Purple Toad Winery is a purpose-built wedding venue in Bowling Green, KY, designed specifically for seamless ceremonies and receptions in one location. Opened in 2026, this brand-new facility combines a polished indoor reception hall, covered outdoor pavilion, and private party rooms — giving couples flexibility without the stress of relocating guests throughout the day. With over 17 years of hospitality experience serving couples across Kentucky, our team focuses on organization, clarity, and a smooth experience from your first tour through your wedding day. Our layout was intentionally designed for flow — ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception can all take place onsite. Event Spaces: • Reception Hall (Basement Level) – Accommodates up to 270 guests for dining and dancing in a fully climate-controlled environment • Covered Wooden Pavilion – Outdoor ceremony or reception option, seating up to 150 guests • Two Private 25’ x 25’ Party Rooms – Ideal for bridal suite, groom’s lounge, rehearsal dinner, showers, or cocktail hour Spaces may be reserved individually or combined, depending on guest count and event needs. What We Provide: • Venue rental • Tables and chairs • On-site caterer’s kitchen access • In-house bar service featuring Purple Toad wines and house-distilled spirits • Onsite parking • Climate-controlled indoor space Couples select their own licensed caterer, décor, florist, planner/coordinator, DJ, and additional vendors. We provide the space, tables, chairs, and bar service. We do not provide decorating or full-service planning. Outside alcohol is not permitted. All events conclude by 10 PM. Peak season runs from April through October. Same pricing applies year-round. We recommend scheduling a tour early. 2026 and 2027 dates are booking quickly.
