We provided a pretty random selection of songs and they made it work seamlessly! For our dance floor music, we added songs to the app and put a few on our “do not play” list. We also designated no line dances and no slow songs, which Brad and Chris stuck to perfectly. We were aiming for a playlist with a lot of 2000s and 2010s songs with some even older throwbacks and some more recent songs mixed in. Brad and Chris filled in some amazing songs between our requested songs and matched our vibe absolutely perfectly. The Queen City DJs team communicated with my husband and me during the reception to let us know what was coming next, that we were running ahead of schedule, etc. They helped the evening flow so well. They were so great to work with! We received a TON of compliments from our guests on the DJs/dance floor/music. We had guests tell us that it was the best dance floor and playlist they’ve seen in a long time. The dance floor was full the whole night - highly recommend Queen City DJs!

They did both our ceremony and reception and everything went so smoothly. Lisa was available to us as not only a DJ but also a secondary coordinator - we had no questions about what was coming next or where anyone needed to be because she was ON it!! She made us so at ease and even was willing to assist with general wedding “things” like making sure we had a drink in hand at all times! Brad, the owner, was also so easy to work and communicate with. We downloaded an app to add our timeline and any songs we wanted (or didn’t want) played and then met in person with Brad and Greg for an hour a couple weeks before to make sure everyone was on the same page. All of our songs we wanted were definitely played and then Greg took it from there to fill in the gaps PERFECTLY and play a little something for everyone! You will not have a single regret booking Queen City DJs!

best vendor I worked with, out of ALL the vendors I used for my wedding. Brad was professional, friendly, responsive and organized. Prior to the wedding, he was not pushy with upsells, he really listened so that he could understand the type of experience we were looking to have and provided appropriate guidance. On the day of the wedding, he arrived promptly and worked with my officiant/venue staff to get set up quickly and efficiently. He kept things on track and did a wonderful job at pacing out the songs we had selected, while also balancing requests. I really can't say enough good things about Brad and Queen City DJs. If you are nervous about hiring a DJ, let this be your sign that you've found the right one!
