The venue is beautiful and offers a fun setting for events. We hosted our daughter’s wedding reception here, and the location was very convenient with easy access to parking, walkw...
ays, and restrooms. The open space worked wonderfully for our guests. We also booked the museum as an additional amenity, and everyone really enjoyed that experience.
Unfortunately, the hospitality and customer service aspects were really disappointing. Communication throughout the planning process was inconsistent, and several details discussed ahead of time were either not executed correctly or overlooked entirely. The bar service, in particular, was very poor and did not meet expectations (one example of a few - warm beer was served). In addition, several staff interactions felt dismissive and unprofessional, which added unnecessary stress during the event.
Overall, the venue itself was excellent, but the service side left a lot of room for improvement.
