Honestly- I do not have the words to explain how thankful I am that we chose Pervez and his team as our photographers and videographers for our wedding this past weekend. One of the best photography/videography teams, so easy to work with and works great with everyone. Pervez also came out to Vegas and Zion to do our prewedding shoot and what an amazing experience that was. He made our whole experience at Zion so memorable. Pervez and his team were with my husband, Bobby and I in Mexico for our Indian, Persian wedding festivities for almost 4 days! We would not have had a better weekend if it wasn't for Pervez and his team. As most people may know, weddings require a lot of time in front of the camera. Pervez made it SO fun and entertaining. Pervez is beyond amazing. He has a brilliant eye for creating those 'moments' you'd like to recollect while looking at the pictures. He is much more than just a great photographer in that sense. He shot our wedding end to end and we couldn't have been more pleased with what we say. Beware: he is a stickler for perfection and takes his sweet even when you, as the groom, want otherwise.

We always think of Photographers and videographers as capturing the memories so we can look back on our wedding in the future, But PTAUFIQ made my wedding MAGIC in the PRESENT! Because of COVID I could only invite a tenth of my original Big Fat Indian Wedding guest list. Pervez offered to do the whole thing on ZOOM and because of his AMAZING QUALITY, CRISPNESS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL, all of our guests told us they felt they were right there with us on our big day, and nothing could have made us happier than at. Needless to say, Pervez's teams photos are just Jaw dropping. They captured love, energy, fun and family in every shot. They are in the business of weddings so not only did they take pictures, but they guided us on when to do lost of wedding-y things we wouldn't have know otherwise: knowledgeable about different cultural nuances - both Christian and Muslim, and Indian and American traditions. Super responsive, I'm still in touch with Pervez months later and hope he can help many other COVID era brides like myself have the weddings of their dreams.

Pervez & Team shot our wedding shower, mehendi, welcome dinner, wedding and reception. We spent the most time with Pervez during the week of our wedding and we are having so much withdrawal from it! Pervez is so calming, positive, fun to be around, and so passionate about getting the most epic shots (& Dad jokes). Our videos and pictures came out so great and he was quick to get us footage to share with our families and friends. My husband Alman and I are so happy to share our experience of working with PTaufiq Photography as one of our easiest choices for a wedding vendor as we may be the pickiest people on the planet when it comes to music, art, direction, photography, etc. We are both from strong artistic families, and my husband is a musician/artist himself. It became a mission for us along with our families to find a vendor that matches our need for epicness, creative mastery, and mutual understanding. I remember my first conversation with Pervez where he confidently told me "Oh I'm doing this wedding." And we thought "Oh this is our kind of person!" COVID 19 Wedding: Pervez and his team was the best decision to add to our small backyard covid 19 wedding. Not only they did such an amazing job, but they treated us as a family/friend and comforted us throughout our virtual wedding without family around. They went above and beyond to help us coordinate and get us access to some electronics/gadgets from other vendors complimentary to make our day smooth. The way they worked on our photos and video shocked everyone that it was a small Covid 19 backyard wedding. They didnt hesitate to go extra mile to help us like friends and made us feel special. We met Pervez and Nicole at a bridal bash and connected with them. We checked out his work online and scheduled a call to speak soon after. My husband, Ted, and I first met Pervez at the historic Paramount Theatre in Boston for our engagement shoot. Throughout the next 2 hours, Ted and I were amazed by the unedited shots we were privy to. Pervez has an exceptional ability to use natural light to his advantage when capturing shots and movement. Throughout our wedding photography and videography, I noticed “that look in his eyes” whenever he liked how the natural light around us would dance to his vision. This review is simply not enough to express the tremendous job Pervez and his team did capturing my wedding as well as the events leading up to it. Pervez took the time to find out what my husband and I wanted, the style, the feel we were going for, and was a close friend through the entire process. Besides his obvious talent and professionalism, he is such a good soul, very easy to talk and relate to. He was sowarm and understanding towards my family, allowing them to open up to him. I had given Pervez quite a big job, shooting my engagement session, pre-party, and wedding reception itself. He went above and beyond traveling to New York to photograph my husband and I in our current hometown. At each of the subsequent events, Pervez and his team put in the hours of hard work in capturing all the great moments of the nights, even moments I had missed while lost in the busyness of the moment (and his team worked so many more hours on editing the material!). He was also graceful dealing with the little hiccups that occurred during night and putting up with one of the most terrifying yet exciting nights of my life. It's been a year since our wedding and apparently I'm not the only one who loves my wedding