Pulp Fashion

I would not recommend to use Pulp Fashion for any wedding inviations, etc. The work is beautiful but the time we spent going back and forth to correct the countless mistakes by the designers was unbelievably frustrating. Things were always lost in our file, what we were shown in samples is not what they printed, the quote upfront was hundreds of dollars off from what we paid. Very unprofessional and unorganized business. Excuses seem to be constant and there was never any apologies for the mistakes. Save the time and frustration and use someone else for your wedding invitations. You will be extremely disappointed with the customer service and rude employees. I have heard of others having to find another company to finish their invitations in time as emails and phone calls are rarely returned.
