We would very very highly recommend Queen City Cupcakes for your wedding! We found them via Google search and got a box to try and were blown away by how tasty each flavor was. The...
more fancy flavor combinations were great, but they also excelled at the basics - the vanilla cupcake is so good! The planning process was smooth, and the pricing was on par or below other vendors we had considered. I am also an event planned for my job, and my gold standard for vendors is if you barely notice they’re there since checking in when not needed can take up valuable brain space. Queen City came in, set up, and were all set before the ceremony began and I got to just arrive to cupcakes without having to lift a finger or think about anything, and they were delicious! We heard such good feedback from our guests, and at one point I saw someone walking back to their table with 4 cupcakes. Overall we had a fantastic experience, will go back to Queen City for future events and milestones (and already have) and would highly recommend Queen City for your event!
When we started planning our wedding, Queen City Cupcakes was an immediate choice because I already loved their gluten-free cupcakes! Because of my dietary restrictions, we knew we...
wanted to serve regular cupcakes for our guests while having a separate small gluten-free cake for us to cut—and Queen City Cupcakes made the entire process so easy.
One of the things we loved most was getting to choose from so many fun flavors. We went with confetti, hostess, grasshopper, and raspberry lemon, and our guests raved about trying all of the different options! We even ordered extra cupcakes just in case and somehow ended the night with only TWO left, which I think says everything you need to know about how good they were!
Chelsea was amazing to work with throughout the process. She even let us do a gluten-free confetti cake because I wanted something more exciting than plain vanilla! She shared examples of designs she had done in the past and worked with us to create a cake that fit our wedding perfectly including incorporating a little statue of our corgi, which made it feel so personal to us.
The team was also happy to customize the cupcakes to coordinate with our wedding colors. Ultimately, we kept things simple and had “love” written in cursive on the hostess cupcakes, and it was such an adorable little detail.
Everything looked beautiful, tasted incredible, and was exactly what we had envisioned. Having delicious gluten-free options that didn't feel like an afterthought was especially important to me, and Queen City Cupcakes absolutely delivered. We are so grateful to Chelsea and the entire QCC team for being part of our wedding day. It was literally perfect—and delicious!
We had these cupcakes for our wedding, and Queen City was so helpful every step of the way! I especially loved how clear they were about properly storing them, and they were a HUGE...
hit. We probably should’ve put up better signs because our guests couldn’t stop themselves from helping themselves before we even cut our first one! 😂
Queen City is our favorite place to stop whenever we’re in Manchester, and we feel so lucky to have had them be part of our special day, too! 💕
We hired Queen City Cupcakes to provide a selection of cupcakes and a small cutting cake for our wedding, and the experience was exceptional. Chelsea was a pleasure to work with an...
d made coordination seamless, even working with us to customize flavor combinations! Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of flavors, sparking lively conversations about which one was the favorite! The cutting cake was beautifully crafted and delicious. Queen City Cupcakes is not only a wonderful local bakery, but their contribution to our wedding was truly memorable. We highly recommend Queen City Cupcakes!

We had an excellent experience with Queen City Cupcakes for our wedding. Chelsea was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Every single cupcake flavor we...
tried before deciding which to order for our big day was absolutely delicious, it was so hard to choose! Delivery to our venue went smoothly, and we got amazing feedback from our guests as well. It was cheaper than many other quotes I got for a small decorated cake and plain cutting cake to serve, and we were able to select 6 flavors for more variety! Chelsea also baked us a few gluten free and vegan cupcakes to accommodate some guests. We are so happy with our choice to hire Queen City Cupcakes for our wedding dessert, rather than a traditional cake!
We cannot thank Chelsea and her team enough at Queen City Cupcakes for making the most delicious cupcakes for our wedding. Working with Chelsea from the beginning was so easy, from...
the tasting to choosing the cupcake flavors everything was seamless. My guests could not stop raving about the cupcakes, and I loved that they offered some GF cupcake flavors. The wooden box display boxes that they offer to rent looked beautiful in the reception space as well! We can’t wait to go back and get our next sweet treat here!

They even have the option to rent cupcake towers among other display items, we did with wine crates and the display was absolutely breathtaking. They also provided flavor tags. We arranged for setup and delivery which I also highly recommend. I will be using QCC for future events. The product is tasty and stunning.. affordable and the customer service is top notch!! Seriously, you are wasting your time if you look elsewhere, we wouldn’t be happier. Thank you QCC for everything!!

Queen City Cupcakes catered the cupcakes for our wedding in September 2019. Words cannot fully describe how amazing all these cupcakes are. During the process we worked with Chels...
ea to try a number of different flavors for our big day, it was nearly impossible to parse it down to 5! Since our wedding was early on Sunday we opted to pick up the cupcakes on Saturday and store them overnight. Chelsea helped up decide which cupcake toppings stay better overnight and also gave us all the items needed and tips on how to store them overnight. These cupcakes were still equally phenomenal when left overnight (or even multiple nights as we found out eating the leftovers for the few days after the wedding!). Queen City Cupcakes also provided the display, wine crates, which made for great photos during the day.
The costs were the same regardless of it being a wedding which is not often the case and was very appreciated. We will certainly be returning for more cupcakes!!
