We booked photos & video. Look no further Liz and her team were nothing short of spectacular!!! She had amazing communication from the day that I booked her. I could send her a quick text with any concerns I had and she was quick to put me at ease. Her and the entire team had wonderful attitudes & personalities. PurePlush (Elizabeth/Liz) was recommended by our venue, she took our engagement photos as well as wedding photos. It was great to get to know her! Where can I begin with Liz? She is very simply the BEST photographer we could have imagined capturing our day! The first thing that caught our attention was the quality of her pictures in her portfolio. Her Instagram is full of beautiful, bright shots of couples in natural, loving poses that didn’t seemed forced. Exactly the style we were looking for! Then we met her and just loved her enthusiasm and professionalism. We were really worried about looking tense in our engagement photos because neither of us are super comfortable in front of the camera but she made us relax and the pictures turned out amazing. We actually ended up having so much fun during the shoot! She was easy to reach and prompt with her answers anytime we had a question during the entire planning process. When we had to postpone our wedding, she was supportive and tried to work with us during that difficult time. Our guests have commented on the quality of our wedding photos and said they never even realized she was taking their picture! She’s so understanding and accommodated with me to take some detail shots after the wedding was over because I forgot my invitations on wedding day. We just love her so much that we took fall photos last year and booked her again for this year. I can honestly say she is our life long family photographer and we’re SO glad we stumbled upon her! I actually met Liz because she photographed my brother-in-law's proposal, engagement, and wedding! She did such a phenomenal job with all their photos and was so personable that it was a no-brainer to choose her for OUR proposal, engagement, and wedding too! I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the help and work of Elizabeth and Pure Plush Photography! From the very first day that I spoke to Elizabeth about taking pictures for my daughter and son in law's anniversary wedding reception, Elizabeth was super responsive, organized, helpful, and generous. My husband and I were EXTREMELY happy with the service from Pure Plush Photography! We met Elizabeth just by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad that we did! Elizabeth was always very quick to respond to any questions before and after our wedding day. My Husband and I have had the pleasure of knowing Liz for over a year (due to COVID and postponing) she is an amazing person to know and an even more amazing photographer! We do not consider ourselves very photogenic and find ourselves almost awkward in front of a camera and Liz made sure that we were relaxed and got photos I couldn't of even imagine! She is great at making sure you look your best in every shot and capturing the small details in ways I couldn't have even thought of. o Elizabeth is AWESOME! She made us feel so relaxed and coached us through posing during our engagement photos. She even sent us some sneak peaks the same night. My bridal session was a breeze. She encouraged me to bring my dog along and helped get some adorable shots with him. On the wedding day, she and her team were ON IT! All I had to do was send her some photography ideas I saw on Pinterest and the list of family members to include in the formals and she did the rest. She helped navigate some tricky family dynamics during the formal photos. Even my bridesmaids complimented how personable and organized she was. We had sneak peaks the next day! o We had to postpone our wedding and she made sure we had everything lined up and secured for our new date. We had a thorough backup plan in the event Elizabeth would not be able for our new date. She was sweet enough to send us a cute little gift for our would-be wedding day. Elizabeth is definitely our forever photographer.

If I could give 10 stars to Elizabeth, I would. I cannot say enough great things about Elizabeth and her work. We had a very small intimate wedding ceremony with some hiccups along the way and Elizabeth was so prepared, helpful, and understanding that I felt great working with her. I have worked with several photographers in the past but can definitely say that Elizabeth's attention to detail makes for amazing photos. She is an exceptional photographer, a true professional, and a genuinely nice and kind person. Due to severe weather conditions, our outdoor wedding photoshoot had to be short but despite the time constraints and severe rain, Elizabeth managed to capture beautiful moments that we will cherish forever. Sneak peek photos that we saw turned out amazing. She made our day truly special and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. I do not think there are many photographers in Houston who would be willing to get soaking wet while shooting your photos and do that with a smile and a positive attitude. Elizabeth is AMAZING! She was so wonderful to work with and really has an eye for detail. She did our engagements, bridal photos and wedding day photos. I highly recommend her throughout the entire process because by the wedding day we were familiar with each other and everything worked out so well. We did have to postpone the wedding due to COVID, and Elizabeth was very helpful during that process. As stressful as that was, she handled it with professionalism. All of the pictures turned out great and she has great ideas for poses and backgrounds. I would definitely recommend her as your photographer. I know we will be calling on her again if we ever need pictures done in the future.

