Purest Hearts Weddings & Events was co-founded by creative director Marisela Gonzalez. A dreamer at heart, Marisela loves being able to bring other couple's visions to life. She sees her services as a way for couples to relax and focus on taking in this once-in-a-lifetime milestone. Marisela has been coordinating weddings and events for several years and, when she's not working, she loves doing home DIY projects and crafts.
Marisela finds inspiration in your unique ideas for the day, so your wedding can reflect your personal style. You can choose from a range of packages from Purest Hearts Wedding & Events, depending on the level of support you want from Marisela. This includes day-of coordination, alongside full and partial planning. Some of the services on offer include timeline creation and vendor selection, making sure to always have your vision in mind. You can also avail of her help for arranging pre-wedding showers and the rehearsal dinner.

She was responsive to emails and texts, she gave great advice when we were putting our invites together, she found us our venue and our florist, and she was mindful of our budget the entire time. We also were planning majority of our wedding out of state (Atlanta) and got married in Miami and Marisela didn’t miss a beat while long distance. Marisela was our day of coordinator (we chose to do most of the leg work ourselves to stay within budget) but honestly she went above and beyond her job duties. From helping with the timeline, coordinating with vendors, helping to plan my layout and even rearranging furniture and helping to clean up! Marisela is amazing and I will definitely work with her again in the future for all my events :) (Even if you’re planning an event yourselves you still ABSOLUTELY need a day of coordinator and Marisela is the best!)

She helped us time our events and her input helped things run so much smoother. She was instrumental in helping us source a tent. Due to COVID-19, what started out as a 200-person wedding at a venue ended up being a 50-person backyard wedding. Marisela was so great to work with throughout the chaos of the pandemic... it made my role as the bride so much easier to have such an amazing planner! She helped me navigate contract changes and emailed vendors for specifics all through quarantine. Then in true 2020 fashion, it poured rain and flooded the day of our wedding. Even with the rainfall, Marisela executed our wedding perfectly. She remained unbothered and made sure everything was taken care of down to the last detail. I was also a DIY bride and insisted on doing all of my own décor. Marisela made my vision come to life and took care of every aspect of setting up the day of décor and made it look better than I pictured. I can’t recommend Marisela enough. Book her as your wedding planner!
