I truly think Royal Charms is the gold standard for wedding planning and decor. I couldn't have asked for a better team to handle the stress of planning a wedding with 500+ guests! Hasina is so incredibly organized, meticulous, and attentive to every single one of our needs and wants, and thanks to her and her team, our wedding far exceeded our expectations. Plus all the vendors that Hasina sourced for us were absolutely a perfect match for us, and we didn't have to spend hours and days making phone calls to see who would be available or fit our vision. As for the day of event coordination, the Royal Charms team executed everything flawlessly. A lot of friends told me and my husband that as the bride and groom, we wouldn't really be able to enjoy our own wedding because of the stress. But that couldn't be further from the truth for us. My husband and I had so much fun on the day of the event, and we were so calm and content the entire day and night. Even now, nearly a month since our wedding, friends and family are still telling us about how much they enjoyed our wedding, from the food to the decor to just how smoothly everything ran. I don't even know where to start to thank Hasina and her team whom we hired for planning and decor for our camp style wedding. From designing every floral detail, to setting up decor so late into the night, planning a multi-day event over the course of a year and running around the venue making sure everything is in order, it’s hard to find a single part of the event that could have happened without her. Despite a nightmarishly long list of vendors to work with, she just took care of everything and we never needed to worry about anything. Hasina has excelled vendor connections and was able to find us an incredible chef consulting team within 24hrs to work with our venue's catering team. Our event had so many small details like stationary and welcome bags but the team did an amazing job. A real testament to how incredible they were was how our guests said it was such a special weekend that they wouldn’t have been able to experience otherwise. And oh my god, the decor. Hasina transformed the entire property for each event. Everything looked so much more beautiful than I had imagined. I felt like a fairy during the haldi with the handmade floral jewelry and a dreamy floral arch that was exactly the vision I had in mind. Hasina imagined up a colorful cool tone look for the welcome party decor, showcasing her incredible skills. By this point my family, who were skeptical about the rustic venue had done a 180 and told us that the venue looked so pretty after Hasina's beautiful work. The ceremony mandap, oh my god. Hasina's team blew it out of the water. It was unreal and we couldn’t believe what we were seeing. My mom and I so badly wished we could have attended the ceremony as guests just so we could see it longer. Hasina had dreamed up a moody blue look that was so unique and nothing I’ve seen done before, especially in a barn setting. The reception decor was so chic and elegant. That backdrop was STUNNING and Hasina surprised us with a gorgeous head table. The candles, the table arrangements, lighting -- it was such a dream. Hasina and her team are so so talented. During a wedding having the right team around you makes the world of a difference. My family was just in awe of the weekend of coordination team, especially Alisha and Yeaiah who went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and get every small detail done. They were always hustling around refilling water guns for the Haldi, keeping us on schedule and so much more. We all had a blast with them at the afterparty and our friends loooooved them since we just felt like we became friends. My mom still talks about how when she was unhappy with her ceremony hair, Hasina and Alisha showed up out of nowhere, comforted her and made sure she was getting the changes she wanted. She literally stepped in like family to stand up for her. Hasina is literally a superhero and we were so blessed to have found her!

I've typed and retyped this review multiple times because words seem to fail me when it comes to describing just how magical and beyond compare Royal Charms and Hasina made my wedding day. From the time I was a little girl, I knew that I wanted the flowers at my wedding to be spectacular. I dreamed about the arrangements more than I ever thought about a wedding dress. When it came time to choose a florist, I shopped around many, many great businesses, but was so captivated by the incredible, varied, and detailed work I saw on Royal Charms' social media pages. When I spoke with Hasina, she truly made me feel like she was listening and working with me. Royal Charms is MUCH more than just a floral company; they truly take event design to the next level. Throughout the process, I felt that Hasina was extraordinarily flexible, responsive, and her creativity was unmatched. There were a lot of cooks in the kitchen, with my family being very involved, but she navigated everyone's (sometimes crazy) expectations with tremendous professionalism. Royal Charms decorated both my church and reception venue and worked on very tight timelines to make my dreams come true. When I finally got a peek of my church through the glass in the doors, I was overwhelmed with how beautiful she had made this already gorgeous space. My reception venue was a dream. She went above and beyond my expectations and truly treated my wedding like a special event, not just one of dozens or hundreds she does in a year. Hasina's creative eye and commitment to making sure everything she puts her company's name on is absolutely perfect is absolutely priceless. I would pay double or triple her very reasonable prices to experience the wonder she and her team gave me on my wedding day. I can't thank the team at Royal Charms enough for making my day absolutely magical (I'm getting a little teary eyed just thinking about it as I write this review). I'd recommend them to anyone and look forward to working with her again for other events in the future!

