BRIDES BEWARE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I contacted McKenzie on 1/3/2025 for a DOC service for a wedding on 4/26/2026. Throughout the 14 months of having her as my “DOC”,...
I had to reach out initially each time and only heard from her 3x- again as replies from me asking her to clarify about her services that I had purchased. I was consistently met with delayed or no replies at all. McKenzie had never called me, never asked me about any other vendors, never asked about the venue or the timeline, and absolutely failed at her job. I reached out to McKenzie for a final time a month before the wedding after not hearing from her and decided to cancel her as my DOC. After working with many vendors, her unprofessionalism is astounding. I’m not sure where the positive reviews are coming from, because that was most definitely NOT my experience. Please do not trust her with organizing your wedding. Her price may be “affordable” but you truly get what you pay for, and in my case I paid for nothing. Please book with someone who actually cares about your wedding day and not just someone who wants to make a quick buck for doing no work.

ents she provided to us were very clear and concise, and truly helped us plan our wedding. She truly shined when it came to the weeks leading up to the wedding in which she helped us fine tune our day-of schedule. The day before and the day of the wedding went extremely smoothly and McKenzie helped make our day truly special by dealing with anything that came up with the vendors and the general flow of the day. I would recommend her services to anyone, and we will always be grateful for her services.

s on everything she made sure she was in contact with every vendor big or small she made sure to let them know she was point of contact it made my day so enjoyable . I was not bothered once during the whole day every thing went through her per what we discussed the day before . She even went to the store to get last minute stuff we forgot about which was really awsome she was totally on everything even was prepared with bug spray! Thank you Giselle .

ng where we were with the planning and sent us lists of vendors within our price range. Which was appreciated. She joined us for the rehearsal and met with us the week before the wedding. She reassured that she would be there to take care of anything that came up. She really came through the day of the wedding. She showed up ready to work, i had no idea how to set anything up and everything was diy so I ended up depending on her and her team to set up. (Which she did beautifully) She made last minute runs to the store during the wedding and set up our dessert table. She stayed the entire night and even packed up all our stuff in our cars. I didn't have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend her!
