tom cocktails for my partner and I to setting up and tending bar through the night with grace and professionalism, they brought such great energy and amazing drinks to our special day. We got so many rave reviews for both of our custom cocktails, the wine selection, and the drinks made-to-order. We were told on a few occasions that they made the best old fashioneds that they had ever had. Truly outstanding service. We feel lucky to have found them.
I hired Public Provisions to host cocktails for my office and our 10 year anniversary party. The bar team is super professional but still so much fun. Their cocktails are amazing ...
- really innovative but still approachable and insanely delicious. Our entire menu was made using local and organic ingredients and featured highlighted spirits from the PNW which was really important to me. The quality of service definitely exceeded what I expecting. Melaney and Malia and their team of qualified bar staff were on time, friendly and knowledgable and served cocktails efficiently ( our large group of 100 can get rowdy!) and kept the space clean and tidy. Their bar set up is flawless - really beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into making things look sharp.
I enjoyed their services so much we've already booked them for our next event!
