Go and see Melissa Sawyer. She is the best. I will follow her from salon to salon and she has been my hair stylist since 2004. Always leaning new...
and better techniques I am never disappointed with her cuts colors or style. Pura is a nice salon but book Melissa! Extensions - updos - makeup - color - cut- she does it all and takes the time to learn your hair habits and gives you an explanation why what products are used.
She did my hair for two sets of engagement photos and our wedding. I will never go to anyone else.
Pura Salon did a great job! I had 6 bridesmaids and 2 moms get both their hair and makeup done here and there was not a single complaint! Everyone loved everything! Everything was ...
done very well and in a quick manner as well. It was fun being able to bring in some snacks and bubbly while getting ready as well. Super fun and laid back environment during such a special day.
Pura Salon did a fabulous job for my wedding. I had 6 bridesmaids and there were two hairstylists and one of them doubled as a makeup artist for me. My hair and makeup looked beaut...
iful. I told the hairstylists that they could be somewhat flexible with the bridesmaids hair as long as they were all updos and didn't out-shine my hair ;) each girl had a slightly unique matched their personality, and yet their hair was still uniform enough that they all looked good together. The 7 of us also had the salon all to ourselves and we brought bagels and fruit and the girls snacked, got to know each other better, and did their makeup while waiting for each other. This experience was both relaxing and fun :)
These ladies were wonderful on my Wedding Day! They were so sweet, calm, reassuring and fun for my entire bridal party and family!! Ashley did a beautiful trial up-do, giving grea...
t suggestions and tips for my hair type and to match my dress. She even helped me find the perfect hair piece (both extensions and rhinestone clip) and tips on veil placement. On the day of my wedding, my hair looked amazing! I didn't know it could look that good and stay that way all night. :) I have very fine hair, so it was incredible to see how full and beautiful it could be. I can't thank you all enough for alleviating a stressor on my wedding day and making my entire bridal party look so beautiful!
Your salon is gorgeous too! Perfect feel for a luxurious spot for Wedding Day prep.
