PULSE Limos of WNY

We did not have a good experience with this company. Starting off with the positives, the drivers were very punctual and corteous. Their customer service is lackluster: 1) I followed up multiple times with the office staff 2)After sending corrections to the final contract (like my name), they were not made and I had to make them. Office staff continued to misspell my name, even on the last correspondence. 3)Were told we would have a red carpet and champagne and had neither. 4)One of cars was sent on another job while on our "dime". 5) The only reason I went with them was because of a particular car in their fleet, and then that car was substituted on the day of our wedding.

We were really impressed!! The price was extremely reasonable and they upgraded us to a hummer limo for free!! Great Driver and great experience!

We were very happy with the service we provided with Pulse. Our driver, Nathan, arrived on-time and was very professional and courteous! He made all of us girls feel confident and pretty and helped us carry our items to and from the limo. He didn’t even lose his cool when the power-steering went on our vehicle while maneuvering the windy roads of Naples and South Bristol, NY! He got us to our venue on-time and safely! The limo itself was very nice and comfortable, as well. The people I spoke with when booking and confirming the limo were very helpful, and got us the absolute best deal they could! They were willing to work with our limited budget, and followed through on the deal we made! I would, and will, use them again in the future!
