As Mother of the Bride, Agnieshka has helped, guided and supported not only me, but our entire family, with her expertise. Planning a wedding has many details that we never expected. Agnieshka's experience, supportive and reassuring ways, plus her knowledgeable assistants, made our day enjoyable and worry free. Her response time to every issue we confronted was immediate. A Magical Wedding My daughter got married September 26 2015 at our home in NJ and I would have never been able to pull it off without having Agnieshka as our wedding planner and designer. She is professional, creative, and unique and quickly got our vision and plan for the wedding. All of the vendors that she recommended were the top in their field and provided first quality service. The best thing you can do for yourself as bride and your wedding is to hire PUMPKIN COACH EVENTS. Agnieshka is like a wedding personal assistant and a sigh of relief during the chaotic wedding day (and leading up to it). She is incredibly detail oriented. She would remember my off the cuff requests and made sure they happened during the wedding (I never had to worry that something was left for the last minute or forgotten). She had a run of show and time line which made the day very smooth. She also kept a binder with any important document needed for the event (including the father of the bride speech). Her assistant was wonderful and stayed with me during the photos while Agnieshka took care of all of the details at the venue. The best quality about Agnieshka is her experience. She understands what needs to be done on the day of the event, and in what order, to make sure the wedding is perfect and seamless. As a bride, hiring Pumpkin Coach Events is the best decision and will make you a guest at your event.

I hired Agnieshka to work just as a "day of" person to supervise my daughter's wedding, but she became much more than that - she was my "right hand man", who organized and helped me throughout the entire wedding process. She is thoroughly organized and professional - helping me plan the day, contact vendors sit in on meetings, and became my eyes and ears. As someone who works in the hospitality industry and was one of those girls who planned out their wedding via Pinterest before they were engaged, I didn’t think I needed a wedding planner for my big day in April 2015. I decided to hire Agnieshka and Pumpkin Coach Events as my “Day-Of-Coordinators” after seeing how useful my best friend’s wedding planner was. HANDS DOWN…THE BEST DECISION I MADE DURING THE WHOLE WEDDING PLANNING PROCESS. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Our work together began two months before the wedding. Though I picked the package where one of her Senior Planners would serve as the head planner, I was very impressed to see how involved Agnieshka was in the process. Agnieshka is organized, smart, and professional. She answered e-mails very quickly and was always accessible. I found her to be very useful when we were finalizing last minute details as she was honest about what we needed to spend money on and what we didn’t. She put so much thought and effort into building relationships with our vendors and creating a timeline for the day. As brides-to-be, you have so many things to think about, and having Agnieshka getting all of our vendors on the same page so the day goes seamlessly was a huge relief for me. I felt very confident going into our Rehearsal the day before the wedding. My large bridal party knew all the important times/details and was ready to go. Our Senior Planner actually got sick the day of our wedding, and I was impressed when Agnieshka showed up to my bridal suite that morning. I know she had other things going on that day, and I was so grateful that she changed everything just to be there for me. My day was perfect – everything was just as I had dreamed it would be and just as we had planned. I don’t even want to think of what the day would have been like if we didn’t hire her. Who would have even done the stuff she did (gave out final payments, set up some decorations, keep the bridal party moving, etc.)?!?! When I returned to our hotel suite from our after party, everything left over from the venue (decorations, cake, gifts, etc.) were neatly arranged in my room. I was very impressed. Through my work with her, Agnieshka was more than a wedding planner – she was like a friend! She is so cool and sophisticated! It was always very comforting to see an e-mail from her. During the last month, I was definitely more excited to talk to her than anyone else. My now-Husband benefited as well since he was off the hook with any wedding planning duties. She put the friend hat on right before my wedding when I couldn’t stop crying because I was overcome with all those emotions! Overall, Agnieshka and her team are dedicated to helping you have an extraordinary event. Agnieshka isn’t just the “Fairy Godmother” for your wedding. I think a more accurate description is Wonder Woman. She makes it happen for you no matter what – she works wonders! She made my day and my life so much easier, and I am forever grateful. We woke up one morning to the news that our venue had been condemned and that all the 2 yrs of wedding planning had been for naught. Agneishka helped us reconstruct the wedding, was our buffer with a most uncooperative event manager and in her calm elegant manner produced a lovely glamorous event It wasa200 person NYC wedding in a historical building and a 20 person bridal party. There was a spread sheet for the venders load in, a schedule for photos and a gracious tone through out . She made it all work and I would recommend her highly.

