We had the pleasure of working with Michaela for our special day, and I couldn’t be more glad to have had her by our side. From day one Michaela was committed to making sure our we...
dding day turned out exactly the way we envisioned. Michaela was friendly, attentive, very thorough, and all around what you would want in a wedding planner. She helped us make decisions based on her experiences and knowledge, and when we realized rain during our ceremony would be inevitable, she worked her magic to get tents set up at the last minute. She created a timeline for our bridal party and family members so that everyone knew where to be and when (I didn’t have to text or call anyone!!). She coordinated with all of the vendors and made sure my husband and I had a chance to share some special moments with just each other and that we had to moment to EAT! Our guests raved how beautiful the venue set up was and how much they enjoyed themselves. All in all I’m glad we decided to invest in a planner, and even more glad we had the opportunity to work with PS Weddings!
We had the pleasure of working with Dina to coordinate our wedding and I can't imagine going through the planning process or the wedding day without her! My husband and I still tal...
k about the fact that the best decision we made when planning was deciding to hire a coordinator. Dina was extremely responsive, professional and super sweet. She listened to all of our ideas and gave really great suggestions when we asked for them or she just knew we needed them! On the wedding day Dina and Taylour were absolutely amazing! I don't think I've ever been as calm as I was on our wedding day and it was because I truly felt like they had everything handled. They really made our wedding vision come true and were beyond helpful in making sure that all of us were where we needed to be on time on the wedding day and had anything we needed or wanted and I didn't have to handle anything on the day of! Dina and Taylour were especially amazing with helping our kids before the ceremony and during the reception. Taylour was even on the ground pinning our daughter's flower girl dress up minutes before we walked down the isle since it was too long. I would definitely recommend P.S. Weddings who anyone who is getting married... if you are thinking about getting a coordinator DO IT and go with P.S. Weddings you won't regret it.
What an amazing group to work with! Loved every second of it. The planners make you feel like family the moment you walk in the door. We chose to use PS Wedding Planning and Nancy’...
s Catering and we were beyond pleased. Every call, email, text, and meeting we had planning our big day was so peaceful and the girls were so sincere. There was no pressure or since of rush, it was all about us and what we wanted. On our big day they did not leave our side. Everything was taken care of without worry! I will highly recommend to everyone I know looking for a coordinator.
We used P.S. Weddings recently for our daughter's wedding. Thanks to Paul & Courtney, the day was perfect. They coordinated all the vendors and made sure everything and everybody...
was where they should be when they should be there. We relaxed and enjoyed the whole experience instead of running around checking on things. They were very professional and so much fun to work with. I highly recommend them to make your day go smoothly.
We hired Paul Silivos and the PS Weddings team as our "Day Of" Coordinator and it was the best money we spent, by far, in the whole process! Paul went to our outdoor site (Blackwat...
er River State Park) early on and was then very responsive by email for advice and working out the timeline. He listened to all the bride's ideas and requests and was there at the rehearsal and wedding to make things work smoothly. We had serious challenges with the weather and Paul was there, very hands on, to help solve all the problems. Through his contacts he found a tent at the last minute and worked with my family to set everything up during the rain! It was clear he has a lot of experience and a congenial personality that can make a successful event happen. I would wholeheartedly recommend Paul and his team for any event!
I chose P.S. Weddings to do my day of coordination and they completely exceeded my expectations. I worked primarily with Courtney but Bridget assisted her with my wedding and they ...
were both great! They were completely on top of everything 100% of the time and thought of many things before I did. Their attention to detail was superb. They were always easy to reach and quick to respond to my many emails. Leading up to my wedding, they were very helpful and suggested many of my other vendors. They are extremely knowledgeable and clearly put a lot of care and planning into their weddings. The few small issues I did have the day of my wedding were quickly addressed without any of my own involvement. Both ladies made me feel comfortable with their ability to execute everything perfectly so I was able to relax and remain as stress-free as any bride can be on their wedding day.
Paul and team completely knocked it out of the park. My only regret is not finding him prior to booking our venue! We had an outdoor reception with 250 guest. From start to fini...
sh Paul was there making sure everything went as planned. I wasn't a bride who knew exactly what I wanted, but I knew I wanted it to be a really fun time. Paul took my very little detailed instructions and made it everything I could have imagined and more. I also was out of town and that never was an issue. Paul was down to earth and honestly looking back I could not have imaged our wedding weekend without him.
Paul and team also helped coordinate our rehearsal dinner for 200, again everything went perfect and took the pressure away from my Husband's parents. We were all just able to enjoy the entire weekend knowing PS Weddings would handle everything perfectly.
There is no way our wedding would have been even half as amazing without Paul at the helm. From the beginning, he was so quick to respond to any questions I had, helped us stay in ...
our budget, secured amazing vendors for us, and was just fun and great throughout the whole experience. Even through the stressful moments (which are sometimes inevitable no matter what) he helped us stay light-hearted and positive. Paul deflected all of the unnecessary questions and decisions away from me on our wedding day so that I could actually be in the moment and enjoy it. There is hardly anything more important than that. We are so grateful and would recommend that anyone hesitating about getting a wedding coordinator do yourself a favor and hire Paul. - Mr. and Mrs. Javier Roces
We chose P.S. Weddings "Day of Coordination" services for our destination wedding in Destin, FL to plan our wedding from Houston, TX. Paul connected us with reliable and affordable...
vendors. He offered suggestions, like our circular ceremony, without imposing anything on us. He was professional, friendly, funny, and prompt with his e-mails. Prior to our wedding, Paul traveled to Destin, FL to visit the wedding location with us to discuss the floor plan. On our wedding day, he coordinated vendors and staff without needing to include us. If any hiccups occured, we weren't aware of it which helped ease the stress of the day. By the end of the night several wedding guests asked us if Paul was part of the family.
Choosing P.S. Weddings was the best decision we made.