I honestly can’t put into words the amount of love and gratitude I have for Hasina. Hasina has been one of the biggest blessings I came across during my wedding. She is a superwoman to say the least! I came to Royal Charms after meeting with many different décor companies. Not one company gave me the confidence to sign off with them until I met Hasina. I felt connected to her the moment I met her and knew instantly that she is the one person who understood me, my style and my vision. Hasina worked with me day and night to bring my vision to life, for both my Mehndi and wedding. I was very specific about the theme and colors that i wanted for both of my events and Hasina worked her magic to create something that is beautiful and unique. I was completely blown away with her work on my Mehndi event, little did I know that she had a bigger surprise for me on the wedding day. When I walked into my venue on the wedding day, I couldn’t believe my eyes and couldn’t stop crying. Hasina and her team did such an outstanding job with every single detail! My décor looked better than what I've ever envisioned. It was straight out of a fairy tale. The stage was absolutely beautiful. The welcome table, cake table, staircase décor, and every single center piece was beautiful and much grander than we had discussed. Hasina also surprised me with the most beautiful estate tables for our families! Our families and guests were also taken back by the grand décor that Royal Charms had done. Hasina is a perfectionist and personally works with every single detail of the event. She is honest, genuinely cares for her clients, and puts in her 100% to make every event perfect. Thank you Hasina, for being such an amazing person, for making me the happiest client ever, for going above and beyond for both of my events. I have learned so much from you, not just about décor, but wedding planning in general. You are so professional and so dedicated to what you do. I've known Hasina for 10 years now and know her level of perfectionism and detail is unparalleled. She takes vision and turns it into reality. My Havana nights themed party was elegant, classy and FUN. It was the little details that caught everyone's attention. My experience with Hasina and Jay was one of the best ones among all my vendors! they are both so down to earth, fair, flexible and creative!! They went the extra mile for my wedding- they decorated my home inside and out as well as our mehendi party for 250 guests! We worked with them for almost 8 months leading up to our big day! They had great ideas and everything looked amazing day of!!

I could go on and on about my experience with Hasina and the entire team of Royal Charms. EVERYTHING they did was executed beautifully. we had a 2 day event with 2 different venues, and she captured the elegance and uniqueness of each venue individually. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! Where do I begin? If you want something insanely detailed, creative and out of the box to wow your guests - Hasina & her team at Royal Charms are the ones to go to. As a bride, I was incredibly picky about what I wanted for my decor and flowers. I didn't want anything run of the mill that you always see at every desi event because I wanted it to fit me and my husband's personalities. Her creativity is out of this world. For my sangeet, she designed a rustic brick wall with mood lighting to fit into my bollywood theme and create a really intimate ambiance. For my hindu ceremony at a MUSEUM, she created a super full clean White & Green mandap with a floral chandelier. For my reception, she custom created a NYC skyline to fit in with my theme and made everything look so sleek. She even ordered items that were not a part of her inventory to make sure that everything was fitting to what I wanted. More than just how unique she is - Hasina is a mastermind at weddings. I went in with a vision and Hasina saw it instantly and showed me a roadmap on how I can create that not only in my decor but in everything surrounding the events - from the pictures I can take to where to place my favors to the color of my outfits, etc. She will be upfront and honest about what you are receiving - I promise, you will not be gypped like some other decor companies - if anything you will receive even more than you think. She had centerpieces on my escort table + extra bouquets for all of my bridesmaids. To her, its HER event just as much as it is yours. She doesn't just give directions - she jumps into the action and will adjust flowers in your aisle herself if she doesn't feel like it's perfect (I saw this myself) and will make sure your pictures come out pristine. AND SHE'S ON TIME! She finished each day on time to make sure I was able to take pre-wedding pictures (this is huge!). She makes sure all of her clients are happy with what they receive from her & her team. Hasina - I can't thank you enough! I still people who aren't even engaged yet asking about you!! Hasina was our wedding planner for our Destination wedding in Cancun this November. We have been planning the wedding since February and I could not explain what I would have done if Hasina wasn't a part of it. She is beyond amazing and extremely dedicated to make my dreams come true. The wedding was fantastic and went as planned. It took me awhile to write my review for Hasina and her team because I couldn't quite put into words the gratitude I had for her and her team. Hasina and I had over a year long journey as we planned my wedding. What I loved most about working with her is she tries to really understand your vision and execute. She's always offering ideas that will not make it another "basic" wedding and goes above and beyond to exhaust all her resources to give you exactly what you want. She's always on top of things way before I am and is extremely thorough. Also as my decorators I could not be happier with what she brought to life, my guests were amazed!! I think what blew me away the most is the day of the events, how her team seamlessly executed everything for a 400 people wedding. I always had someone by my side to make sure I was ok! I did not have to say anything to my family, friends or guests as they took care of everything. All the people important to us got to enjoy the wedding as well because they weren't busy taking care of things for us. What was most important to me is my guests noticed how organized my events were, it did not become another chaotic Bengali wedding. I was able to enjoy and have the wedding I have always dreamed of thanks to Royal Charms! There aren't enough ways for me to say that my wedding would not have been possible without this fabulous team!