I found Agneshika from the knot based on the highly review. She is really amazing and worth the reputation. I'm really busy during workdays. She provided me the options for each catagory based on the consultation about my idea and all I need to do is to choose from the options of which one I like. And she took care of all the detail planing and contact issues. She will also have discount for the vendors. She has very good taste to make sure the wedding is elegant. She is well organized to make sure every step of the preparation & wedding day follows the schedule. She is very flexible and always easy to contact and prompt response. She is also patient to make the changes according to my preference and make appropriate suggestions or recommend. The invitation she designed for us is really fantastic, and praised by a lot of our guest. Every guest enjoyed the wedding and One of my father's student saids it's the best wedding she ever attend.

Planning a wedding can be stressful - there are so many decisions to make and things to think about. I’m so grateful I had Agnieshka/Pumpkin Coach Events to guide us through this process. My husband and I both agree it was the best money we spent on the wedding (which should say a lot b/c weddings are expensive!). Agnieshka is a true professional. She helped us design our save the dates and invitations, which I absolutely loved! She coordinated and attended all of our vendor meetings and provided invaluable support on the day of our wedding. I had many concerns with my venue and it was reassuring to have Agnieshka on site that day to oversee the setup. She understood my vision and executed it flawlessly. Agnieshka’s team is also incredible. Right before we left for the ceremony, the zipper on one of my bridesmaids dresses blew out and one of Agnieshka’s assistants quickly sewed her back into her dress. It all happened so fast I didn’t even find out until after the wedding! Finally, Agnieshka stayed on site and collected all of our belongings from the venue and brought them back to our apartment that night. It was amazing not having to worry about this. I truly don’t know what I would have done without Pumpkin Coach Events. For this and all of the reasons listed above, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding.

I got married 10/11/14 and about 7 months before the wedding I started looking into hiring a wedding planner. The reason I wanted a planner was because I was beyond busy with my job and grad school and had no idea what went into planning a wedding and time was quickly winding down. I found Agnieshka (Pumpkin Coach Events) through all her amazing reviews online and decided to meet up with her and I am SOOOO happy I did. I had no idea what to expect and she walked me through everything step by step and never overwhelmed me. She is super organized and knowledgeable and knows a bunch of vendors which will help you out when you don't know who to choose (that was helpful because she's seen how well the vendors are and knows if someone's good or not so good)! She was also able to get me some discounts because she knows so many people in the wedding industry. What I loved about her too was her personality. Not only was she always organized and professional, but she also took the time to get to know me and she was always very calm and gave me the sense that everything was going to work out no matter what problems we ran into. Hiring Agnieshka was the BEST decision I made around the entire wedding planning process and worth every single penny. I've already recommended her to 2 people I know who are planning their weddings. I honestly couldn't recommend her enough :)

