really happy that Brad allowed us to put specific songs together for the cocktail hour. We also told Brad that we were big Disney fans and 90s kids, and he picked awesome songs to play as fillers. For dinner, we really wanted Weird Al's Eat It to be played because we have picky family members and we thought it would be hilarious! But our favorite memory is that Brad followed it up with Beauty and the Beast's Be Our Guest which was a perfect tie in! We also did an anniversary dance as our first dance which was awesome! Everyone really enjoyed the change up because we were definitely not ones to be in the spot light lol. Brad did a great job eliminating everyone off the dance floor. We had 2 couples over 50 years that was very special! The rest of the night was a party! We had so many people dance, more so than expected with our families. Brad was able to tie in today's hits with Motown, 90s throwbacks and line dances so well! Who knew the line dances got everyone out on the dance floor? 100% recommend!

Also having someone who could MC and keep the flow without any confusion and dead air. We got all that and so much more with Brad and his wonderful team. We opted for the up lighting and sparkler fountains, and they were a huge hit with guests!!

We only had to meet a handful of times to go over details and what not but you would’ve thought we planned for years based on the reception they put on. From start to finish, Brad was hands down the most professional vendor we dealt with. Emily and I were able to see our reception hall before they let all the guests in and we were absolutely blown away by the lights and colors of the room provided by Queen City DJs. From our grand entrance to the final song, Brad had the party bumping and the dance floor packed. We had set the order of events before the wedding and he kept us on track the entire night. He did such a great job tracking us down to keep us updated and they were by far the biggest hit of the night! I can’t believe we ever thought about using a different vendor. I recommend these guys from the bottom of my heart! I promise they will make your special night the best day of your life just like he did for us. Thank you guys so much!

e this is the first and only time either of us have ever been married, we had tons of questions. Brad answered all of our questions confidently, as his team has likely seen it all before. They immediately put me at ease and I knew my event was in the right hands. Our DJ Chris was phenomenal! He worked alongside us right from the very beginning. We were able to make all of our music requests through an online form and Chris could immediately see all of the songs we wanted played. On the day of the event, he did an incredible job managing the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and full reception. My family doesn't dance a lot, but Chris did such a great job that we had a ton of family and friends on the dance floor! He did perfectly ensuring that the focus remained on the newlyweds while still making certain announcements or dedications of specific songs. What an incredible evening! est Chester Ohio. But with the cancellation we came up with changing location to Sunman Indiana. Quite a different location but Queen City had no problem traveling to the different location. We originally met with Brad, who spoke with us at a bridal show. I was already feeling a bit overwhelmed since our day was a popular one and many companies pretty much told us to pick them now or they will be booked. As soon as I spoke with Brad, he made me feel at ease and said that I had plenty of time to find a DJ. He never made me feel pressure but comforted me and told me even if they were booked soon, he knew he could give me other references. Brad was also able to help me and my brother splice a song so we could do a choreographed dance! It went perfectly! On the day, Jimmy was able to set his equipment with ease. The timing was perfect and everything flowed very well! Jimmy made this day amazing and I had no worries or stress, he knew the timing of everything and was on top of it! Couldn't have asked for more!

What I didn’t know until later was that Chris most likely had more experience than anyone else in the Cincinnati area in doing band/DJ combo weddings/receptions. My father-in-law was very skeptical because the venue had the option of a discount DJ and Brad is priced for the high quality he delivers, but we just HAD to go with Brad after meeting him. A couple hours into the reception (and about 15 times after), he could not stop remarking on how Brad was WORTH EVERY PENNY! Just to clarify, based on our research, Brad is competitively priced and in our opinion is selling himself a short. In addition, Brad met with us and the event coordinator prior to the wedding to line up timing of events. He then executed our plans perfectly, kept things moving, and was entertaining and professional when he was on the microphone orchestrating everything to our 185 or so guests. He was an absolute joy and made our reception a success. My mother-in-law even got behind the DJ booth and he gave her a pair of big DJ headphones to wear which was a priceless moment (DJ Mom!). With so many things to worry about on your big day, do yourself a favor and hire DJ Brad so you have not only one less thing to worry about, but an invaluable teammate to help you through the day. I understand being on a budget, but I guarantee you're going to want to free up the money for Brad and cut costs elsewhere, because this guy will have your friends and family remembering your wedding reception for years to come. Other notes: his equipment is top notch and the sound quality is extremely high. He has legitimate talent with mixing music and is a REAL DJ, not just a guy who hits play on various songs. He actually MIXES music and can demo this for you at the first meeting. You won't have to build a play list and hand it to him... he takes the wheel and incorporates what you want but in a mix that will keep people's attention and energy up throughout the night. OK, I'm done. Just hire DJ Brad and thank me later :)

Lisa and Greg were very flexible with adjusting the schedule as needed. They kept the evening moving smoothly and were professional throughout. Lisa always ensured we had a drink in hand- seriously, we didn’t go to the bar once! The music was on point all night, our dance floor was always PACKED, and they kept the evening running extremely well. Greg and Lisa went out of their way to make our vision of our wedding a reality. I had multiple guests tell me how impressed they were with them. This was honestly worth every penny. I highly recommend!!

Brad stayed so calm, he kept the party alive and fed the party all the appropriate music. It was just wonderful. Also? He doesn't drink during the party. genuine, ALWAYS goes the extra mile, and is so on top of things; I never worried once at my wedding. My husband and I met with him in person several times and had multiple correspondences via phone and email, so that he knew our every wish and desire (AND he made it happen!). The ceremony music was absolutely flawless and EXACTLY what we wanted. We also didn't do a "first look", so we needed someone who would keep our guests entertained and engaged while we took pictures after the ceremony (which was definitely a concern of mine), and Brad was the perfect person to do just that! And lastly, the reception--we were told by numerous guests it was the most fun they had ever had at a wedding reception, and that was because of Brad! He had everyone from grandparents to teenagers to toddlers on the dance floor having a blast! My husband and I had so much fun dancing and acting silly we did not want the night to end. He also brought some very unique features to our big day that made our wedding and reception unlike any other! We also loved that Brian wanted to know as much detail as possible in order to make the night of the wedding as smooth as possible. On the planning form, you could even indicate the type of music you wanted played before the ceremony starts, during the cocktail hour, during dinner, etc. We went with "DJ choice" for dinner and we were blown away! He played classical spins on modern songs. Just the right balance of elegance and fun for dinner. During the dancing portion of the night, Brian had everyone dancing the whole night! I was so pleasantly surprised that even people I thought wouldn't dance had a great time dancing all night! I recommend Brian and Queen City Djs to anyone and everyone! I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

They worked through a timeline with us and even asked questions and gave suggestions for things we had not even thought about. We went home that day with some "homework" and they kept in close touch with us and were even very accommodating to last minute changes. Not only did we feel like Greg and Lisa executed the type of feel and style we wanted for our reception but we couldn't' have done without Lisa and her night of coordinator position. She helped keep everything organized and flowing well. I was at such ease on the day of the wedding knowing we were in good hands.
