The music was incredible - he played the perfect mix of songs from every era while making sure to include our must plays/preferences. All our guests are still raving about the music two weeks after our wedding! Greg & Lisa also managed our lighting, Photo Booth, and ceremony music which was all executed perfectly. Queen City DJs were a huge part of making our wedding perfect! Brad, Greg, and Lisa were an absolute dream team who made all of our wedding wishes reality. The team was so knowledgeable and flexible from the very beginning of the planning process. They were willing to talk through details and made sure our audio and lighting ran smoothly all night. And when it was time to party, no one left the dance floor. We and all our guests had an amazing time and I could not recommend Queen City DJs more!

Brad was the best! They use an app that makes planning SO easy. We talked on the phone to make sure all was set a few weeks in advance, and Brad took what we talked about and ran with it. He read our crowd so well and the dance floor was never empty the entire night. We cannot recommend Queen City enough! PS - GET THE PHOTOBOOTH! It is SO worth it!

Brad and Chris were our DJs for our April 2024 wedding at the Palomar. Brad was our main point of contact - he is very kind and easy to communicate with. They provided us with an account on the Vibo app so we could put our song requests in, allowing us to designate “cocktail hour”, “dinner music”, and “open dancing”, as well as first dances, etc.. We provided a pretty random selection of songs and they made it work seamlessly! For our dance floor music, we added songs to the app and put a few on our “do not play” list. We also designated no line dances and no slow songs, which Brad and Chris stuck to perfectly. We were aiming for a playlist with a lot of 2000s and 2010s songs with some even older throwbacks and some more recent songs mixed in. Brad and Chris filled in some amazing songs between our requested songs and matched our vibe absolutely perfectly. The Queen City DJs team communicated with my husband and me during the reception to let us know what was coming next, that we were running ahead of schedule, etc. They helped the evening flow so well. They were so great to work with! We received a TON of compliments from our guests on the DJs/dance floor/music. We had guests tell us that it was the best dance floor and playlist they’ve seen in a long time. The dance floor was full the whole night - highly recommend Queen City DJs!

HIGHLY recommend!! We had Greg & Lisa as our DJs and they couldn’t have been more amazing. We received so many comments on how great our music was, and our dance floor was completely full all the way to the end of the reception (midnight). We also got the lighting package and it definitely added to the partying! They did both our ceremony and reception and everything went so smoothly. Lisa was available to us as not only a DJ but also a secondary coordinator - we had no questions about what was coming next or where anyone needed to be because she was ON it!! She made us so at ease and even was willing to assist with general wedding “things” like making sure we had a drink in hand at all times! Brad, the owner, was also so easy to work and communicate with. We downloaded an app to add our timeline and any songs we wanted (or didn’t want) played and then met in person with Brad and Greg for an hour a couple weeks before to make sure everyone was on the same page. All of our songs we wanted were definitely played and then Greg took it from there to fill in the gaps PERFECTLY and play a little something for everyone! You will not have a single regret booking Queen City DJs!

Working with Queen City DJ was such a great experience. I found it really nerve wracking to choose a DJ because I've heard some horror stories! But Queen City DJs was probably the best vendor I worked with, out of ALL the vendors I used for my wedding. Brad was professional, friendly, responsive and organized. Prior to the wedding, he was not pushy with upsells, he really listened so that he could understand the type of experience we were looking to have and provided appropriate guidance. On the day of the wedding, he arrived promptly and worked with my officiant/venue staff to get set up quickly and efficiently. He kept things on track and did a wonderful job at pacing out the songs we had selected, while also balancing requests. I really can't say enough good things about Brad and Queen City DJs. If you are nervous about hiring a DJ, let this be your sign that you've found the right one!

We had Greg and Lisa as our DJs and they certainly did not disappoint! They were easy to work with and had our guests up and dancing from the very first song to the last song of the night! My husband and I recently celebrated our marriage at The Alcove on 8/5/22. For a year we planned our dream wedding and thought we had everything straightened out (vendor wise) within the first 3 months of planning. smooth sailing, right? Wrong! Our original DJ backed out 2 months before our wedding and we were devastated. I spent weeks asking around on Cincinnati wedding pages and finally reached out to Queen City DJ’s. After speaking with Brad, we were quickly paired with Greg who reached out immediately to get all of our details. Greg reassured us that he and his wife Lisa would be there, no matter what. They kept all their promises and was very punctual and informative. The planning process was so smooth, as he provided a digital questionnaire to input all our music selections and requested announcements. On the day of, Greg and Lisa were very accommodating with last minute “drunk music selections.” They kept the party going even after half of our guest headed home for the evening. I would say my husband and I were easy clients; our only requests were to create an island feel and to keep the country limited. They 100% delivered and we could not be happier. Our day would not have been the same without Greg, Lisa, and Queen City DJ’s. Who would have thought something so great would come out of such a difficult situation of losing a vendor. Thank you, Greg, and thank you Brad!! We hope you all had just as much fun as we did!

Chris was an INCREDIBLE DJ. He was always prompt in his responses leading up to wedding day, arrived at our final vendor meeting organized with notes and final questions, and was able to help us choose music when needed that fit our vision for our wedding day. His music was incredible on wedding day!! After our wedding, our guests raved about Chris and his ability to entertain the crowd with “what the people wanted”. Our dance floor was filled the entire day- all thanks to Chris!

Brad went above and beyond to DJ our wedding during COVID 19. Through all the stress of the day, Brad exceeded our expectations throughout our whole reception by helping with the whole night formalities and keeping the dance floor packed all night. Brad is amazing!! Our venue recommended Queen City DJs for our wedding and so happy we went with them! The venue is L-shaped so Brad knew the one corner would need a speaker. My husband only listens to film and video game scores, so we were really happy that Brad allowed us to put specific songs together for the cocktail hour. We also told Brad that we were big Disney fans and 90s kids, and he picked awesome songs to play as fillers. For dinner, we really wanted Weird Al's Eat It to be played because we have picky family members and we thought it would be hilarious! But our favorite memory is that Brad followed it up with Beauty and the Beast's Be Our Guest which was a perfect tie in! We also did an anniversary dance as our first dance which was awesome! Everyone really enjoyed the change up because we were definitely not ones to be in the spot light lol. Brad did a great job eliminating everyone off the dance floor. We had 2 couples over 50 years that was very special! The rest of the night was a party! We had so many people dance, more so than expected with our families. Brad was able to tie in today's hits with Motown, 90s throwbacks and line dances so well! Who knew the line dances got everyone out on the dance floor? 100% recommend!