My now-husband and I do not have enough words to express how wonderful and professional Agnieshka is. She truly made our dreams come true. We had an express engagement of 3.5 months, and with Agnieshka's help, it was a dream wedding. She found our venue in 1 try and then took over all the coordination a few weeks before the wedding. I did not think it was possible to feel relaxed during your wedding, but that is exactly how I felt because everything was in her good hands. We did not have to set up, arrange, or break down a thing because Agnieshka and Brooke flew all around the venue (and it was a large multi-acre venue), making everything perfect. She was easily our favorite person to work with during the process, and I thank my lucky stars that we were able to work with her these past 3.5 months. Agnieshka was such a joy to work with and was such an inspiration when we were planning our wedding. Her insight and sensitivity were invaluable. Agnieshka Burke was invaluable during my wedding planning process, and working with her was one of the best decisions I ever could have made. After meeting with several wedding coordinators, choosing Pumpkin Coach Events was a “no-brainer”! Agnieshka is knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, attentive, and much, much more! From the very beginning, Agnieshka was a lifesaver. She helped my fiancé and me create the most amazing Save the Dates, organized the entire wedding day (She thought of every detail and made an amazing itinerary!), helped us make seating a breeze (which I didn’t think was possible), and even made a beautiful seating chart for the reception, compete with frame and easel! Agnieshka was constantly available to help avert any possible issue and responded to all of my emails so quickly! On top of everything, Agnieshka also attended and helped at the church rehearsal and even created color-coded itineraries for the bridal party and family members. And throughout all of the craziness, Agnieshka was always there to remind me to enjoy and relax! The day of the wedding was amazing, and I credit Agnieshka and her assistant for allowing my family, my husband, and me feel like guests at our own wedding. She helped everything run so smoothly that the only thing on my mind was enjoying the celebration. Agnieshka was invaluable! Another friend had recommended her and she did not disappoint. Starting 2 months before the wedding, she helped with everything from coordinating details with vendors to creating the "day of" timeline to designing our seating chart and programs. She anticipated potential issues and asked questions of vendors that I wouldn't have even thought of! She was calm and organized and especially helpful in the few weeks leading up to the wedding when there were so many details. We had planned an outdoor ceremony and it started to pour as soon as guests were seated. Agnieshka dealt with this unexpected excitement with poise! The professionalism, project management and knowledge of the wedding industry shown by Agnieshka Burke and her staff at Pumpkin Coach Events is amazing! They are an outstanding wedding planning organization and the entire staff took the stress of planning and hosting the wedding right off of our shoulders. From our initial meeting, to on-going emails, to the rehearsal and wedding, Agnieshka and her staff provided a welcoming, comforting presence. This organization is serious when they say that they want the bride and family to relax and enjoy the wedding. They are top notch! I would highly recommend them!

Agnieshka is simply incredible. We hired her for "day-of coordination" and ended up using her for much more than that. From joining us on vendor visits, consulting on decor, assembling and sending invitations, and putting together welcome bags for our guests, Agnieshka helped guide us through what, at times, can be an overwhelming and daunting process. Not to mention the actual wedding day where she kept everything and everyone on schedule with ease. Agnieshka was somehow able to orchestrate all of the moving pieces behind the scenes which allowed our families to enjoy every moment of the day without a single logistical concern. The things you don't think about, or just assume they automatically get taken care of, are Agnieshka's specialty. Making sure tip envelopes were prepped and delivered at the end of the night, securing personal belongings from the ceremony and getting them back to the suite, and most importantly, making us feel so relaxed and assured.

Agnieshka Burke of Pumpkin Coach was great to work with as we were planning my daughter's wedding. She's very pleasant and always responded quickly any time I had questions or needed information. She has terrific ideas and a beautiful sense of design. She gave me wonderful recommendations for other vendors. She worked very hard on so many details and told me important things I wouldn't have known otherwise. She also helped make my daughter's bridal shower very special. She did a marvelous job helping to make my daughter's wedding everything we had hoped it would be!

I had previously spoken to 2 other vendors before choosing Agnieshka from Pumpkin Coach Events. She is WONDERFUL!! The invitations are the most spectacular, creative and elegant invitations I have ever seen. She focused on every single little detail to make sure they were perfect. We had very little time and she made sure to make them within our time constraint. The invitations also came in wrapped in this beautiful paper. I completely 100% recommend her! I'm sure she is a wonderful wedding planner too.

Having Agnieshka on board as our wedding coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made. I was reluctant at first (because I thought I wanted to be in control of every aspect of the wedding), but she was very sensitive to my needs, and always gave her expert opinion and advice without being pushy. Agnieshka understood our wedding vision and went above and beyond our expectations in terms of keeping every detail, vendor, last-minute request organized…all the while making sure that I had little stress on the big day. Pumpkin Coach Events designed and executed a renaissance and steampunk wedding reception for my daughter. Her ideas were unqiue and elegant all the details from service décor and reception décor worked together to bring the faire vision my daughter wanted. It was cohesive and was done in a way that was not very expensive to execute but had a very elegant and warm feeling. The wedding planner was there the day of the wedding to handle all the details for decoration and managing the vendors. She worked extremely well with our venue manager and was always there to listen and provide solutions to problems that arose. I am glad I engaged the Pumpkin Coach Events wedding planner service because not only did my daughters wedding turn out beautifully, I was able to relax and enjoy the wedding and my guests without having to worry and that was truly wonderful. Agnieshka of Pumpkin Coach Events is the ultimate wedding planner. We hired her as a "day-of" planner but she began helping us several months ahead. Agnieshka has an artistic eye and is caring, detail-oriented and patient. Every question or concern we had was addressed immediately and the wedding was perfect in all ways. After a shot gun wedding in NYC, Pumpkin Coach Events arranged for our wedding reception at a friend's Victorian Mansion in Short Hills, New Jersey. We had 100 guests for a sit down buffet dinner and all of the arrangements and tables were gorgeous. I wish this site had functionality for pictures so that readers could see firsthand how beautiful everything was. Agneishka's has a wonderful, upbeat personality which is particularly calming during the final frenzy of focusing on guests - it was awesome not to have to think about all of the added details that she took care of.

