Quarry Hill Farms is a charming countryside wedding venue located amongst the lush forests of Clifford, PA. This 160-acre property is remote and private, ideal for the couple that dreams of tying the knot surrounded by the serenity of mother nature. It can comfortably accommodate up to 225 individuals and is just a short drive away from the revered Elk Mountain Ski Resort.
To-be-weds are spoilt for choice with several event spaces to choose from when hosting their important celebration. Outside ceremonies can be held almost anywhere. A tranquil area next to the venue’s 5-acre pond or an enchanting heart-shaped site carved out of a hillside are two particular favorites. After the exchange of vows, other gatherings can take place on the lawn surrounding the vintage barn. With ample space available, many activities such as lawn games and cocktail hour can also be enjoyed here. The barn is ideal for hosting a rustic reception. Functional concrete flooring and wood-beamed ceilings highlight a cozy atmosphere. It features numerous windows for natural light as well as some chandeliers and fairy lights as nighttime sets in.
Quarry Hill Farms strives to make their couples’ planning experience as effortless as possible. Wedding parties are provided with fully-equipped get-ready rooms to assist with pre-event preparation. Event items and decor rentals can be found on-site for added convenience. Access to the 15-foot bar is granted to everyone in attendance. Importantly, the venue has three sublime overnight accommodations for couples and their guests to rent. They come with an array of amenities like pool tables and tennis courts for everybody to make use of during their stay.

etreat for all of us to relax, unwind, and celebrate together. The rustic charm of the property, coupled with the countless mountain vistas, created an incredible ambiance for the event.
The Moose House was spacious, with a well-equipped gallery kitchen, and provided ample seating for all the guests. The bedrooms, separated from the living and dining areas, allowed for a comfortable stay, catering to both early sleepers and night owls.
The outdoor facilities were fantastic, with the tennis court, horseshoe pits, wiffle ball field, and fire pit. We also enjoyed the hiking trails and the hot tub outside. The staff was professional, accommodating, and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable time.
Although we were there for a party, I could see how Quarry Hill Farm would be an exceptional venue for other events, such as weddings, family reunions, or weekend getaways. With its serene setting, beautiful facilities, and outstanding service, I wholeheartedly recommend Quarry Hill Farm for any occasion.

The barn also had an outdoor area for wedding guests to gather, including additional seating areas to lounge and firepits. It's a great space to gather with friends and family to extend the celebration! Unfortunately, it rained the day of the wedding but the planners pivoted to make it a comfortable and dry experience for the bride and groom and their guests!

What sets this place apart from other venues is the activities that can be hosted above and beyond a traditional wedding day. Some activities that the bride and groom hosted during our weekend there included a welcome dinner gathering, a scenic walk/hike around the lake and grounds, a yoga session by the lake at the “Moose House”, and an exciting lawn game tournament. The grounds are well laid out for guests, with the barn sitting at the center of activities and cabins. Additionally, for those looking to plan a winter wedding, Elk Mountain Ski Resort was only 10 minutes away. I would highly recommend this venue!
