I hired Q.H Concept for pictures and videos for my wedding, and they came out absolutely perfect. I was running late getting ready, and they were so patient with me. The QH team is a professional and compassionate couple who want to bring joy to their clients through scheduled and compassionate sessions. They will get to know you and your family, a sense of what you would like the session to be, find the perfect setting, and the rest is just magic. Whether you want a family session like we did, wedding photos, professional headshots (which we also got), or a photographer for an event - QH will bring their "A Game" wherever there is a skilled photographer needed. They are able to deal with adults who can't be photogenic (like us), kids, pets, and most likely unruly adults. Their methods are top notch and you never feel like you are being bossed around during the session, more like a collaboration between the pros and the subjects. We got a more than adequate session for the price, and the location was picked based on what we were looking for but at the suggestion of the coordinator. We met in Boston Common and traversed most of the common and gardens with our dog, 90 minutes in total. The team was energetic, focused, and very professional with how we grouped shots and areas so we didn't have to go back or waste any time. It was one of the most efficient shoots I've done, which between weddings, family sessions, etc. I probably have 2 dozen sessions under my belt (the quality of the photos due to the subject are questionable at best :P). We had a list of shots that we wanted to do, but the real value added by the team were the suggestions and shots that have worked with them in the past in these familiar locations. The turnaround time on the photos can vary depending on how many edits you would like, but the team is constantly in touch and giving updates on the estimated delivery of your photos. Ours was a little over 2 weeks, but we were not in a rush and the wait was well worth it. Pricing is competitive and beyond reasonable for what you get. We paid a flat rate that was ~25% of another quote we got, and I will be honest - I was worried about the differences in quality because of the significant difference. Those worries were put to bed as soon as we had the session and received the "sneak preview" through Google Drive (their storage and delivery method). As you can see in the attached pictures, we are beyond thrilled with the results. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, team, or price than what QH brought to the table. They are now my go-to recommendation for photographers and we plan to use them again and again in the coming years. I can't recommend them enough between the overall process (initial contact, quote, session planning, location selection, session, sneak preview, and final delivery), the skill of the team, and the value proposition. They may just be growing their business right now, but I've worked with lifelong photographers who don't have as good of a process or product as QH. Highly recommend - 5 stars, 11/10, A+++

QH team are really dedicated to their job. They will go above and beyond for their client. I have been QH client since 2017. My engagement photos were done by them in 2020 and we had various photoshoot taken years after. Recently, we have a cherry blossom photoshoot in boston. The weather was not in out favor but QH did their best to guide and deliver the best photos for us. We really appreciate their efforts and passion for customers photos.

I didn't started having some photoshooting with QH for a wedding project, but end up having them captured every important moment of my life since the first time I worked with them. This couple knows how to make me feel very relax and comfortable during the shooting, i'm able to be myself in the most natural way. They are young and very creative, working hard to make things different. Therefore, I always love how those projects I have with them come out in the end.

My fiance and I were looking for a professional trustwhorthy photographers for our pre-wedding photoshoot and wedding events and we're luckily recommended by a friend of ours to Q.H concept. We had a glance at their website and porfolio and we're satisfied on how good and diverse their work can be (as Asian we tend to look for Asian photographers because we have the same taste on the styles and colors... but we can see from their gallery that they could work with people from many different cultures and the outcomes are excellent). My fiance texted Quan to discuss the style and make appointments. Quan was very clear on everything and all the prices are so affordable. We can't wait to give them a try. Our 1st photoshoot was on Mid April when it was very cold and windy. When my fiance and I were frozen and tired, Quan and his wife Huong were very friendly, professional and dedicated and always positively boosted our energy to help us finish the shoot. They listened to what I expected, what I would want with our photos. They showed us how to pose and they captured many different angles. After a couple weeks we got the photos and they were stunning far beyond our expectation, we've got lots of compliments from our family and friends. We are very pleased working with them in the very first time, and we believe they are the right photographers for all of our events in the future. Highly recommended!!

I can't express how grateful and excited I am everytime we work with QH concept, I have known QH concept for years and the studio has been with me for many great events of my life. At the beginning we started by working only on our couple photos (when I was dating my wife), but the photos were just wonderful and since then, I have had you guys capture every beautiful moment until we got married and even after we had our first baby! I worked with QH concept 2 years ago for my wedding. They had 2 photographers and they are both amazing. I don't know how to describe but the they we work made my husband and I feel really comfortable and do not feel like we are in front of the camera, even when we posing. They also offer the videography service with a promotion if we booked both photo and video service from them at that time so I do it without intention before and I would never regret that. My family and friends all cry when watch the video, and we kept watching it again and again till now.