We hired Agnieshka to help with our wedding planning after we had already done some preliminary work-- it was one of the best decisions we made during the entire planning process. In fact, I wish we had hired her earlier! Shortly after we hired her, our photographer fell through. She came to the rescue with a great recommendation. She also helped us secure several other vendors, including a great florist and helped us negotiate and get some deals as well. When we had some issues with our videographer at the last minute, she helped iron everything out and saved a ton of stress. She is very detail oriented and we were continually impressed by her growing binder stuffed full of information about our big day. She also helped us design our save the dates, wedding invites, menu cards and programs. They totally blew us out of the water without breaking our budget. As our wedding day drew close, she helped take care of every little detail-- whether it was makings sure we had enough votives for all the windows in our venue or delivering items to and from. I really can't imagine having planned a wedding without her. Agnieshka and her assistants are indispensable! We will definitely recommend her to all our soon to be married friends.

Agnieshka was amazing! She did a great job guiding us through the planning process without trying to steer us in one direction or the other. She let us make the big decisions, and would add her advice when we needed her expertise. If you're debating whether or not to hire a wedding planner, especially for the 'big day,' I would say that it's a must, and Agnieshka is the best in the business. She made sure the day went off without a hitch, that the vendors arrived on time, and that the bridal party knew what to do. Despite her role as cruise director, Agnieshka still made sure that the day was all about the bride and groom - a fact which I appreciated, since I was the bride!

I came to Agnieshka about 4 months before my wedding. After about 8 months of planning on my own I was in serious need of help from someone who was organized and who could help me execute the details of the vision I had been trying to complete on my own. We used Pumpkin Coach Events for the "month of" services. However, the name of the package doesn't do it justice as Agnieshka was extremely helpful with her consultations even prior to the month of wedding. I know for sure that I would not have been able to have my perfect wedding with out the help of Agnieshka and Pumpkin Coach Events. The services provided were well worth every penny. The wedding was well organized and I did not have to worry about a thing on my big day because I trusted Agnieshka and crew to take care of things, and they did! Agnieshka at Pumpkin Coach Creations is PHENOMENAL. I can't even begin to say enough good things about her. I started the planning on my own, only to find out that even after I had the "big things" done (ie limo, venue, dress, band etc) that that was just the BEGINNING of what needed to be done. AGNIESHKA IS AMAZING!! I'd been seriously let down by two other planners, and with the wedding just 3.5 months away, I was freaking out. I saw the reviews for Pumpkin Coach here on Wedding Wire and called Agnieshka right away. We met her that weekend and decided on partial planning and a stationary and design package. Luckily, Agnieshka is both a wedding planner and a wedding designer -- and I knew I'd love working with her (plus she's half the price of each of the planners that had me in tears! I often insisted that we weren't paying Agnieshka enough for all she was doing!) She ensured that the plans we'd already made would come together, created a gorgeous stationary suite, managed our RSVPs, payment schedules, and made sure all the details were always in order. Agnieshka was endlessly patient and available (by phone, text, and email, day or night). She also passed her vendor discounts on to us, let us borrow a bunch of stuff so we didn't have to buy it, and made AMAZING design suggestions that actually saved us money. She knew what had to be done so the wedding was exactly how we wanted it and guided us through every detail. If you've already done some planning, you'll understand this -- Agnieshka was on my side and in my corner. Agnieshka and her team orchestrated the big day to perfection, from steaming my bridesmaids' dresses before hair and make up, to timing the ceremony procession so I could stay out of view, to ensuring that three course dinners and cake were delivered to our suite so we could actually enjoy the food!...and they handled set up, clean up, and return of everything rented and borrowed. Except for my husband, Agnieshka and Pumpkin Coach were the best part of my day!