photographs! Pervez's photographs of my wedding have been used as PR material by my venue and have also been featured in Modern Luxury Weddings Boston this year. I've also had the pictures printed in a custom album and the quality of photography really shines. First, our package included an engagement shoot where Pervez personally photographed and talked with us for a while to really understand us as a couple. We ​came across ​P​Taufiq Photography​ on Thumbtack and met him on a weekday night at 9 pm at a Dunkin' Donuts! And we were surprised to see how energetic he was!! He asked us about Our story and what our vision was for our wedding photos. It seemed as if we have known each other for a really long time. Pervez was very understanding of how special this event was for us. We decided to do a pre-wedding photoshoot in June. And even though it was 100 degrees that day, we couldn't believe how lovely the shots were that he took. Our wedding was in July and we made a schedule for each day for all the four days. Pervez & Nicole and their teams were always on time and never frowned on staying a little later than the hours we decided on. They covered events on both side of the families. The best part was that both of them understood the traditions and the emotions that come along. And they communicated with our families very well. It felt like that they were a part of our family as they were laughing and shedding tears like everyone else. They captured all the special moments so beautifully that it is hard to explain in words. All the pictures are just so perfect. And the day he sent us our wedding trailer, we couldn't believe how amazing his work was and how he captured every single detail. Pervez and his team were AWESOME. From the moment we met Pervez, my wife and I knew he was going to be our wedding photographer. In the months leading up to the wedding, we chatted quite a bit and he was very accommodating to our busy schedules. He was very honest with us and had great ideas for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Pervez, Nicole, and the whole team were nothing short of AMAZING. Even though we were running behind on schedule, he helped keep us calm and collected. I may not have been the most accommodating when it came to time on the wedding day, but Pervez utilized whatever time he had to take some of the most gorgeous shots I've ever seen. His team was great to work with as well. They were helping everywhere from grabbing water for my wife and I, to helping other guests during cocktail hour, directing foot traffic, etc. His team went above and beyond to help us on our wedding day. Our bridal and groom's parties enjoyed working with Pervez and his team as well. Throughout the day, Nicole also helped Stephanie and I with our garments and poses. She was awesome to work with and some pretty awesome poses for the different shots. Everyone from both sides of the family were in awe of the whole team. Pervez and his team are constantly receiving props during each of our family get togethers. Pervez is a true professional in his work. He gets to know you on a personal level and treats you like his very own family. We couldn't have asked for a better person and photographer to do our wedding photos. When i was looking for a wedding photographer, naturally i started with the Knot. As i was perusing portfolios, i stumbled upon a photo of our friends (whose wedding we had attended), on the PTaufiq Photography page. I dove into the profile and was quickly impressed by the incredible photos i saw — but nothing could compare to actually meeting the PTaufiq team. Pervez and Nicole (owners) had us in for a test photo shoot - we were so impressed by their creativity, attention to detail and overall skill. Hiring Pervez and his team was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning. Being a traditional Indian wedding with week long events and over 500 people, it was not easy. However, Pervez and his team worked endlessly to capture every little moment. The pictures came out flawless and the videography was stunning. Pervez took the time to sit down with us and ask each of us what we personally wanted and how he could make our wishes come true. The whole team is so personable, that they are more like family now. Pervez Taufiq is an absolute gem of a person and an amazing photographer. We are extremely lucky and delighted that we could get him and his team for our wedding photography. Although we met Pervez for the first time at our wedding, it felt as though we knew him for ages; our family and friends were quite impressed with his work. Pervez and his team were very professional; they showed up early, setup the cameras, lights etc. We were so impressed with the drone aerial footage and the 360-degree coverage for photos and videos. Additionally he placed many cameras at different angles to get the best pictures. The very next day Pervez sent out a bunch of pictures and they were phenomenal. About a month later, Pervez delivered the wedding trailer and pictures (both edited and raw). The wedding trailer is truly Pervez’s masterpiece and makes him a creative genius. It captured all the great moments perfectly timed with the right music to make it truly memorable. It was perfect! Pervez went beyond the originally agreed upon package giving us two additional videos with his own taste in edits, sound and music. Family and friends from abroad who were unable to attend the wedding could now actually relive the moment. Overall, we are extremely happy and delighted to have Pervez as our wedding photographer. He exceeded our expectations and his work speaks for itself. From start to finish, Pervez gave us a wonderful experience for our wedding photography.

