If you are looking for an easy DJ to work with who charges a fair price I would recommend using Q Music Productions. Joe kept all of our guests on the dance floor all night long during our reception. I would recommend him 100 times over!

Joe Q was the best! My cousin had him DJ her wedding 5/31/14, so I knew that when I got married 7/23/16 at Belhurst Castle, he had to play our event, so we booked him first! Joe was a fantastic communicator (while we planned our wedding from Pittsburgh) and had a great music library to select songs from. He was also able to get at least 5 songs that were new to the radio and not yet on his list. Joe kept the party going all night - we have had so many compliments from guests long after our big day - the dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night! Would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a wedding DJ. Thank you, Joe!

Joe was the ultimate professional and delivered everything we hoped for on our big day. We live in London and got married in Geneva, NY - but despite the distance Joe was very quick to reply to emails and was keen to meet all our requests. He offered a very reasonable rate and didn't try to rip us off with unnecessary add-ons. Joe has a comprehensive library of music and allows the couple to pick 30 'must play' songs and 40 'play if possibles'. When it came to the day itself he got the balance just right for the cocktail hour and dinner - playing great songs at a volume that allowed people to socialise and chat without the music being too intrusive. Once the party got started though - Joe really hit his stride. Our big request for our wedding was for our friends to get silly on the dance floor and for Joe to react accordingly if it looked like it was a little thin. He always had a great song to get people going and and made the night about the music, not himself (which can't be said for all DJs). When it came close to the end of the night he kindly agreed to work for an extra half an hour for a very reasonable amount and kept things going. I couldn't recommend Joe highly enough for his professionalism, his courtesy and his ability to create a party.

Q Music was the perfect choice for our wedding. Joe was great at keeping in touch with me prior to the wedding, ensuring that he would be able to do what we wanted with music. He met with us a few days before to go over everything. He was there at the venue hours before the ceremony to check setup and ensure everything would work. His timing was perfect during the ceremony! Everything that Joe played during the reception was spot on. He used our playlist, but also was able to add other songs that fit what the crowd wanted. He had a great blend for all ages, didn't play anything inappropriate, and took requests. We had an amazing wedding, and it wouldn't have been possible without Q Music!!

I absolutely loved Joe! He made it so easy. He edited songs to make them shorter and he also gave suggestions for the bridal party music at the ceremony, which was perfect! He had a great personality, and knew what songs to play to get the party going.

Everyone at the reception was raving about Joe, the DJ. Many people asked for his card at the end of the night!! He played awesome music and was so easy to work with. He is a little hard to get a hold of via email, but he always responded in a timely manner. The best part is that you get to select what song that he "must" play, songs that you "would like" played, and songs to never play.

Joe was great! We received so many comments from our guests that he did such a great job! Really knows what to play to get everyone up and dancing! There wasn't a song where the dance floor wasn't full! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ in the area!

So many compliments about how fun Joe is. He played the perfect combination of oldies and new songs to keep everyone happy. Everyone of my guests was on the dance floor at some point in the night. We all had a blast. Joe was a great MC and so charismatic. His price is so reasonable compared to some of the other DJs we looked at and he did a fabulous job. He also did the music for our ceremony and did great with that. His website is very helpful when planning out songs to be played.

Joe is great. My wedding was a bilingual wedding and Joe was able to please both crowds. He speaks Spanish which was important to me. I am a full time PH D student and my mother ended up in the hospital a few days before the wedding. He always worked with me and found a way to work around my schedule. Great DJ for a great price! I have no complaints here. He was professionally dressed and did everything we asked for! He is very particular with his song choices and is very determined to get the music that you want. We requested some string quartet music that he didn't have and he went out of his way to make sure he had it for our wedding. Our dance floor was always full! He was a great guy to work with and was willing to do anything we asked....all at an amazing price!

Joe Quatella (Q Music) was so great about accommodating my very picky musical needs with both outdoor and indoor sound, and multiple musicians needing mics, and he actually got ahold of every song I asked for. He played exactly what songs were on my choice list, and played nothing from my "do not play" list! :-) He also has a website that you can organize your entire event, but he will call and check in with you prior to your event to make sure everything is perfect! Great cost too!

First I would give the DJ a 4.7 out of 5. He did a wonderful job with the ceremony music. And the buffet line music really captured my theme. The only problem I had was there were a few songs that were a must play that didn't get played until most people were gone. I understand that everyone wants to hear the classic wedding reception songs but I really wanted to hear some that were important to me.

Q Music Productions was the DJ for my wedding and they were great. They played all the music I asked for, kept guests dancing and entertained without being obnoxious. We had our own access to a part of the website where we could put in songs that we definatly wanted to hear and then also a do not play list. Joe did a great job with wedding music as well. I had asked him to blend two songs together for the ceremony and he could not have done a better job. If you want someone who is personable, listens to what you want played, and keeps everyone dancing with out the crazy gimics Joe is your DJ.