Liz was amazing from day one! From the initial phone calls, to the days before the wedding, she was there for us every step of the way. I seriously can’t say enough good things. She was so responsive, helpful and insightful with all the tips and tricks to make our day go smoothly. She really made us feel important and special. In 2016 we were fortunate enough to attend our friend's wedding that Liz was working; this was great as we could see just what a fantastic job she did with the photos against the direct comparison of being there in person. My wife and I got engaged in June 2018 and shortly after, we reached out to Liz for a quote for both an engagement shoot and our eventual wedding. At the time, we lived out of state, we had our first initial meeting on Skype where we could share our thoughts and see if we wanted to move forward. We were extremely happy with our interaction with Liz, her prior work and her interpretation of our "look". We arranged to have a photo engagement shoot and both an extra photographer and a videographer at our wedding, all coordinated by Liz and included in her quote. She structured our quote into payments so that we could part pay, eventually being fully paid before the wedding. Liz was willing to coordinate our engagement shoot in the state we lived in at the time, and the only reason we couldn't get this to work was because there was a dangerous amount of snow on the weekend we had planned that prevented our meeting. This delayed our engagement shoot a month until we moved back to Texas earlier this year. Liz drove out to Enchanted Rock to meet us so that we could get the look that we were aiming for, similar to a look from the state we moved from. We were there for a sunset shoot and before midnight Liz had managed to get us multiple sneak peeks of photos from the shoot, in very high quality. This turnaround time was absolutely fantastic and a lovely surprise. Liz kept in contact and worked with us closely as we neared our wedding date, including meeting a few weeks in advance, (introducing us to an extremely cute local wine bar in Houston in the process) to help finalize the timeline over our event which was split over two days. Her level of communication and coordination really took all stress away to the point where we didn't need to worry about this whole facet of the wedding. We were also extremely indecisive in arranging something for our guests to sign at our wedding, and Liz helped arrange something last minute for us! Following the wedding, she once again was so quick to provide sneak peeks from both days that were truly special and great to share with family and friends. She was always punctual and stayed until she had got the shots she needed. If the quote works for you, you will not need to worry about anything when it comes to photography/videography for your event. In summary, Liz was super easy to get on with, extremely professional, patient, has great attention to detail and was willing to go above and beyond to get the shot and work with us in our Cambodian/British chaotic event of almost 400 people. She had some great ideas and scoped out some beautiful shots in the surrounding area of our event, we truly appreciate all her hard work. Thanks again Liz!

I can't thank Liz enough for what she did to capture our wedding day. She really helped guide us to getting the best photos, listening to all of my questions and answering them in a timely manner. I really appreciated that she helped with our shot list to be the quickest to get through yet capturing everyone that I wanted. Things were running behind and she really knew how to make up time elsewhere (and had it built into our timeline.) Even my planner said she was super impressed! Liz was the best! We had our wedding at Agave Estates and even though the weather had suddenly turned crazy, she made sure we got the best pictures in the most efficient way possible so my wedding party and family didn't freeze. She was great even helping us with poses that looked natural and fun, and didn't feel weird while doing so. She even hand delivered our canvas and album personally because our work schedules were so crazy and in the middle of moving. You can tell she truly cares with her level of customer service and attention to photographs. She absolutely is so much more than an amazing photographer, but the person you need every step of the way.

“Liz was the photographer for our wedding in Mexico and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to come along on our trip! She made sure she showed up early to check out all of the locations and to avoid any travel disruptions like some of my family had. She really thought ahead and had everything planned out like even staying at the same resort as the rest of the guests. She made it less stressful on me by not having to worry about her travel bookings and handled everything herself. She is truly fun and made the whole trip enjoyable. Myself and my husband are not huge fans of taking photos, but she made it fun and not awkward at all. If you need someone for your destination wedding, Liz is definitely the fun friend you want to bring along!

