ous tasting at a larger bakery and expected an individual chef would be pricier - but Mike's pricing for what we wanted I think was very fair and in line with other vendors in the area. The only difference is that it tasted MUCH better! We were hesitant when we first heard buttercream thinking heavy, but he did an amazing job keeping it light and tasty. Highly recommend.

l wedding cake which is exactly what we wanted. Michael was so nice and easy to work with and made the cake tasting process fun. He also is giving us a top tier in a year so we wouldn't have to eat our frozen part and not enjoy joy and can stick with tradition.
