Bear never delivered, manager will not respond to my call. Debbie tried to tell me it was delivered yet never asked me what funeral. Horrible Puffer's Floral Shoppe, Inc. In good faith we credited the amount of the bear back to you. We apologize for the lack of communication, as we thought it was resolved already. Icing on the cake I ordered same day delivery and they were a day late!
