hidden gem of the property that makes for beautiful photos.
I would definitely recommend Prosperity Mansion to anyone who is looking to host a wedding!
Great experience. We choose Prosperity Mansion on the beautiful grounds, but the owner, (Debbie), was another reason. We didnt have a planner and Debbie referred us to some helpfu...
l folk from planers to flowers. Really Debbie couldn't have been more helpful and kind at a very stressful time. On the day of our event, there was a minor glitch by our planner, Debbie jumped in to save the day, which was not part of her job. All and all such a wonderful place.
Our experience with Prosperity Mansion was wonderful. From our initial communications on through our emails and inquiries, Debbie was so congenial, informative, and quite patient (...
as I asked a LOT of questions!) Even after we were not able to book our wedding with their property (due to distance/proximity matters for many of our guests), she wished us well and kept open the invitation to visit. I'd highly recommend them for consideration!

My daughter and I went to see Prosprity Mansion, and we fell in love with it. Couldn’t ask for the most beautiful rustic but yet such an elegant place. Debbie from the beginning( ...
from emails to phone calls) could of not been any more pleasant to talk to. As the mother of the bride I felt that my daughter will have a wedding like Cinderella. Debbie walked us all over the land of the mansion and went over the detail and what we are getting for our money, we couldn’t ask for anything else. We booked right there., although my daughter isn’t getting married until next year. We felt we better book to get the date we wanted. Thank you Debbie and can not wait to see my little princess walk down the aisle like Cinderella at the most beautiful Mansion. Theresa King
I just booked Prosperity Mansion for my wedding next year ! The price was about mid range. I say that compared to other places that were like $7-8,000 for a day. I was really happy...
with everything that was included. The place was so pretty. The advertise a mix of rustic and elegant and it WAS ! It was so perfect for us. We cancelled our other tours. The owner was so nice. She actually spent 2 hours with us. My parents loved everything too . You won't e sorry to have your wedding in the beautiful outdoors and gardens.