To be completely honest, when we first began planning our wedding-- I was skeptical about the need for a wedding coordinator but based on advice from family and friends, my mom and I decided to meet a few (all found online based on ratings) to see what it was all about. Agnieshka and Pumpkin Coach events was by FAR the most professional, prepared and knowledgeable coordinator we met by a LONG SHOT. I'm only sorry we only used her for a "month of" services instead of the entire wedding. Agnieshka herself is truly passionate about her business and is a complete joy to work with. She had great ideas that we were able to incorporate into our day that we would have never considered or thought of without her. Another great thing was that she was available whenever we needed her before, during and even after the wedding for follow ups. She has a gift as she is truly a calming presence on one of the most turbulent days of your life. Having her there was such a blessing, as my mom and I were able to relax and truly enjoy our day. Besides all her help on the day of, she was a huge help leading up to the wedding as she was able to speak to all our vendors in advance and confirm all final details, provide our final payment to vendors the day of (so my dad didn't need to worry), and help collect all items after the wedding and deliver them to our hotel. As a side note--- she also has really cute wedding items you can use if you are her client -- i.e. table number frames, program baskets etc. which was definitely an added bonus. I cannot recommend her highly enough, I have no idea how anyone could have a wedding without Agnieshka! It was the best money I spent across all vendors, all wedding expenses. Words cannot describe how grateful my husband and I were for Agnieshka Burke from PCE for being our Wedding Planner. My husband was terminally ill and Agnieshka took all the stress off of us and made our wedding planning seem like our wedding was months away when it was only 6 weeks away. She planned everything from the venue, florist, videographer, hair & makeup, photographer, dj, favors and our cake. She set up all the meetings with the vendors and worked everything around my husbands doctor's appointments which was extremely helpful. She is creative, professional, thoughtful and the most organized person I know and it was an absolute pleasure to meet her and plan our special day with her. She even helped us get medical supplies delivered to the venue for my husband. She is on top of every detail that you can think of. Enlisting Pumpkin Coach events for my wedding planning was one of the best decisions we made. As a professional event planner, I knew full well the ins and outs of event planning. What I did not know is that a wedding is unlike any other event which entails not just more difficult and personal decisions, but the event execution is paramount to enjoying your special day. Agnieshka not only created the most beautiful invitations my guests had ever seen, she also introduced us to wedding vendors whom were trust worthy...even saving us money had I hired them on my own! Agnieshka Burke is a brilliant wedding planner. My husband and I spent over a year planning the perfect wedding. About a week before my wedding, I realized I had no one to take care of all the details for day of and I got very worried that I wouldn't be able to enjoy our special day. That's when I contacted Pumpkin Coach Events. Agnieshka swooped in and saved the day. She met us at the venue the week before and eased every concern I had. Her calm presence relaxed us and made us feel that everything was going to be perfect... and it was!!!! She ran the rehearsal and wedding with ease. And with almost 160 guests, that is NOT an easy job! Agnieshka and her assistant Patty made sure everything I needed was there; from tums for my upset stomach to flowers for my hair dresser. Agnieshka took every detail I told her and made my dreams come true! She helped to make all our hard work unfold into our dream wedding. We chose Agnieshka after speaking with several wedding planners because we liked her professionalism, warmth, enthusiasm, and creativity and she was also affordable for all of the services that she offered. From day one, we knew we had made the right choice. I am one of those brides who had no clue about what planning a wedding entailed, nor did I want to stress out about the process. I had a vision of what I wanted but I knew how difficult it would be to plan especially within a certain budget. Our wedding was large (250-350 guests) and we had some filipino traditions that we wanted to include in our ceremony, and we lived in DC and had our wedding in NJ. I even changed my mind about the colors and theme of the wedding at one point and she was so understanding. Agnieshka was so calm and enthusiastic throughout the entire process and most importantly, did not ever want me to stress. We had a 2 year engagement but she was really great about keeping us informed throughout the entire process, She communicated with us when necessary in the beginning and often as the wedding got closer. She has a great reputation with many vendors and she even found us our venue, our photographers, and my make-up artist/hairstylist. We had the most beautiful wedding and we know that it is because Agnieshka and Pumpkin Coach made it all happen. No question was left unanswered and everything we wanted to include, she accommodated. On the day of the wedding, she had other assistants who were also a big help and never left us wondering what we should be doing next. Agnieshka was our guardian angel and we are so thankful to her!

