Pure Sounds Productions

intake process down to a science. We felt like he genuinely learned what we liked and disliked as a couple and absolutely nailed our music. In addition, his day of presence was truly impressive. He coordinated effortlessly with our planner and always kept us in the loop when we were moving to the next part/event of our day. You can tell Michael has a depth of experience that enables him to run the entire show without issue. He was so helpful and kind with tips on how to improve our experience at the reception. Everything from how to keep people on the dance floor to how to navigate greeting each table. He kept the party going and really read the room throughout the night. We would highly recommend Michael!!

ce went longer than expected, but Michael routinely checked in with us and to ensure it wasn’t rushed. Michael was able to play most of our requests and kept the energy high all night. Overall, Michael’s communication and attention to detail were instrumental in ensuring our night was perfect. We wouldn’t have changed a thing!

a better experience.

aking sure he understood our vision and vibe. On our wedding day, he went above and beyond what I expected a DJ to do. He checked in frequently and made sure my husband and I were happy with everything. He also did a great job declining people who requested songs we specifically asked to not be played and checking with us if there was any hesitation on what to play. He did an awesome job keeping the night upbeat and fun. We were extremely happy with him and would absolutely recommend him!

ame up to us and said how awesome his playlist was! We would HIGHLY recommend him!!

for him. Everyone was on the dance floor the whole evening. He also was so kind and personable. He really got to know us in a short time and played music we loved without spelling it out for him. He was fantastic and I am so happy that he was chosen as our DJ. He made our wedding so special.

He kept track of the schedule, and played all of the songs we desired at the right times. The music you choose really does make your event. Songs set the tone for each moment of your wedding - walking down the aisle, cutting the cake, dancing the night away with your family and friends. It counts to hire the right DJ to make those moments happen for you. Thank you Michael and Pure Sounds for helping me throw the party of my lifetime!!

alities that were meaningful to my husband and I! The day of the wedding, I spoke with Michael a couple of times, but I received numerous compliments on his music selection, his ability to keep a good pace, and very approachable and easy to work with. Anytime I communicated with PSPDJ's team or with Michael, I was put at ease as I felt they had it all under control! I am incredibly grateful for the team's ability to make such a busy day, something incredibly special. You all did a fantastic job and I will surely be recommending your group for any event in the future! Thank you for everything!

g was our DJ and he killed it. The vibe was exceptional all night and totally us. Even when most of our guests left early, Mag kept the ones that stayed on the dancefloor the whole night. We appreciated everything and highly recommend them for your wedding or party as well!

ce floor.

y needs and extremely detail-oriented. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

ng our initial phone conversation, which lasted an hour and a half. During the call, Mags repeated himself frequently and didn't seem to listen to what I was saying. I made every effort to communicate clearly with both Mags and the company, Pure Sounds Production. I provided a detailed document outlining my preferences, which included a mix of line dances, pop songs, and slow songs, along with a list of my favorite tracks. However, just two days before the wedding, Mags texted me asking for the intro song, despite it being included in a previous email. I had to resend the information. On the day of the wedding, things went further downhill. The wrong exit song was played during the ceremony, even though the correct one was clearly listed in my document. Mags also asked me, and later my husband, about the intro song on the day of the wedding, right before we were supposed to make our entrance. During the reception, Mags started playing music that I didn't enjoy. I asked him to choose from the list I provided, but instead of mixing in pop songs as we had discussed, he just went down the list, resulting in mostly country music, which was not what I wanted. A Blackpink song that I specifically requested was also never played. The only other slow song that was played was "Tennessee Whiskey," which left me disappointed. Mags also forgot to announce the party favors, despite this being included in both my email and the document I provided. The send-off was chaotic as well, which could have been avoided with better communication from the DJ to the guests. I know Mags did his best, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend him or Pure Sounds Production to anyone.

and ensured that our day was exactly how we envisioned it! Thank you Mag!

music that both we and our guests loved. Our wedding would not have been the same without Pure Sounds Productions.

ure made working with him so easy. He took the time to understand our musical tastes and preferences, and seamlessly integrated our favorite songs into the playlist. He has a website and you fill out which was super easy to use and has a huge catalog of music to help inspire your selections! On our wedding day, he executed everything to perfection. He would check in with us, helped prepare our family for when they were giving toasts, and helped us throw an unforgettable dance party! What really impressed us was his flexibility and quick thinking during the reception. When we decided to add a bouquet toss during the reception, Michael was immediately on board and had several fantastic song recommendations for me to chose from! He did a great job keeping our guests on the dance floor, and many specifically commented on how great the music was and how much fun they had dancing! He exceeded our expectations in every way possible and played a significant role in making our celebration truly special. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ who not only delivers on their promises but goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable wedding (or any other event!).

lish! He is a little More expensive than some of the other vendors, but you get TOP notch service all around. I didn’t know this, but once the wedding day came, he was there for everything. I almost felt like I had another wedding coordinator because he was on top of everything and I felt really comfortable my ceremony and reception were in good hands! Highly Recommend this company for your DJ needs.

a great job keeping the dance floor poppin while including some of our eclectic song preferences. Having a fun dance party was one of the top of priorities for us when planning a wedding and Pure Sound Productions delivered! We would definitely them to anyone planning an upcoming wedding or event

the wedding day. He worked with us on playing songs we personally chose and loved as well as adding his own twist that brought everything together and got people on the dance floor. He also did an incredible job at handling last minute changes. We had so many guests coming up to us during the reception and even after the wedding telling us that we had a fantastic DJ. Thank you DJ Mag and the Pure Sounds Productions team for helping make our day magical!