Elizabeth did an amazing job on our wedding photos! I know brides can be really picky (like myself!) but i couldnt have imagined a better outcome. Elizabeth flew to NYC for our wedding and worked with our budget to make it possible. She had all of the logistics down: she went through the venue the day before the wedding so she was prepared, she chatted with our planner to work out the timeline, and made sure she got the correct insurance to the venue. During the event, she was great ar wrangling my crazy family and froze her butt off getting the amazing outdoor shots. Total dedication! I could not recommend her more highly.

I originally booked Elizabeth for my surprise engagement photo shoot for my fiance. Without even meeting her and discussing where I would like for her to stand to take the pictures (which was behind a bush), she was extremely professional and precise even over email. After my surprise proposal, Elizabeth had some amazing ideas for shots right after which I did not expect! She quickly got those pictures to us within a couple days of our engagement so that we could share them right away with friends and family! (I definitely have heard there are many other photography agencies where they won't get back to you in months). After our proposal, my wife and I fell in love with Elizabeth's hard work and dedication to her craft. Elizabeth did an amazing job shooting our engagement shoot and wedding! While taking our photos during our engagement shoot, Elizabeth never made it an awkward experience and kept us taking the entire time (my fiance and I aren't the biggest picture takers). During our wedding, she made it a point to know all the names of the bridal party and our relationship to them, which definitely helped with our 300+ person party. Elizabeth stayed the entire time during our wedding and captured so many moments that we will cherish forever. She definitely was not afraid to get out on the packed dance floor and push her way through friends and family to get the shot that she wanted. She does an amazing job collaborating with you to get you the shot that you want, while putting her own touch on them. She is extremely professional and punctual and we couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our wedding! Out of all the things you have to stress about while planning a wedding, you definitely don't want photography to be on that list. You can't put a price tag on that.

Elizabeth shot our engagement photos and I loved them so much! I was feeling super awkward about being in front of the camera but she helped me and my fiancé calm down and had a great time. She even drove down to Galveston before sunrise to meet us to get the best lighting. Highly recommend her!

My wedding day truly wouldn’t have been as special if Liz wasn’t apart of it. On our day of wedding, Liz asked if I had my husband’s wedding band(which I thought he had and didn’t), so we wouldn’t of had the ring at the ceremony if she didn’t remind us. Of course we were running late, Liz made sure that the final details were complete (including having my handmade flowers in my bouquet and that my corset was tied just right). I honestly would never recommenced any other photographer! She went above and beyond. You truly do not know what you need on your wedding day, until you need it! She made sure to make our day special for us! It was as good as having your own family photograph your wedding, except with some extra skill 😉. So grateful she was there with us! Liz is fantastic. I had about a bajillion questions and she was so patient and answered all of them. She shot my bridal portraits as well as the wedding and everything has turned out so beautiful. My husband said that he hates taking pictures but Liz made it fun and there were times he didn't feel like he was taking pictures at all.

We are very happy with our decision to have her be a part of our wedding. Liz was very creative and professional. She was very personable and accommodating to our desires. We added a videographer at the last minute and she was very willing to make that work. We liked her attention to the details in our photos; the background, framing, cropping, colors... Her photographs captured the feeling of the moment.

Liz was fantastic from start to finish... her personality radiates even through the phone from that first phone interview. she was patient with me through every question and gave a lot of good advice. She turned our rainy wedding day into a positive by bringing an umbrella as a prop. Those turned out to be some of the best photos of the day! She was always responsive to our emails, kept us informed with what she was doing and what her process would be, and returned all of our photos in a timely manner. Elizabeth was fantastic! She perfectly captured the moment my fiance proposed and then did a mini shoot right after. She was obviously very experienced and placed us in the lighting that would work best. She is very responsive and gave us a sneak peek in the same day so we could share with family and friends

Liz is amazing. She absolutely accommodated to everything we wanted and even opened our eyes to things we didn't know we needed! We had some unexpected gray weather on our special weekend and Liz was able to help troubleshoot wardrobe choices for pre-wedding pictures. She worked quickly and efficiently to get the family pictures after the ceremony so people wouldn't get too cold (including myself, the bride, since my dress was sleeveless!). She was diligent in making sure that everyone we wanted in our pictures got there and that everyone looked comfortable and happy - lots of great action shots on the dance floor and around the fire pit! I could go on, but in short, fabulous is an asset wherever you can find it in this world, and Liz is nothing less than that.
