I have nothing but good things to say about our DJ Isaiah, he ran our wedding perfectly. He did everything we asked and more. One thing I really appreciated was he always checked in before moving to the next part of the wedding to make sure it went exactly how we wanted it to go. The music was perfect and we all had a great time. Highly recommend Isaiah and PVE in general, as Jared was also amazing to work with from the start.

- Manny ScottPartner/Professional DJI was born and raised in a small town in great state of Kansas, and that's where my musical journey Began. I started becoming involved in music the way most kids do, through the school band program. Little did I know the decision I made to play the trombone would change my life. I had the opportunity to play from grade school, middle school to high school, while earning a scholarship to study music at Wichita State University where I received a degree in music performance. During my time in Kansas I played for many different Ensembles and groups that traveled all over the United States to perform. In 2014 I picked up my first set of turntables, and used my musical knowledge and training to push myself to the point of live performances such as clubs, weddings, and social events. In 2017 I moved to Portland Oregon where I have continued to play my horn and DJ regularly. Having the opportunity to be a wedding DJ is one of the best experiences in life, and it seems like each and every wedding gets better and better. That is why I strive to always give 110%. It's look on The bride and groom‘s face at the end of the night, that look of pure happiness and accomplishment knowing that their new life has just begun with a major bang. I love that LOOK! It pushes me to be a better DJ so that I can have that experience with every couple, family member and guest at each and every wedding.

We are beyond passionate, always pushing boundaries, insanely creative and best of all "average" just isn't what we do. ut so fun. Starting from the inquiry it’s so easy to be able to go through the customized packages and see what you need and can afford. The app is convenient and fast to be able to put in your song choices. Jared stays on top of things from the beginning and checks in frequently to make sure the planning process goes smoothly for you. A week before the wedding he sets up a video chat meeting with you to connect and finalize everything- just from that we loved Jared’s energy and vibe and it really made us so much more excited for everything. After our ceremony, Jared took a minute to check on myself and the groom and walked us through how we were going to do our grand entrance. At this point as the bride, I was starting to feel a little overwhelmed with how much was going on and it really helped to have Jared there to guide us through. He even found a really cool remix for our entrance song and made it so fun. Throughout our reception Jared was very attentive in making sure we were doing okay and had good suggestions on how to interact with our guests while still having our time to eat. The majority of our guests were not into dancing/partying and all headed out fairly early.. we would have been completely fine with Jared heading out early since everyone had left but he insisted on staying till the very end just because my bridesmaid’s and I were having so much fun with the dance floor to ourselves. Jared made it a point to say bye and gave me a hug before I exited and also stayed awhile and had a heartfelt conversation with my husband. We did not get that personal touch from any of our other vendors and that’s just one of the many reasons why we love Jared. We truly felt like we made a friend, not just another business transaction. We had several guests get his social media info because they all loved him as much as we do.
From one high maintenance and picky bride to another, I’m telling you that your search for a DJ is over- Jared will be the greatest addition to your wedding!

to know my now husband and I but he curated our whole wedding to fit our likes, dislikes, personality, and vibes. When I tell you I still have people talking about our DJ weeks after the wedding, you’d be shocked at how many people are still making comments about how incredible Jared was. I will never forget my older brother coming up to me while I was dancing the night away at our wedding and saying “You seriously hit the jackpot with this DJ, the way he has put everything together is insane.” And the reason I will remember that moment forever is because I was thinking the same thing the about entire night. Jared made sure all the guests knew what was going on, he communicated so well so no one was out of the loop on what to do next. I told Jared all the things that were really important to me in our meetings prior to the wedding and not only did he make those moments amazing, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make them absolutely perfect. His whole set up was so good. It’s hard to say when it comes to sound, music, and microphones that there were no hiccups or mishaps but with Jared at my wedding there truly was nothing that could’ve gone better than it did. My wedding day was perfect and I attribute a HUGE part of that to Jared and the way he carried the whole day. Jared even took the time to get to know the guests and my family and that was so special to me.
I’m going to end this again by saying, if I could tell you do to one thing for your wedding day or event… HIRE JARED from PVE, I cannot stress enough how incredible he was and all the extra details and time he put in to making our day so perfect and memorable. ally attest that we got SO many comments after our wedding like “Your DJ was perfect.” “That was the best wedding DJ I’ve ever experienced.” “Im gonna get married just so I can use this same DJ!” Etc…
Jared was so amazing to talk to, so amazing to share ideas with, and he was genuinely excited for our wedding day just like we were. I’m SO grateful for Jared’s expertise. Talk about a good HUMAN and an incredible DJ. And he had the JAMS!!!! Even if you’re still just shopping around for a DJ, you NEED to make the time to at least have a consult because it changed the entire vibe of wedding planning for us. Jared uses an app that helps with the ENTIRE wedding planning process. Not just music!!! He sees so many weddings so obviously he has good insight as to what goes over well with guests and what doesn’t.