t that kept everyone excited through the evening and we didn’t have to worry about what song was coming next, we just knew it’d fit in and everyone would like it. On top of being a fantastic DJ, Michael stepped up and helped keep us pointed the right direction during the chaos of our wedding, checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and giving us heads up every time something was about to happen. I would absolutely use PSP again if I ever had another wedding (but I hope I don’t). 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

and trustworthy and they absolutely lived up to that impression. We wanted to get to spend the night dancing with our guests and Michael got everyone on the dance floor, even our family that we didn't expect to dance with us. We used his planning software before the event to choose some songs that we wanted to hear (& ones we didn't) and were super happy with what he played and had many guests tell us that they loved dancing the night away.

ntion or adding unnecessary announcements. When he did make an announcement, he had a great personality and had grace when people weren't really listening to him. He always kept in touch with me when we were going to be running late on something or on what to expect next in the night. He also asked for permission on a couple requests that he didn't know which was really nice. The music was so much fun and I liked how he transitioned each song into the next so there wasn't a lull or awkward silence ever!! And he let each song fully play which I appreciated greatly. DJs are scary to book without experiencing beforehand but Michael was the best we could have asked for :) - Lexi & Nick

n we told him that we had a specific vision for our music. The planning tools and meetings leading up to the wedding were top-notch and helped tremendously with planning the cadence of our special day. He listened and took everything we needed to heart, which ended with the most epic dance party ever! Michael is a class act!

on track and gave great advice. Highly recommend.

ative during the night of and helped the evening move smoothly. They were able to play our special request songs and made sure every song we really wanted to hear was played!

he music he played, yet he faded to the background easily and focused all attention on the bride and groom. He thought of everything so that we did not have to. I could not recommend more!!!

Their portal for planning was very easy to use and incredibly thorough. It is evident that PSP DJs are very experienced and have thought through all of the details in advance. He did a great job of engaging the crowd and helping the night flow the way I had envisioned. I am so thankful that we chose to have Michael be a part of our special day. If you are still looking for a DJ for your wedding, you should highly consider PSP DJs!

the night. He checked in to make sure we were happy, and to see if there were any songs we wanted to throw in during the reception (including when my husband just NEEDED to sing Mulan with his friends!). Our planning meetings were so great, and he did such a great job capturing our vision of a fun, dancing, lively wedding we envisioned. Thank you Michael! Thank you for making our day perfect. A DJ makes or breaks the day, and Michael definitely made ours amazing.

ight. We had several personalization requests and they nailed them all. We are so glad they were our DJ for the big day!

smoothly, perfectly, and better than we imagined! Our guests all loved his style and we had a great time!

irst dance song sounded very crackly and more difficult to hear compared to every other song. Overall, highly recommend!

eat at reading the crowd while DJing. Michael had the dance floor going all night and we could not recommend him and Pure Sound Productions enough! Thanks for making our big day special. - Hunter & Tali

dating for the father-daughter dance. We had a custom request and he had no issue helping it become a reality. Our ceremony was beautiful and the dance floor was rocking the whole night and everyone had an incredible time.

d a beat during the ceremony or reception. He had our family and friends dancing all night! We received so many compliments from guests on how awesome the DJ was!! We can’t recommend him enough!

ylist the next day and had everyone on the dance floor right up until closing time. He also supported us through every step of the wedding day, letting us know timelines and where to sit and when to enter, and even adjusted last minute to the needs of my bridesmaids with their grand entrance. Half DJ and half day of coordinator, we can’t recommend Michael highly enough!!

recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much!!

given a guest portal to add songs we hope to hear, don’t want to hear, and songs for certain moments of the day. Then, we met with Michael before the wedding to go over those songs and talk through our day; all of this before work really led to a night where every song was spot-on. Michael even made a custom speech to go with our Star Trek reception entrance because he was so excited; we were so touched by this and loved every second of that entrance! We would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding. He is truly a professional and he will make sure your event is one to remember.

et our preferred style of music correct. He took great care to make sure he’d have the vibe correct all night. And on the day of the wedding, that’s exactly what happened. Everyone enjoyed the music, and our dance floor was PACKED at the end of the night thanks to Sam’s great intuition on what music to play that everyone in that crowd would enjoy. I highly recommend working with Pure Sounds and Sam anytime!

aste and timeline for the day. He was also extremely flexible as plans changed. We used him for both ceremony and reception, which were at different sites. He did a great job setting up for both and all of the equipment worked perfectly. He played all the requested songs and successfully avoided some songs. The transitions between songs were flawless and kept the energy going. He was also very communicative with other event staff and folks who needed microphones throughout the day. All of our guests had such a grat time at the wedding, largely attributable to Michal's hard work.

all the song selections we had to make for the entire wedding day. The music during the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was perfect. Michael also helped us plan a karaoke song during our reception and made sure the mics were ready to go when the time came to sing! Overall, Michael is incredibly nice and professional, and I would recommend Pure Sounds to anyone looking for a wedding DJ!

uch a short amount of time. Then when it came to the day of, he asked any questions but really took matters into his own hands. He really listened to our music taste and the dance floor was never empty. He did a great job, we loved our DJ. Thanks again Mag!!!

he music for the party portion got everyone on the dance floor.
