Pugh's Diamond Jewelers

The Groom: I came to find Pugh’s by chance through a chance colleague of mine. Brandon at Pugh’s treated me like he’s known me forever, like family. Brandon went out of his way to find the most perfect diamond for my one. I’d already decided on the setting, and things came together perfectly. Luckily, I had Brandon to help me explore the variety of what would be my band. Again, we landed on just the right piece. Short story long, Pugh’s is the kind of place in which you can feel comfortable, with friendly, service-oriented people that treat you like family - the people that you trust with the things that matter. Thank you, Brandon, and the great staff at Pugh’s for giving me and my (now) wife the best service one could ask for in the jewelry business!

About a year before my now husband and I got engaged he took me to look at rings. We went to Kays, Zales, Jareds (DO NOT GO HERE) and countless other places. We found nothing that we both liked. One day we decided to go into Pugh’s. The service was amazing and they didn’t pressure us into looking at any specific rings or to buy right then and there. This was definitely something that was new compared to all of the other places. We both were able to pick out rings that we both liked and my husband was able to return at a different time and purchase the ring he wanted.

So my husband would never have gone to another jeweler than Pugh's. His father is a regular there and even tho we live in Cleveland, anytime we are in town we stop in to have jewelry cleaned and look at new stuff. But how wonderful is Trish, forget the deals and forget the high quality jewelry. What sets her apart is when she takes the time to get to know what her clients like, then when pieces come in like that she will call my father in law or my husband and say "hey, come get this for your wife" Great job all around!!

We had my band altered to be exactly what we wanted. It turned out perfect.