Pervez felt more like a close family friend, in addition to being our wedding photographer! We read all the overwhelmly positive reviews of Pervez and his work and decided to give him a call. It was a short time before our wedding and we working within a budget. Thankfully he agreed to cover our special occasion. Unlike the other wedding vendors, we did not get a chance to meet beforehand, this made us a little nervous. But Pervez and his team showed up at our wedding and reception and it was absolutely great! Pervez worked with our DJ to make our event a success. We took the necessary time to find the right background and lighting to take amazing pictures. He even used a drone to get aerial shots and recordings. Pervez made it a fun experience to experiment with different poses, lighting, and background. Everyone enjoyed meeting and talking to him and his team. He knows all the best family-friendly jokes to break the ice and get people laughing and smiling, especially with children. We received a few teaser photos immediately after (a day or two) our wedding. We just loved them! In fact these pictures went directly into our thank you cards. After about 2 months, we got our pictures and wedding trailer. After about 3 months, we got our wedding video. It was certainly well worth the wait, watching the video was like reliving the moment. Pervez went beyond our original package, he gave us additional edited pictures and videos. His passion for his work is so infectious that we got some practice editing our own pictures. We couldn’t be happier, Pervez and his team are utmost professionals and we highly recommend them for any special occasion.

It was a pleasure working with PTaufiq Photography to capture moments from our wedding as well as other events surrounding the same. We were planning a week long South Indian wedding in under 6 weeks and were looking for a team that would be flexible with the schedule while matching our needs. Pervez and I chatted for almost 30 minutes just to get know each other and turned out we had very similar backgrounds. I told him how long of coverage I was looking for and was willing to work with me if we went over that time. He mentioned that he would come up with a 5 min video of the wedding and a 30 min video, along with providing us with all the raw footage. He was willing to give us a live stream of the wedding which helped with all friends and family members who were not able to attend our wedding. Anytime I called he was willing to pick up the phone and chat. Engagement Shoot: We decided we wanted to do two photo shoots in Boston. Pervez really connected with us as a couple and took amazing shots while we did an Indian outfit and a western outfit. He was always open to any poses and he had some really cool poses himself. He is really talented at making sure the camera angle has perfect symmetry with us and the background. Richard had some really cool video shots he took of us almost like a 180 degree video of us as a couple walking and talking. Haldi: We had Pervez on photo, Kaelib photo and video, Joe on video and We ended up going way over on time and I didn’t even hear a peep out of Pervez and his team. They were excited and wanted to capture those precious moments. He brought his drone that day to capture some amazing shots of us together for our video. Wedding: Pervez and his team showed up right on time an hour and half before everything was about to start. He got video interviews with my wife and I and we can’t wait to see what we each said about each other. They got some video and photo shoots of both of us getting ready. We didn’t necessarily follow our agenda and his team was able to adapt flawlessly. They worked the entire 6 hours of the wedding and I didn’t hear a single compliant from them. Reception: Nicole showed up an hour before the cocktail hour and took some amazing shots of my wife and I. Joe and Kaelib blended into the crowd to capture those candid video shots of the crowd and all the events that unfolded that evening. They were able to use the drone to capture our special performances that night along with capturing the family interviews of us as a couple. Dele worked really hard throughout the night capturing those photos of family/friends’ shots with bride and groom while dancing was going on. Nicole was super sweet making sure we got away from the crowd and got a chance to enjoy the food. She also made sure we got some time in the photobooth and got some time to enjoy the event with our friends and family on the dance floor. Post Events shoot: The day of the events his team was able to take amazing shots of the entire events while blending into the crowd. She finished editing over 800 shots from the events about 2 week and provided us the ability to view them online. Both my wife and I watched our 30 second teaser and ended it with tears. The team was able to capture and present all the highlights from each event and end with an amazing 360 video of our first dance together. Pervez was incredible! So knowledgeable about his work but also so willing to work with us and our vision for our photos. I had a lot of particular ideas during our shoot and he indulged them all no matter how ridiculous or specific— our photos were exactly what I wanted and more. Pervez and his team were amazing! From the first meeting we had with him we knew he was the right fit for us. His creativity and hands on approach brought out the beauty and vibrancy of an Indian wedding without being overbearing on us (he's pretty much a photo/video ninja). Pervez and his team photographed and filmed our wedding and we had the good fortune of becoming very good friends with him during the whole process of planning. He became an adviser as to what would get us the best pictures and as a result was an integral part of our wedding day. We would be walking to a shot when suddenly he would stop us and try an amazing shot from a perspective that was completely out of nowhere. Pervez did an AMAZING job with all aspects of our wedding photography from our initial sit down meeting to the last moments captured on the dance floor! He is incredibly talented & knowledgeable about the best lightening for each element of your venue. We had an outdoor evening ceremony in a vineyard followed by cocktail hour in a barn followed by an outdoor tent reception- so having someone so skilled in lighting & angles was key! He was also extremely professional while still being approachable, warm & funny. He blended right in with our guests. When we got back our amazing wedding photos- there were great ones... where I did not even notice that he was there capturing the moments!
