Wow! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I presented Protea with a hard job. Engraving a ring, not just any ring. It is the ring of my fiancé’s grandfather. In 1954 when my fiancé, Sean, grandmother bought it for her soon to be husband as his wedding band. She had it engraved with her maiden initials to his initials and their wedding day. “ABC to DEF 3-28-54” This ring was passed down to Sean after his grandparents passed away. We knew we would use it for our wedding day, so I secretly took it to Protea, to replicate exactly what his grandmother had written for her husband. Anthony from Protea went above and beyond. He was able to keep their engraving plus add ours. He was able to fit my maiden initials “to” Seans initials and fit our wedding date!! I literally cried when I picked it up because we didn’t think our engraving would fully fit. Anthony filed off the “14k” on the ring to make more for the full engraving that I wanted. This will continue to be a family airloom for many years to come. So special to have seans grandfathers ring engraved with their initials and now with ours. I couldn’t thank you enough!!
