My fiancé and I have both loved working with this shop and Mr. Pugh, and we would give 6 stars if we could! My fiancé went to many jewelers in Central Ohio and Cleveland looking fo...
r the perfect diamond for my engagement ring. Of all the places he went, Pugh's impressed him the most. They had one of the best selections of high quality diamonds in-house (a lot of places do not have a big selection on-site), and they are very reasonably priced for the quality of product they sell. Another plus: they do not nickel-and-dime you for the little things; I was surprised at what they did not charge me for! When I later wanted something changed on my engagement ring, Mr. Pugh was so flexible, easy to work with, and took a significant amount of time with me exploring all the options and helping me decide what I wanted. We live in Columbus, a 45-minute drive from this store, and we will not hesitant to drive that distance for years to come.
We got my engagement rings and both our wedding bands for Mr. Pugh. We had been disappointed in other jewelers who had tried to up-sell us new diamonds when we explicitly said we w...
anted to use 2 heirloom diamonds from family members. Mr. Pugh made us a beautiful ring featuring a diamond for my mother and my husbands grandmother as well as an antique diamond from the same period. We bought both wedding bands there and received free engraving for them and he soldered together my engagement ring and band for free as well. He will also clean your ring for free any time you stop in.