My husband and I were looking for a day of wedding planner for our wedding. I had already planned out all the big details, but we weren't sure what our next steps were. We hired Agnieshka to help us out for day of, but she stepped in the minute we hired her. She is the most organized, thoughtful, intelligent, creative people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. There were things I didn't even think of that we needed to get done before we got married, and Agnieshka was on top of it all! There isn't a word great enough to describe Agnieshka from Pumpkin Coach Events! We weren't considering hiring a wedding planner, but we decided that we needed some help for the day of. Finding Agnieshka was the best thing that we did! She helped us with every detail of our Halloween themed wedding and had awesome ideas! We didn't want the traditional, cookie-cutter wedding and once we met her, we knew that our day would be perfect. Agnieshka is incredibly affordable, honest, and original. You can tell that Agnieshka really loves what she does and wants to make sure that everything is flawless. She puts much time and effort into planning and you can tell that she truly cares. She kept in contact with all of our vendors and made all of our appointments for us. Agnieshka made the whole process smooth and saved us a lot of stress! I would DEFINITELY recommend Pumpkin Coach Events for anybody who wants a unique and perfect wedding!

I could wax poetically about Agnieshka and Pumpkin Coach Events for hours, but instead I will cut to the chase. Agnieshka loves weddings. Not only does she love weddings, but she loves planning them. Now, I don't know how far along in your planning you are but believe me, somewhere along the way, you will meet a person who hates there job and you will understand why I think that is one of the best things about her. Agnieshka is extremely creative, very organized, and exceedingly thoughtful. Between wedding dress shopping with me, designing our renaissance scroll initiations, finding amazing entertainment, and transporting all of our guests back to the 1400's, she did all of the little things that needed to be done(there are more then you could ever imagine!) and managed to keep us within our rather small budget. So basically, you should hire her. She will work wonders for your wedding and take huge amounts of stress off of your shoulders! P.S. While my wedding was a theme wedding and she has done others, she also does regular weddings small or large. So don't discount her because my wedding was a bit off the beaten path!

I can't say enough good about her. I hired Agnieshka to assist with finding performers, designing invitations and centerpieces, as well as day of coordination. Initially I was looking for a day of coordinator because I wanted someone else to sweat the small stuff for me on the big day. Our wedding was very unique in that we were doing a Venetian masquerade ball. There were a lot of details that I had wanted to incorporate but needed someone to execute for me. Plus I knew I didn't want fresh flower centerpieces so I needed someone to make them. I had a very specific vision for my wedding day and was very picky about what I wanted. The challenge for Agnieshka was that I had a limited budget to work with and I didn't know exactly what I wanted but knew what I didn't want. This involved her presenting me with many options for each decision that needed to be made. She was always kind, helpful and most importantly patient with me. She never tired of my back and forth and indecision and never forced anything on me. She spent hours emailing and on calls with me discussing different talent (sword swallowers and jugglers and contortionists, etc.). What was always clear to me throughout the whole 9 month process was that she really cared about my happiness and making the day special for us. Agnieshka takes so much pride in everything she does, she's very professional and always prepared. She is super thorough and detail oriented to the point that my wedding venue commented to me about what a great job she was doing. She really can do it all, from designing stationary to building centerpieces to negotiating with vendors. She really has such passion for what she does. When she realized how big the day of job was going to be, she brought in an assistant for the day of at no additional cost to me. She just wanted my day to be perfect. Agnieshka really went above and beyond in every regard. I really feel very fortunate to have found her, as she not only made my wedding an amazing success (with many guests commenting it was the best wedding they had ever been to) but I also gained a great friend in the process! We had a short engagement...just 4 mos, but I still wanted my dream wedding. My sisters and friends were very willing to help but sometimes you just need a professional! The most challenging part of the entire process was, of course, the budget and getting done in 4 short months. She was never inpatient with my endless changes and indecision. Working with Agnieshka allowed me to really enjoy the wedding planning instead of stressing out about every little detail.
