Born and raised in Zimbabwe, career start in Greece, moved to England for 12 years. Now married and living in California. Photography and horses are passions. When Nick first asked me to help him shoot a wedding, I said yes mostly because he needed a second pair of hands. I didn’t realize then how much it would change the way I see weddings — and photography — forever. At first, I was nervous. Weddings are big, emotional, fast-moving days, and I didn’t want to miss a moment. But somewhere between fixing a veil, calming a nervous bride, and catching that perfect candid laugh — I realized I loved it. I loved being part of something so personal and joyful. Now, I can’t imagine not doing this. Each wedding feels like an adventure we share — not just with each other, but with every couple we meet. I get to witness love in its most genuine form, and help preserve it in a way that feels authentic and beautiful. What I love most is the connection. By the end of every wedding, it feels like we’ve made new friends — not just clients. We laugh, we cry (sometimes more than once), and we walk away feeling lucky that we get to do this together.

“How I Learned to Love Weddings Again” During my 20s and 30s, I must’ve attended a few hundred weddings. And while I was always happy for the couples, over time, I started to dread them. They all began to feel the same — same schedule, same speeches, same small talk at tables with strangers. I’d smile politely, but inside, I was bored out of my mind. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I’d completely lost sight of what weddings were really about. Then something changed. When I started photographing weddings, I experienced them from the inside out. Suddenly, I wasn’t just attending — I was participating. I had purpose, focus, and a front-row seat to the emotion that drives the entire day: love. When you’re behind the camera, you start to notice the little things — a nervous breath, a proud parent’s glance, a spontaneous laugh. You realize weddings aren’t routine at all; they’re deeply personal. Now, I can honestly say I love weddings. Every single one feels new and full of life. Angi and I don’t just capture moments — we connect with the people behind them. By the end of each wedding, it feels like we’ve made new friends, and that’s a feeling I never expected when I first picked up a camera. For us, weddings aren’t just events. They’re living, breathing stories — and we’re honored to help tell them.
