Along with being your DJ, I will help you plan your day and serve as your wedding day host. Secure your date before it is gone & let's make your dream day a reality! EXPERIENCE: My name is Billy Quesenberry, the owner and DJ at Q It Up Sounds & Entertainment. I have over 14 years of experience in the entertainment business. With that experience I will be able to help you plan and give suggestions on how to make your big day extra special. From weddings in barns, event halls, golf courses, backyards, sports arenas, outside and inside venues, from 300 people to as small as 20 people I experience with them all. No matter what type of wedding you are planning, my experiences will help make your day perfect! YOUR WEDDING DAY: On your wedding day I will coordinate with all of your vendors, family, and wedding party to make sure everything moves seamlessly. This includes making sure everyone is in place for announcements, toasts, cake cutting, and first dances. Before making any transition, I always check in with the couple and the photographer. That ensures you are ready, and all your special moments will be captured. When the party starts, I will keep the dance floor filled by playing all the music you want to hear. The set list I play is unique to your wedding and it includes all the songs you told me you want me to play. UPFRONT PRICING: My philosophy is bringing you a high level of value from day you hire me. When you see my pictures, videos, and reviews I believe they all speak to the value of what you get with my services. There will be other DJ's who have a lower price. ved his system that he uses and that we used Zoom so we can talk face to face. It felt like we knew each other before meeting on the wedding day. He had a whole template for all the different songs we needed to fill in and a great system where I could upload spotify playlists for pre-ceremony, cocktail, dinner, dancing. It was easy-peasy for us as a couple. Also, in one of our initial touch base meetings, Billy sensed that Run and I hadn't really thought out what we were going to do for our ceremony and provided a lot of suggestions that got our brains churning. Billy was flexible and made us feel at ease and made sure we had everything we needed during dinner. Billy didn't just play music for us during the dancing, he was able to read the crowd, field song requests appropriately, and hyped the dance floor up! Almost everyone who I touched base with the days following the wedding said our DJ was SO AWESOME and helped create a fun atmosphere! My dad even gave Billy a hug at the end of the night! I 100% recommend Billy if you are looking for not just a DJ who is knowledgeable about music but also a great host to your wedding that can definitely keep the night going!

We did not have a videographer. My wife and I read our own vows at our ceremony. Billy recorded them and sent the audio files of those vows to us. A complete and total surprise and something we'll treasure forever! From something like that to making sure we had full drinks during dinner, Billy pretty much does it all on your big day. He even allowed us at the last moment to add in a cassette tape of our daughter and her best friend singing when they were teenagers. He had lighting in our daughter's wedding colors that made the room beautiful. He was very professional and organized. He worked with us to plan out the schedule for the reception. He also coordinated with the photographer to make sure her needs were met too. We received many compliments from our guests. I would hire him again in a moment for any event that I needed a DJ for.

e feel much better about the day. He created a Google document that we both could edit as the day approached, and that helped to keep everything organized and in one place. He also had some great ideas and helped us navigate how to handle divorced parents on one side of the family.
When the wedding day came, horrendous rain made us have to make some quick decisions to change some things up. Billy coordinated everything and kept the wedding running incredibly smoothly (even though to us it felt like everything was a mess and not going according to plan). None of our guests even knew that we were "shooting from the hip" and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
If you are looking for a DJ for your event, I can't give enough positive feedback for Billy. You will not be disappointed. Many guests approached us after the wedding and said we had the best DJ ever-and we WHOLEHEARTEDLY agree!

From initial research and contact, to the day of our reception, Billy treated us with ...
kindness, a sense of professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond. He also offered suggestions to help complete the ideas we had in our heads for our reception, but we couldn't conceptually put into action.
Billy had a huge assortment of lighting and setup choices that complemented our reception facility perfectly. Furthermore, Billy had an extensive song library that he told us he was excitedly able to using Greek and Serbian songs- a fusion of our cultures and ethnicities. We had a fair number of guests who did not know the traditional dances from our cultures and encouraged our guests to join and he did such a great job bringing people out to the dance floor!
Our guests raved over Billy's ability to play great fun and upbeat songs, but brought in perfectly timed slower, more intimate songs; Billy honored our song requests of "play" and "do not play", and allowed our guests to request some of their favorites! When we played the shoe game, Billy served as the perfect MC and got our guests to be super involved!
Billy served the entire evening as the perfect DJ host and helped us keep a time table in conjunction with bar, dinner, and dance times.
Billy, a wonderful human being, also donates a portion of his proceeds of his fee, to a charity of your choice, or to the charity Autism Speaks. We found other DJs in the area but chose Billy because of the kindness he promotes and lives everyday.
If you are looking for a DJ, Billy is your guy!!! Book him- you won't regret it! Thank you Billy for helping make our day so absolutely perfect!!!!

My name is Billy Quesenberry, the owner of Q It UP Sounds & Entertainment. I base my company out of Fishers, Indiana.
With over 13 years experience in the entertainment business I have been a DJ or announcer for hundreds of events. My experience includes the following: DJing, sports arena announcer, and an on air radio personality.