ng. I really loved that they had examples of all the DJ’s work, because it is really hard to feel confident about picking one blind and a lot of companies did not have that! I also loved their planning platform, it was super thorough and asked lots of questions to make sure everything was executed how we wanted.
We ended up requesting Kyle because we loved his mixes and we are so so glad we did! We had a bit of stress on our wedding day with a big thunderstorm that rolled in right as our ceremony was supposed to start (at our entirely outdoor venue). Kyle was so professional, and did a phenomenal job at pivoting to move his set up, and made sure everything that was important to us was still announced and included despite the storm sending our timeline out the window. MOST importantly he was so fun to work with and created the perfect dance party for us to let loose and have the best time at our reception. Having a great DJ was definitely one of the top things that turned what could have been a disappointing day around and made it one of the most fun and memorable nights of our lives. We got lots of comments from our guests on how great the DJ was. We would hire Pure Vision and Kyle a million times over!

to be a party and it sure paid off! DJ Eps kept the crowd engaged and the party going. Guests have been raving about the party and music ever since.
Jared was super communicative from the beginning, access to the Vibo app to build in pieces of music was super handy, and tips and tricks emails along the way were appreciated.

Manny, one of his team members, also did the same event for us in another city, Seattle, at the same time. He is very communicative and goes to great lengths to understand exactly what you are looking for and can easily fill those needs. kage exactly to our liking. Tre our videographer and Marc our photographer captured the best moments of the night also making sure to capture everything we asked AND more. They were both very easy to work with and also fit right in with everyone enjoying the moment with us. Abdul our DJ made sure to play everything we asked and kept the dance floor going through the whole night! Isiah managed the Photo Booth and made sure everyone enjoyed it. All meeting with us before the wedding ahead of time to ensure they did everything to make our night perfect. I wouldn’t do anything differently on our wedding night and so glad we picked Pure Vision Entertainment for our special night! Do it you won’t regret it, I can promise you that!

Jared, the incredible owner of Pure Vision Entertainment! He turned our wedding into the party of our dreams! From the beginning, Jared was amazing to communicate with, offered so many ideas, and the app that he had us add our music to made the entire process fun and easy!
Jared is very creative and intuitive, he knew exactly how to read the atmosphere and the crowd. During our ceremony, we had a quiet moment during the unity portion, and ever so quietly, Jared started playing one of our pre-ceremony songs. It made the moment absolutely beautiful, and one of our favorite parts of the ceremony to think back on.
During the reception, Jared knew exactly how to start the party. Our guests loved him, we loved that we didn’t have to think about running anything, we could just sit back and relax and enjoy our reception, and when it was time to dance, our guests went crazy! We never thought we would have the type of wedding that our guests raved about for weeks after, but we would like to thank Jared for making it happen.

He was totally able to read the crowd and made sure to play the music we had on the list. He kept the flow going smooth the entire night, it was so nice not needing to worry about a thing. l throughout our entire wedding planning process. He would email us articles to read and questionaries to fill out. He also has an app we downloaded in which we put all of our songs in order for the ceremony and reception which made everything run so smoothly! He made all the announcements throughout our entire night which was awesome because we didn’t have to worry about the timeline of our day. red was super fun to work with and did everything in his power to make our wedding day PERFECT! Jared said yes to everything I requested (15 hours of videography, live streaming, song requests, last minute backdrop, and so much more!) Jared even surprised us on the day of the wedding with foam lighting sticks to use while we dance the night away. Then at the end of the night, he had another surprised for us! He ordered special lights so they would arrive in time for us to use it during our last dance. Jared and everyone on his team were such a joy to work with AND party with! They were super respectful with the song choice and even asked me if it was ok for them to take a shot since our guests keep offering them one. Deontre was on time, respectful, and helped out my photographer when she needed it. The photobooth attendant took his job seriously, he stayed by the photobooth, helped people worked the machine, and answered questions. Overall, we are over the moon with the Pure Vision Entertainment team!

going from a 230-guest wedding to our 20 closest family) and then again within a few days of our big day because of the Oregon fires; Jared was right there for us through it all. His communication and flexibility were excellent — and when we had a vendor emergency at 10pm the night before, he voluntarily helped us put together plans b, c, d. We loved the DJ music app he uses, he was great to collaborate with to help bring our unique vibe to life, and we appreciated all his hard work and commitment to make our wedding amazing, even as small as it was. He kept the dance floor going all night long, it was so much fun! He even created a last-minute slideshow of our years together when he saw the estate’s big-screen TV (among other great gestures!) We highly recommend Jared for your DJ event (especially weddings!), he will go above and beyond for his couples and everything he did, everything he supported us through, meant the world to us!