Amazing florist. Very well prices for the product. The flowers were fresh and vibrant. She saw my vision the first time I saw her. I was totally unprepared to see her but she still got what I wanted for my wedding. My bouquet was gorgeous and I would definitely use this company again if I could. Payments were easy and stress free. Hasina was a pleasure to work with. Please check this company out for your event!

From start to finish, Hasina was amazing to work with. She was easy to collaborate with, flexible in accommodating changing ideas/budgets, and has a great eye for detail. We approached Hasina Ahmed [owner] with one year in hand to plan our multiple wedding festivities. She systematically broke down and listed every single task, down to the letter, that we needed to get done. From an extensive list of vendors, venues to decorators, photographers, caterers, Hasina has it all. Walking out from our first meeting, we were relieved, because it was clear there was nothing left to worry about. As a result, we took to Royal Charms for all our needs such as décor, design, invitation, planning, etc. because we knew no one would compare. Hasina would take care of anything, catch all that fell through the cracks, and proceed with the utmost level of professionalism. Throughout that year, she kept us constantly on point, battled with vendors for best prices, and brought our vision to life. Furthermore, my husband and I both lead incredibly busy lives, which Hasina took into account and always worked around our schedules. How she was able to accomplish this without compromising the integrity of our wishes and events escapes us. But thank God for her! For us, she played many roles: wedding planner, lawyer, confidant, bodyguard and most importantly our friend. We reached out to her day or night, at any time, by text, phone or email and without fail she was available. She has an extensive showcase of wedding cards, from which we used several different types to create our own. Half the time we didn’t know which design would complement what but sure enough, Hasina did. Something unique to Hasina is the blind trust you can place in her and her fantastic team. There will always be issues that pop up throughout the entire planning process, because of vendors, venue, family, etc. But with Hasina at the helm of your wedding, all worry is gone. She will handle it all, drive herself into the ground fighting tooth and nail so that the client never has to burden themselves with these issues. Wedding planning can be extremely hectic but in the midst of everything if you have Hasina and the Royal Charms team (Dina, Yeahia, Melissa, Ayesha, etc.) to laugh along with you, it’s a blessing. We have made friends and laughed throughout this process, which is truly the best dose of medicine when planning a wedding. Last but not least: honesty. A planner can easily nod their head along and promise their client the world in terms of vision, décor, and venue, which sets everyone up for failure on the day of nuptials. Not Hasina. She will be upfront, clear and direct as to expectations and reality of events. And once she points out the issue, she presents an array of alternate possibilities. This way, the only surprises on the wedding day are great ones. We challenge you to find a planner capable of bringing 1/10th of what Hasina brings to the table. Disclaimer: you won’t. When my now husband and I set our wedding date, I knew from the start no one else in my eyes was good enough to create my dream mandap and isle other than Hasina. Hasina along with her team at Royal Charms took what few pictures and ideas I had and made it came to life 100 times better than I imagined. My wife and I worked with Hasina for our wedding. We had an idea of what we wanted, and she was able to transform our ideas into two incredible invitations -- one for me, and one for my wife (because Hindu weddings have different ceremonies for the bride and groom). Our invitations were brightly colored, proofread several times, and simply amazing. Hasina worked within our budget, and advised us on the best type of paper to make our colors pop. We'll definitely be using her again for future events.

What can I say- Hasina has been there with from the very beginning. It all started 2 years ago and since then I cannot even imagine planning any event without Hasina and her team. From our engagement to our wedding and reception, she has made all of my dreams come true - even dreams and wishes that I didn't even know had existed within me! She has gone above and beyond.
