We couldn’t believe the price we got for such a gorgeous wedding. I’m not a fan of living in the desert and wanted to feel like we were getting away. The view of the golf course and mountains behind us, and the lake to the side was a breath taking view and our guests loved it. Epifania helped make the magic happen from the ceremony throughout the reception and I was so grateful for her help as I didn’t get all of the help I anticipated from my people. Julieta, the banquet captain, made sure my husband and I ate - which I was super grateful for because I probably would not have if she didn’t grab us first to go through the buffet. And I also must mention Pam. I never went up to the bar but I can’t tell you how many of my guests told me how awesome she was - even the people who were cut off from drinking! My guests let me know they had an amazing time at our wedding which was my top priority and it could not have happened without the amazing staff at Quail Creek

Quail Creek was an absolutely perfect setting for our wedding reception. Epi was so great to work with, and when she ended up being home sick on the night of our wedding, her staff pulled off the night flawlessly. The food was great, the staff were friendly and professional, and you cannot beat the beauty of this venue. Having complete access to the grounds for photos was awesome, our photos turned out beautifully.

orking with Epifania, the Director of Banquets and Events, was so easy and pleasant. She was patient and understanding with all of my questions while going through the planning process. Do yourself a favor and spend the little extra to have her as a coordinator for the day of. Everything went off without a hitch, even with some less than desirable weather during the ceremony, and I attribute that almost entirely to her ability to manage the day for us. Quail Creek is definitely worth looking into, especially for couples who want the full wedding experience without completely breaking the bank.

I am absolutely in love with this wedding venue! It was the absolute perfect choice for us. I initially chose this venue because my friend got married here and I thought her weddin...

g was beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous! The ceremony is outside over looking the lake, there is a patio inside/outside area with couches and chairs where the cocktail hour is, and the reception room is HUGE and beautiful! Plenty of room for dance floor and spread out tables. Epi, the coordinator, was a GIFT FROM GOD! She was absolutely amazing and helped everything go smooth. I had a few mishaps on my wedding night (band showing up late/not being prepared, missing details) and if she wasn't there to help pull everything together I don't know what I would've done. We chose to do buffet style food ( I know a lot of brides prefer plated meals ) but I got so many compliments from guests about how good the food was ( and the buffet style is so much cheaper). The venue provided staff that tied all of our sashes on our chairs and helped set the room up which was super helpful. Its an awesome place for pictures and you cannot beat the price! We looked at a lot of other venues in Tucson and for the size, price, and quality of the venue we couldn't beat quail creek. We did open bar all night and the drinks were very fair, the alcohol was not poured lightly ( so you didn't feel cheated out of a drink). Overall I would recommend this wedding venue to anyone, I was super pleased and happy with it all around.
