Providence Diamond

Providence Diamond is the best jewelers around and the only jewelers we will ever go to! My husband originally bought my engagement ring from them back in September 2019. When he first went into the store and found the perfect ring, they informed him to wait until October so he could get a discount during their sale. He gave them his grandmother's diamond to set it in the ring he picked out, and it has been perfect since! We had such a great experience with them with all my ring cleanings and making my custom wedding band, that we ended up buying my husband's wedding band, all my bridesmaids' gifts, my wedding day earrings, and a custom wedding day necklace from them. Everything turned out perfectly and I felt so gorgeous with all my new jewelry additions! Even my bridesmaids loved their gifts, some even cried when they opened the engraved bracelets. My husband and I get compliments on our wedding bands and my engagement rings all the time. While the jewelry is gorgeous and not overpriced, the staff is truly incredible and makes this whole experience enjoyable! Ken has been so helpful to us in every way! He helped find me the perfect wedding band, and then customizing it to make it what I wanted. When there was an issue with my husband's wedding band being too small initially, he, without hesitation, talked with David Yurman to order him a larger size. He helped customize my wedding day necklace, found us the best price, and when there was a slight issue, he handled it immediately to make it perfect, giving me a necklace I can cherish forever. When I wanted to exchange my bridesmaids' gifts for something different, he made sure I received exactly what I wanted. He made sure I found the best wedding day earrings in my price range. Most importantly, he helped us find our florist after some difficulty and was there when we needed any sort of advice. Ken always made sure my husband and I were well taken care of and to have that level of service is truly amazing. The remainder of the staff is responsive and attentive to all our needs, always asking about our wedding and all our plans. They always make sure my ring is in tip top shape for all events. Providence Diamond hosts little events for their brides and posts about our stories and pictures. They are a jeweler who truly cares about their clients and make us feel extremely special and important. To receive that type of service as a bride makes such a difference, and for that reason, my husband and I will be lifelong clients! We truly appreciate everything Providence Diamond did for us over the last 2 years and we will most certainly be back!!!