He has not only been flexible but he has gone out of his way to help us with advice for the entertainment, timeline, marketing, and general wedding advice. Jared and his team went out of there way multiple time to meet with us to make sure we we’re comfortable and happy with his work!! On our actually wedding day he surprised us all with glow foam light sticks for all of our guests! Jared has a amazing heart and if you ever have the pleasure to work with him you won’t regret it! He is a kind, hardworking, and efficient. Jared has the best equipment in all of Portland! He has amazing sparklers, fog mechanics, and a beautiful dj set up that fits nicely for a wedding. several brides in a zoom call and showed his skills off via zoom/Facebook live. He has this incredible app to add of the music you want and can change as often as you’d like. He has a great personality. He had a broke arm and wrist right before my wedding. Still made it And killed it.
Ironically dj was last on my priority list and he ended u p being my favorite vendor through the process. 🤣 The ceremony and reception went smoothly and his mc skills were great too.
You will not regret hiring him. I promise you that !

We had several bumps along the road during our wedding planning process and ended up having to find a new DJ less than a month before our wedding (which is how we found Jared). We are so happy we were able to book Jared as our DJ. He was very thorough in our pre-wedding video meetings and made sure everything was set up for success!
Jared even worked with our venue to figure out how to best set up for our wedding day. He truly gave 100% from the minute we first met until the end of our wedding night.
We had a smaller crowd which made the dance floor less active, but Jared used the shoe game and even threw in karaoke half way through the night to get people to have fun! Jared is an amazing professional and DJ, I would recommend him to anyone getting married that wants to have fun and be stress free on their wedding day!

It's been a month since our wedding and I am still in awe of how incredible Jared was. He was so much more than a DJ and truly enhanced our day in so many ways.

ion on the knot and were attracted to his rates, the reviews, and mostly the pictures of his setup. I could not get behind having a folding table with a tablecloth set up at our wedding for the DJ. Jareds set up exceeded my expectations from the photos. It was crisp, professional, and the lighting he had really made it pop- but not in an obnoxious neon way- it truly was beautiful and went with our winter black/white and dark green romantic rainy day wedding.
Jared was so great to work with. His response time for emails was so fast- and in general he was incredible and easy to communicate with.
It get's better- the app Jared uses was beyond user friendly and made it so easy to plan our music out and add to in over the months leading up to the wedding- it even links to spotify and you can break it down by section of the wedding (ie- dinner, dancing, ceremony, etc...)
So here's the cherry that will have us singing Jareds praises forever. He truly listens to what you envision for your day- and goes out of his way to make sure he supports and adds any touch he can. Jared knew we were having a rainy romantic dinner in our industrial esq venue. He custom created an amber light feature to go with our candles and had back lighting against the brick walls during dinner that made the venue pop more than I could have imagined.
When I walked in I truly said "this is exactly what I dreamed of." Normally credit for a moment like that goes to floral/ catering/ the planner- but I think it speaks volumes that without Jareds extra touches I maybe wouldn't have been as "wow-ed" as I was.
Thank you Jared for making our day special, and being so much fun!

There are so many little details that you don’t think about, Jared had them all taken care of. He wants this day to be special for you and understands how fast it goes and really wants you to enjoy that. It was MUCH appreciated. You get to use this amazing user-friendly app to choose the music you want. Greatest thing about it is you can be super detailed if you want with every music choice. I would highly recommend Jared at Pure Vision entertainment and would use him again in a HEARTBEAT!

Our Best Man, our brother, was deployed overseas just before the wedding. Jared even read his speech that he had written. That was such a special moment for us that we will never forget.
We were concerned with having a small wedding of mostly family that no one would dance and that the night would be awkward but Jared made that turn out to be FAR from the truth!! He had every single one of them up and dancing, requesting songs, and joining in on the fun.
Everything ran according to plan, smoothly, and right on time. Could not have been happier with Jared and Pure Vision Entertainment!! Highly Highly recommend!!

He was always very quick to respond to any e-mails and made such a crazy stressful time so easy. On the wedding day he showed up early to prep and kept us in the loop the whole time and kept things flowing smoothly. He was great with feeling out the crowd and was sure to check with us with any crowd requests. He checked on us multiple times and even got us drinks from the bar. He was fun and came up with a master plan to get back at my husband (embarrass him) for smashing cake up my nose. At the end of the night he had some interactive games and even let the tipsy groom and his boys sing Backstreet Boys Karaoke. Jared made us feel like he was not just our DJ but our friend.
