I went there and the bottled water cost. Like that is the lowest compliment you can give a patron. We know the cancer rates are high and there is smoking allowed on the premises away from table games. A young female dealer at roulette was so re...
ady for her shift to be over on 4/4. She was switching out the ball, speeding the wheel up and trying to make the table lose, and DID. People were tipping and she kept yawning and saying how she didn't want to be there. The craps table folks had a bunch of sidebar conversations. They were missing "selling bets," like if my hard eight falls, ask me if I want it back out of my place bet or at all. Plus, when you lose, they talk about you when you leave. That's all casinos though. Most dealers are chatty and tell your business. I observed them saying how someone lost a lot. How can you really tip well if you are losing? It's a clean facility but that's likely my last time going.
We had fun. The food at the hotel was good, not phenomenal but good. The kids arcade area was fun but there was absolutely NO where to sit as kids play games so if you have elderly folks with who can’t stand and walk for hours…they can’t watch ...
the kids play games … I suppose you could sit in the bar adjacent to the game room but again our family doesn’t feel safe just leaving our kids to wander about… we would’ve preferred some seating for those who cannot walk or stand for long in the kids game room area. Games are a bit pricey… 12-40 credits a game but we purchased a $100 card for ONE child and played for multiple hours on 2 separate days. Duck pin bowling and axe throwing are separate fees but affordable.

We very much enjoyed the convenience of staying at The Key hotel, which is connected to Q Casino. The casino is small but mighty. We find all the slots games that we like, we played at the tables some, and we even enjoyed the keno machines. The...
free entertainment is a bonus - we saw El Divas and an emo cover band. Interestingly, 1 show was not very packed while the other was filled to the brim. We ate at the casino restaurant 3 times while we were there for a 3 day weekend, and we were delighted by how much we enjoyed every meal. I would happily return.
